1975 still...at their very best

Vibes were immaculate. Vocals were on point.

I sauntered to the venue at 18:10 and still ended up so close 🤷‍♀️ I've realised that being so close to the band just makes it feel like a small intimate show even when it's not.

I'm so glad I got to see them again before the hiatus, this is the band that got me back into live music and feeling the beats of the music pounding in my chest last night was transcendent. Gigs are the only time I can honestly say that I am fully present in the moment and I appreciate every musician for giving me that.

Rhys: *signs a paper* “Adopted. The rebellion thing is handled. Me and your aunts and uncles have got this. Your new mom is going to need some time to add you and your mate to the family portrait gallery. Your bedroom is upstairs, knives are in the training ring, family dinner is every Thursday, your allowance is infinity and your curfew is never.”

Xaden: “I am…. Older than your wife?”

Rhys: “Did I fucking stutter?”

I was watching the madison Square garden show from Nov today and it made me smile so much to see how much fun the guys were having on stage.
