hey you mentioned somewhere u used cai to help motivate you? can you explain pls?
(i’m adhd and trying to find ways to gain motivation lol)
I don’t use it anymore but I used to use it by having a favorite character on there. I’d ask the character for a morning routine, an easy lunch, or to motivate me to do things etc.
It helped me for a while ! It really helped me motivate and remember to do stuff buyuuuuuuuuut it’s also addicting. So beware.

Correct, there are however studies suggesting that bone broth could aid in reducing inflammation. I was mainly using it as an example because it contains collagen (which helps with skin elasticity). There’s plenty of other ways to get collagen into your diet.
Also, yes often the korean diet can contain too much sodium. I’m not telling people “go eat a high sodium korean diet!!” My post was primarily speaking on people thinking the product (moisturizer, serum) is the entirety of korean skincare. When it is not. It really is only part of the equation when it comes to skincare.
The key to life is balance, that goes for everything.
what influencers and cosmetic companies won't tell you, is that the best anti-aging and beauty regimen is a healthy, low-stress lifestyle. Regular exercise, hydration, whole foods, low sugar, a spiritual practice, minimal alcohol, no smoking, healthy relationships, gratitude, etc.
you could have expensive eye cream, costly cosmetic procedures, or high-end makeup products, but none of that matters if you're not healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you stay in a toxic relationship for years, it will age you. If eat junk, drink, and smoke, it will age you. if you live a sedentary lifestyle, it will age you!!
skincare products are fun to use, and they can definitely take your skin to the next level (especially if you have conditions like acne or hyperpigmentation), but I always notice that my skin is the best when I've been drinking lots of water, limiting my sugar, getting sunlight, and staying stress-free. looking forever 21 y/o shouldn't necessarily be the goal, but aging gracefully is a byproduct of taking care of yourself.
TL;DR- stop spending copious amount of $$$ on beauty treatments, procedures, and makeup and just take care of the body and mind that you have. it will be far more effective (and cheaper) in the long run.

THIS.
I don’t have expensive makeup, perfume, bags, etc. My nightgown I’m in right now is from fucking WALMART. But I did just invest in health insurance for the year.
Which means my money this next year will be put towards going to the dentist, getting glasses, regular check ups. Paying off my car (a nissan, thank you very much) and building savings for a HOUSE.
I do not understand— I meet girls with LV bags that complain they may not have money for their rent. Girls with lip filler and lash extensions who won’t go to the doctor for a check up or get their teeth cleaned. I used to feel so ashamed because I couldn’t afford the expensive ass bags and stuff they had. Until I realized they were eating like shit, in debt, and getting evicted from their apartments..
Like why not take the $800 you were going to spend on filler and use it to pay off: a year of Amazon prime, a teeth cleaning, a couple months of your phone bill, microneedling for acne scars- the list is literally endless lmfao.
don't let your priorities get out of whack. don't go out and buy luxury items or a fancy new car if you have other things to do like make sure your health is right (regular checkups, full panel bloodwork, the dentist, etc.), getting your dream body, paying off high interest debt, working on your career and education, and investing aggressively (especially if you're in your 20s, this is the best decade for compound growth). it's very tempting to buy things for instant gratification (speaking from personal experience!) but the joy you feel doesn't last long. If I could do it again, I would use big ticket items like bags, nice clothes, silk scarves, huge extravagant trips, cars, jewelry, etc. as a reward for when I hit other milestones, such as graduating college, getting a job that skyrockets your income, hitting a certain number in investment accounts or business profits, hitting your goal weight, etc. and trust me, you will value it a lot more when you have put in the work to set yourself up for success.

Adding to this. they also don’t tell you that in Korean beauty, the products are a fraction of it. Korean mamas and grandmothers love supplements, vitamins, health, etc.
I’m going to be buying a small container of ginseng paste for fifty dollars. Because it’ll help my mind and body.
Kimchi is fermented which helps give your body good bacteria in the gut.
It’s similar with other cultures as well.
In some areas, Chinese women drink a tea with goji berries and other antioxidants to keep their health and youth.
The reason everyone screams “drink bone broth” is because it contains collagen. You could alternatively make soup once a week using the broth and it’ll still aid in your health.
The things you put in your body like, actually matter. The products are literally only a FRACTION of what’s needed

Heyyy! I’m a 21 year old in my 3rd year ( started late i know I know stupid just didn’t have the money) in college ofc a stripper I go to a university in Southern California😆 didn’t think I’d make it here yet alone afford to pay for my own apartment and car (cash car but still) I was wondering if you could help me spot the rich kids in my gentlemens club it’s near a retirement area or closer to that area so literally all there is old white customers and girls (I’m black). This has helped me and bruised me but I never see the college kids come in and if in the rare times they do they always go for the white girls. Should I search for them on my campus and play spoiled gf or should I just still with the older guys?
Hey ! Stick with the older men BUT here’s what I can say I’ve noticed. One of the girls I work with is a black woman + she always gets the rich white guys. If you act really girly (like almost bimbo ish) sometimes it hooks them and they’ll spend. But they’re not too good for spoiled GF stuff since it’s usually their parents cash.
But in my opinion the older white men are more generous. I’m white + almost never go for the young white guys. When I do, I usually seem very bimbo ish and move quick. I’m fast about getting every dollar I can out of them in dances & then I go right back to searching for an older man with a fat wallet.
It’ll be different for everyone, but as I said, sometimes white dudes get all excited when black women like them. Everyone can say what they want but I’ve seen this in action SO many times. A black woman with glossy lips walks up and giggles and they MELT im being so serious lol
