My current gym subscription is about to end and I’m trying to find a new gym or a crossfit box to join. I did a trial class in the crossfit box the closest to my house and I absolutely loved it, but at the same time I do enjoy a more bodybuilding style of training too and I really can’t make up my mind about what I want to do. 
Also the crossfit is like € 85 a month while a regular gym is only around € 45 but in the gym you don’t have a trainer who’s constantly there to help you. Then again, I wouldn’t always be able to do WOD’s because of my time schedule so I’d be training on my own sometimes too and then I’d be paying for a trainer without using one and ughhhhhh
Working out isn’t confusing, but finding the right gym sure is

Ever since I listened to Lyle McDonald’s fat loss for women’s podcast, I’ve been paying more attention to my menstrual cycle. And what do you know, he’s completely right. When I’m on my period I’m never able to use as much weight as when I’m not. I’m glad my period’s over now. I’ve smashed some PR’s today!

A quick update on my progress
Last week I weighed in at 76.1 kg and 32.9% fat. I’m pretty happy, because I’m staying on track, even though I had a pretty shitty week during my period. I’m going through that again right now. When I’m on my period I give in to cravings more easily and I simply have way more cravings. So today I’m giving myself another day at 2000 kcal (like the past 3 days), but from tomorrow I’ll go back to 1650 kcal a day. Plus, I’m going back to the gym tomorrow, woooohooo!
