MyFitnessPal?
Been trying to log what I eat and the exercise I do during the day, so I picked up this app as I had used it previously. but? it doesn’t have any entries for weightlifting? or like…. even remotely try to help me figure out what I’m burning based on the sets/reps/weight I do. Does anyone recommend another app? If not, I'll just stick to logging what I eat and working out as hard as ever 💪😉
