Like, just this... plaintive, heartfelt, raw “please.” And you don’t even know what you’re asking for but you want whatever it is so bad that you ache?

Because I needed to hear this and because it’s literally been playing on repeat in my headphones for 24 hours...

“Shit’s been whack before. Shit’s sucked before... and then there were good days after it. You’ve had sucky days before, but then there were good days.”

“Look at the moment you’re in right now, right this second. And remind yourself that that is all you have... you will get through this, the same as you’ve gotten through things before... shit sucks, it won’t suck forever.”

“Even if this moment sucks, there’s another moment on the way.”

On a personal note...

Trust in yourself. Trust in the process. Trust in the universe. What’s meant to be will be and what’s not will fade. The universe is always providing you with something. Maybe it’s what you want or what you need, or maybe it’s a lesson you need to learn or something to help you grow. But there’s always something.

All forward motion counts. Time is never wasted if you grow from it or learn something. There’s another moment on the way. If you care for something, let it go and let it grow. Let it be happy. Just let it... be.

In the end, we all will die. The sun will go out. The universe will collapse. Everything will just be... nothing. So this moment is really all we have and in the grand scheme of things... it’s ok. Let it be.

Shit’s sucked before… and then there were good days after it. …  You’ve had sucky days before and then after those days, you’ve had good days. … You will get trough this, same as you’ve gotten through things before… Shit’s sucks, it won’t suck forever.
