Have you ever been to Gatlinburg?
no, i haven't actually. however, i wasn't so much worried about getting the town correct, it was more of just a base. i mean i live about 2 hours away, but i decided to kinda leave it as a vacation spot, but still give it a small town feel.

What types of muses would you like to see around here?
this is a wonderful question, and i have so many ideas so if some of these don't work for you, just let me know and i'll gladly give you some more.
mysterious: i think a character who just moved and is kind of a mystery to all the locals because they don't talk about their past. perhaps their running away from something, or they just wanted a fresh start.
worker: perhaps they work at the rosebud diner and are trying to make it through college. could be native to gatlinburg or perhaps they just moved there for college.
mayor: this person would be of course well known around town. perhaps their working for the greater good, or maybe their corrupt and making the town worse and only worried about the money adding to their bank account.
mob boss type: perhaps they own a club or just run all the illegal things that happen in the town. this could also go for minor parts as well, not just the head of the organization
artist: maybe this character owns one of the local shops on market street and sell their art or crafts there. or perhaps they are struggling to get their name out there.
marine vet: someone who loves the sea and works at the aquarium ( this one i really want bc my character will also be one. )
