Harry needs to be loved, plain and simple. He needs to be loved for who he is, and not what he can do for people. Someone who will treat him like a person, not a weapon and not a savior. I think Draco can give him that fierce, honest love.

Draco needs protection from himself and I think Harry can be the one to draw him out. Draco was loved while growing up, but not safely. He needs to be held accountable and be held to expectations by someone who believes he can meet those expectations.

and no, you didn't miss anything, it was only briefly mentioned by draco that pansy had been away for a bit (chapter 11). of draco's friends, only goyle served a few months in azkaban. pansy went abroad for a bit, as did blaise, and friendships were slowly resumed after draco returned from prison and reconnected with theo. theo's been out here quietly taking care of a lot of behind the scenes things.

That word for word plagiarization of Les Pelerins is still up. I commented on the fic letting the author know I'd seen it and asked them to take it down, and reported it to AO3 months ago. Not sure what else to do. Anyone have experience with this and advice on getting a resolution? I know they're a volunteer staff and swamped.

What comfort reads, rituals, hobbies in the quiet do you think Drarry independently or co decently do and enjoy?

i think they'd share a love of quidditch and flying, of course. i do think they're both restless personalities, but draco would find it a little easier to quiet his mind by reading, whereas harry would find another activity for thrills (be it distance running or something tactile like dueling practice). they're both appreciators of nature, anything outdoors (gardens, forests, etc) but harry would find museums dull and elitist while draco would find more to admire in displayed history.

not anymore. they no longer hold as much joy for me as they used to since jkr has made it her mission to be a hateful person. i stick to fic now.
