Tried boiled chicken (4 ounces - 123kcal) for the first time with cherry tomatoes (7 - 11kcal) and a tiny bit of ketchup (15g approx - 15kcal) and damn that shit good defo eating this from now on as my only meal

Just imagine. Soon they’ll notice. They’ll say things like “wow you look slimmer”. They’ll be able to pick you up with ease. You won’t be embarrassed to sit in their lap because you’ll know you’re lighter than ever. They’ll be able to scoop you up and spin you around in hugs the way you’ve always wanted. You’ll feel petite and fragile and they’ll want to protect you. Soon you’ll feel that you finally deserve their love.

harm reduction for weight loss
first things first.... i am PRO RECOVERY. i honestly do not wish ED on anyone. those who are looking to recover may click on this link. You are loved, your body is perfect the way it is and you do not need to change it to feel enough <3
Tips for Harm Reduction with Weight Loss:
Drink plenty of water
Staying hydrated is important, regardless if you're trying to lose weight or not. Your body will be holding onto water as you continue to restrict, so it's important to have a continuous flow of water into your body. Try to drink at least 2L water a day. Using a 2L water bottle with time markings can help and make it easier. You can buy one off amazon.
Drinking a glass of water before a meal has also showed to helped people feel fuller, more satisfied and less hungry after eating.
Take vitamins
This is especially important when restricting. You will need to keep your nutrition up as well as keep your immune system healthy. I take women's multi-vitamin gummies and prebiotic and probiotic gummies everyday.
Balanced diet
It can be really easy to fall into only drinking coffee that day or maybe just have a sandwich with butter and jam for that day and being set but there is minimal nutrition. Although you will continue to lose weight as long as you remain under the calorie deficient, it is not healthy in the long run. You will start to get the shitty part of EDs such as hair loss, brittle nails, yellow/stained teeth etc.
Not to mention, eating a balanced diet will allow you to not feel as hungry. Foods that are high in protein such as lean meats, eggs, beans, peas, soy products and Greek yoghurt are great to incorporate in your diet and have you feeling fuller for longer.
Other foods that help combating hunger and feeling full are high-fiber foods such as whole grains, beans, pulses, apples, avocados, almonds, chia sees and vegetables.
Exercise
Exercising before eating has showed to be an effective appetite suppressant. You will also feel less guilty about eating as you have burned the calories. (Exercising is not necessary for weight loss and please do eat, even if you don't exercise that day).
Be kind to yourself
If you're reading this, you're most likely mentally ill. It can be hard to be kind to yourself while struggling mentally but remind yourself that you are only human and overeating whether its one day or one week is not going to hurt you. Weight loss, whether because of an ED or in a more healthy way, is a journey. There are going to be days when you fail and are other days you succeed. You will not suddenly wake up fatter and grosser for eating 3 meals in 1 day. You will not suddenly wake up fatter and grosser for eating 2 meals a day 1 week. Be kind to yourself and know this is just apart of the journey and 1 day or week of stuffing up does not have to make you feel worse about yourself. Try not to lower your calorie deficient or fast when this happens, you will only be thinking about food more so and you will continue to teach your body that starving yourself is punishment. It should never be a punishment but rather a 'quicker way' to get to your gw.
Get health check ups regularly
Getting blood tests every 3 months or so can help you understand which part of your health is lacking so you can adjust accordingly. If you're low in iron, you can incorporate more red meats into your diet. This is especially in good if you want to avoid hospitalization.

Hey, I managed to cut down to 604 calories today but I still feel fat and puffy and kinda faint

i'll never say it enough, you are priving yourself frome something you "like" so compense it with other sources of happines. Try new reciepes with yout safe foods, reward yourself when you hit your gw, be kind to yourself, your body and your mind needs it.
