But like... just BC they aren't canonically siblings doesn't change the fact that they still think of eachother as siblings?

once again, in my opinion, when you ship people who don't know each other in canon, you obviously change what they think of each other just the same way. like, I would feel "what the hell. why" just the same amount if someone called me and my friend I treat like little sister a couple as if I felt if that happened with some nice guy from college that I know nothing about besides one or two polite small talks we had. like that

of course, you may be uncomfortable with that and avoid such ships, and that's totally fine! you don't have to have "valid" reasons to not like something. but when I see all these "how can you ship that!! they're siblings they treat each one like that!! I'm so disappointed in you I'm gonna tell everyone that you're problematic and they should never say anything good to you!!!" and death threats I just. hate internet so much.

hi!! I thought about this question a lot, probably most of the time I've been in fandom. but I just came to realize that I like literally anything except for siblings (I'm gonna say it now in case you don't tolerate it, but I DO sometimes enjoy incest ships for various reasons, and I do it with all awareness. but prsk just isn't the place for this) and ships with Akito, probably. mostly because I really dislike how fandom of my native language, where I obviously hang out more, potrays him. like, while I find him hard-working and passionate, these people just laugh him off as rude and angry at everyone. ugh

there are some ships I would mention, tho. like I really love poly-unit ships, especially polysho. canon-ish things like minoharu, anhane, ichisaki, ruikasa, kanamafu, my view of akitoya, etc. don't forget rare ships like mafurui obviously and actually many others with mafuyu, mafuemu take special place in my heart, shizukasa, mizuan, etc x2. I really do like anything

that includes toya x tenma too. remember, my summer kids on the internet, just because in canon people treat each other LIKE siblings it doesn't make them actual siblings. when you ship you literally make people who sometimes don't even know each other a couple. it's not that different, and both are normal
