elfilis squints; reminiscing. "I DO NOT RECALL MUCH BEFORE THE FORMATION OF ELFILIN, NOR FROM AFTER." they remark, "I WAS IN THE INBETWEEN; THE LAND OF DREAMS. elfilis looks a little miffed; their tail lashes impertinently. "I DO NOT INVADE PLANETS, I CONSUME THEM. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. BUT AS FOR MY FREE TIME...I ENJOY STUDYING THE INTRICASIES OF THE LANGUAGE WE ARE CURRENTLY COMMUNICATING IN. FECTO ELFILIS BLOG INTRO!!!!!!

this is a casual ask+rp blog based on FECTO ELFILIS from the forgotten land. replies will be generally short & limited to dialogue, as i made this blog primarily to have fun with penning conversations. i can most certainly extend to typical ‘literate’ roleplay, but—i do that basically everywhere else & it’s not something i’m looking forward to doing here. i will mirror my roleplay partners though!

NOTE —

elfilis here is—or was—a more neutral force that consumed celestial objects in order to expel matter that the universe could use as it continued to expand. they’re essentially this world’s recycling bin. in the experiment that created elfilin, their mind was quite literally rended apart, which eventually caused them to go mad over the course of thousands of years. 

when reunited with elfilin, their mind is a little more stabilised—the main point of canon divergence here is that elfilin became a separate entity entirely. when elfilis reabsorbed their compassionate side (well, more accurately, the rest of their brain) & their control of their power, elfilin remained. this means him and a sane elfilis coexist. 

—elfilis thinks they have involuntarily committed mitosis.
