Hi there! I've sent you an ask earlier this year but I never saw it posted, I assume it got lost somehow... So here I am trying again, hopefully this one gets through:

So one of my readers from russian part of the fandom asked me to help her find two fic she read a few years ago on some eng site (AO3, fanfiction or something else, she didn't specify).

First one is a no games AU. Katniss struggles to survive in 12 and Peeta sees her by a dumpster where she's trying to find some food. He helps her but she cannot accept it as a favour so she has sex with him to make them even. After that she gets pregnant and Peeta immediately supports her, they move to some house together, get married and have the baby, HEA.

The second one is set in our world in 50-ies USA. Peeta and Katniss are dating and she also gets pregnant. Peeta is ready to marry her, but his mother isn't happy with it so she's trying to intervene by somehow blocking the money he was trying to use to rent a house for them. Eventually Haymitch helps them out by allowing them to occupy a house that he owns. Gale and Johanna are in this story as a couple, Annie and Finnick are also there, all of them are friends with each other. The story follows Katniss and Peeta as they have their first child, a girl, and a few years later they have a boy as well. Their friends also have kids.

Those are the details that she could remember. She also mentioned that she read the fics 3-4 years ago and both of them were finished at the time.

hey, i’m looking for two fics

1: peeta and katie’s are best friends and they go on a roadtrip to escape their lives. i think they were originally from california and it was a modern au. i remember they went camping and met Finnick, Johanna, and Annie and they were from Iowa? i think, i read it a few months ago b it i don’t remember the name or author. i also remember they spent a night on a military base i think

2: high school, modern au. peeta’s a softball player, had a crush on katniss for a while, and i remember he did a bunch of notes for katniss cause she missed school cause of her father’s passing and he printed it on paper with an ‘M’ cause i think his family owned a restaurant cause the ‘M’ paper was the only paper left and it was used to print old menus then Katniss threatens Peeta cause he was seen hanging out with Prim and Prim acts older than her age and i think she had a crush on Peeta. and when Peeta and Katniss do get together they’re relationship has a lot of ups and downs. sorry i’m trying to be specific so yall can find it, i hope this helps :)

hi there! i was wondering if yall knew of a fic where Peeta had grown up having synesthesia and he can see color, i swore i read one like that when he see the auras of people and got scared for Katniss going home in a cab with a man who had an ominous color about him but i cant seem to find it.. thank you for all you do!!

just read your fic with red carpet katniss and Peeta and it was so good. I loved the characterization of finnick too - it reminded me of another Hollywood fic and wondered if you could point me in the right direction if you recognize it? I can’t seem to find it anywhere - katniss and Peeta are celebrities and I think katniss is a few years younger than Peeta, he first meets her when she’s a preteen at an event and he gives her like a pinball toy or something to occupy herself. I think at some point he is married to delly or Madge? Katniss is with Cato or something and Peeta walks in on them? Sorry the details are so vague

hi… i cannot for the life of me find this fanfiction. but katniss leaves peeta when he proposes, then moves to LA. he follows her there six months later but sees her walking home with Cinna in the middle of the night and thinks she’s moved on. After a year without him, she realizes she loves him, and calls him and messages him for 3-4 years until she has to come home for Prim’s wedding, and she sits next to this weird girl on the plane ride home, but sees that Peeta is at the airport to pick up that girl (Glimmer), bc that’s his new gf. It’s also Christmas time. And Katniss sort of sneaks into the bakery after hours to steal Peeta’s old paint so she can teach her mom to paint. And her mom knits or crochets something like a very long scarf the whole fic, saying it’s a table runner. And then Katniss decides to move back to town to take care of their mom so Prim can move out. She and Peeta make up after Glimmer breaks up with him. I remember at one point they were drinking beers in Finnick’s basement or something, and Prim walked in saying that Katniss was going to move back home, and Peeta was like “Is that true?” or whatever. And things started piecing back together from there.
