I stand by this statement.

I love that the Romanian vampires just showed up in BD pt 2 cause they heard that the Cullens were going to be facing the Volturi.

They had no idea why, they were just jazzed to see someone stand up against them.

And then when the Cullens tried to explain what the situation was, the Romanians were basically like “Look, tbh, we don’t care if you’re facing them cause they wore shoes you didn’t like, we just want to see them get their asses handed to them.”

Like, thanks I guess, creepy Romanian vampires?

Update: he’s further in the Lego game than I am & asked for I could leave the Twilight movies on when I leave for the day.

We’re currently in New Moon.

My 6 year old nephew randomly started telling me the plot of the entire Twilight saga one day.

Like out of the blue.

Since they recently added the movies to Netflix (US at least), I told him they were on there.

Now he’s simultaneously watching Twilight & playing Lego Pirates of the Caribbean on his DS.

Alright… we got three separate telling of Twilight & not one was from some random side student.

Like give me Dave the every day average student who watched all of this shit go down with the freaky rich kid & the pale-ass new girl who can’t walk a continuous 2 feet without falling on her face.

Like somehow he’s present for all of the shit that happens.

When Edward seems repulsed by Bella’s smell the first day? Dave sits behind Edward & is confused but doesn’t think much of it.

Edward disappears for a week after not being able to switch biology classes? Dave helps out in the office during his study hall period & happens to be in there to see this.

Edward has several cryptic conversations with Bella? Dave has a lunch table/locker near them.

The car accident? Dave sees it happen & he’s like “what the fuck?”

He’s hiking in the woods all the times they go to the woods.

He’s somehow in Phoenix on vacation when all that goes down.

Dave is there for every event in the series & nobody believes him when he tries to tell people.

The Cullens don’t notice him cause they’re all so wrapped up in Edward & Bella’s dramatic ass teenage romance.

I want Dave the Background Forks High Student to have his day in the midnight sun. (😂🧛🏻)

To be fair, if they’d said “let’s pretend to be college students” Jasper TOTALLY could have gone full ass cowboy. College students can wear anything they want & people are just like “haha. yeah man, college, right?”

Or if they’d gotten into some extracurriculars, like theater (which I know isn’t really possible for Jasper given that he’s so new), he could have just worn whatever. Theater kids can be hella weird & it’s just “theater kids, amiright?”

☼ - appearance headcanon for Jasper?

Not that he can get away with it as a teenager in this day and age, but Jasper, if left to his own devices, will wear straight legged denim blue jeans, leather cowboy boots (with spurs), and a huge cowboy hat. A button up and bolo tie are always a bonus.

If he can't dress like that, and he largely can't, he goes for leather and studs. Not full out punk, but on the edge of it.

Things Edward Could’ve Said That Sound Less Suspicious

Bella: Your eyes are a different color, did you get contacts?

Edward: Uh haha yeah I did. I think they look pretty cool.

Edward: *stops the car and saves Bella* Hey are you ok? *stands up, pretends his arm hurts* Awesome I’m gonna get this looked at now.

*Tells Carlisle. Comes back to school with arm in a cast and sling*

Bella: How did you stop that car? You were amazing.

Edward: Well sadly I wasn’t bit by a radioactive spider and I don’t have superpowers. Doctor said it was an adrenaline rush, it’s a common natural response to life or death situations. Basically it maximizes your body’s physical capabilities. So yeah it’s like temporary super strength and speed. Crazy shit.

Bella: You’re so cold. I can’t feel your pulse.

Edward: I have hypothyroidism and bradycardia.

Bella: Aren’t you going to eat something?

Edward: I have to be on a special diet.

Bella: Oh right, your condition, sorry.
