Okay, everyone wanna know something fun about Proper Suit Wearing Etiquette? You’re not really supposed to put your hands in the trouser pockets - it’s considered very unprofessional, causes them to fit improperly, and just basically people will say you can now, but that’s a very modern opinion.

Speaking of which,

do I love this subtle little nod that this man is not as prim and proper as he makes himself out to be? Yes, yes I do.

Also, for those of you who have seen the ‘cursed’ Edgeworth statuette with the lovingly detailed posterior, and wondered why the heck the sculptors made that life choice…? This. This is why. Because when you put your hands in the trouser pockets of a perfectly-fitted suit, the backside suddenly becomes very, very fitted, it’s one of the reasons you don’t do it.

narumitsu first case together is so heartwrenching. your mentor is dead, her little sister is putting all her faith into you who had put all your faith into mia, edgeworth is not the man phoenix had thought he was and its a race against the clock, he and maya are alone and it seems like everythings crumbling down but they push through. klapollo first case together is look at this underwear i found in the trash. now look at this second one i found in an exhaust pipe. noodle cart. and i think its fitting

A Sleepy Phoenix is Not an Early Bird

Hello everyone! Here’s another fun Ace Attorney story with Phoenix and Edgeworth this time! Enjoy!

Characters: Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth

Summary: Phoenix can’t stay awake after working on a case for so long, but Edgeworth isn’t going to do all the work himself, so he has to wake a stubborn Phoenix up with a playful strategy that he remembers from their childhood. Enjoy!

The sunlight of the afternoon rays begin streaming into the office, brightening up the room for the prosecutor and the lawyer sitting on the couch. Phoenix has an upcoming case soon and asks Edgeworth if he could go through some evidence with him. Although the two will be facing each other in court, they both want to find the truth of what these final pieces of evidence mean. The rest of the Wright Anything Agency are out for the day, leaving Edgeworth and Phoenix to work on this case themselves.

Phoenix places a file down on the coffee table and stretches himself out after sitting for so long. “This case is tougher to crack than I thought,” the lawyer ends with a yawn. The two have been up since the early hours of the morning, so Phoenix was already getting a little sleepy. 

“Yes, I may have underestimated the amount of information we actually had,” Edgeworth remarks as he examines his own paper.

When Miles is 15, MvK dies of lead poisoning from the bullet in his shoulder. He and Franziska are taken in by Tyrell Badd. the cause of mvk’s death is found and dl6 is investigated and solved. Miles still decides to become a prosecutor because 1. its what he’s been studying for and 2. he’s had conversations with Badd about needing both sides to achieve the truth and needing someone he could trust in the prosecutor office. So at the age of 20, Miles joins the prosecutor office. While he does prosecute some trials himself, he mostly becomes Lana’s weird little assistant. Phoenix hears about Miles becoming a prosecutor and decides he wants to reconnect with his childhood friend so he goes to the courthouse to see if he can run into him when the dahlia stuff happens. Mia defends him and Phoenix becomes her weird little assistant while he studies law Phoenix and Miles reconnect in the courtroom as assistants. They quickly become friends again and start mutually pinning for each other. But they cant be together because it would be a conflict of interest and they could lose their jobs. But they like each other too much so they just decide to date in secret. Then there’s a big case they’re oth involved in and they both get to shine as assistants. But its revealed that they are dating. As they’re both awaiting to be fired or penalized, Mia and Lana start laughing. “Yeah we’re dating too, relax kids.”
