If you have Gemini in those houses, you’ll notice Gemini’s influence on the areas of life that are ruled by the 2nd & 3rd house. When you have an “empty” house or a house without planets, I find that the themes of that house become less of a focal point in the overall trajectory of one’s life. This is how I would interpret these Gemini-ruled houses:

Gemini 2H: mainly spends $$ on hobbies & interests, has an ever-shifting relationship w money, personal identity is strongly linked to intelligence & creative output, fluctuating self-esteem, knowledgeable abt their possessions (likely to have a personal collection of some sort)
