Okay. Hi. Sorry, sort of just started posting about out of nowhere. But the Hetalia hyperfixation is BACK with a vengeance. Mod Ruebi and I are both back in.

Uh, I have a few drafts I need to finish that are like. Four years old. I also have a lot of new ideas and like. Hey. Requests open, send something in babes.

random hcs. completely random

(GW2) Everyone who has a charr, their charr is part of the same warband. They're the Star warband, so Francis' charr is Olympe Starburst. Ivan's main- Vaska Starbore- is the legionnaire.

(Supernatural AU) Kiku and Yao can and will pin their s/o down. Yao will groom you. He will lick your hair and use his nose to preen you. Meanwhile Kiku will just coil around you and rest his head on your lap.

(Supernatural AU) Please please please scratch Alfred's back for him. Right there between his wings. He'll love you forever. He can't reach it.

Matt and Allen have a very long-running "Heeey, bear" joke from that one guy on Alone. They also have "Agh- I'm getting stung."

If you're a friend and he's not doing it as a country, Kiku doesn't care if you pay him back for stuff. Just pay it forward. There's very few people he actually holds money over if it was done personally.

Alfred once shot a spider. With a gun. The stairs to that house still have a bullet lodged in them.

Ludwig has his phone's clock app set to tell him what time it is for all his allies. If you don't live with him, your timezone is in there too. He will berate you for texting at 3 am.

Matt never calls anyone unless it's super important. So if Matt calls instead of texts, you better answer. Especially if it's really late in his timezone. If it's like 11-5 for him and he's calling, it's an emergency.

There's this really really old Spanish lullaby that Antonio used to sing for Lovino when he had nightmares. Lovino will sometimes hum it while he's cleaning or cooking. He will never admit that it's from Antonio.

(Monster AU) All the vampires hate drinking from you. Ivan will literally refuse unless he's starving, and even then he will not bite you. You will have to soak a rag and he'll drink it from that.

Sometimes if Alfred is startled, Spanish will just come out of him. Matthew is like this with French. It will just come out when they're startled.

Allen listens to musicals.

Yao will cry if you give him a plushie. Every single time. It doesn't matter if this is the first time or the fiftieth time. He will cry.

Lovino is pretty good at estimating numbers. He doesn't take the time to do the math, but he can get pretty close just estimating.

Allen is still really good at cooking food over a fire. He used to do it a lot more often, and with him being vegan there isn't much incentive to do it anymore, but if you get him to, he can make a mean stew. A whole pot will be gone in less than an hour, it's that good.

Meanwhile, Matt still does. He can and will just roast something over a fire all day. He uses minimal spices, the smoke and the fire do most of the work flavoring the meat. Plus the natural flavor in it.

Ivan and Viktor both naturally run very very hot. They're both incredibly hot blooded, so if they're somewhere that ISN'T covered in snow, they're drenched in sweat dying. If you get Ivan down to like... Arizona in the summer, he is going to need the AC on full blast right in his face.

Kiku loves watching videos of tiny blacksmithing. Bonus if it's straight up ASMR style with no added sound effects for goofiness.

But on the other hand, most other kinds of ASMR squick him out. Eating sounds make him want to hit something.

Matthias plays campfire sounds if he can't sleep. It's a double edged sword though, he gets super sleepy around campfires now.

(Soulbound) One of Yao's incarnates was just a farmer. He never did anything grander with his life. He just farmed rice. And Yao loved him. He still has a recipe he makes sometimes that man taught him. He eventually died from age, Yao got to be with him when he died.

Gilbert has tried to be able to read Kanji but he just can't wrap his head around it. Kiku has tried to teach him but it just won't stick in his brain. He can read romanji just fine.

Feliciano hates sleeping alone so he'll often call Caro and Enzo up into bed with him if he doesn't have someone else.

Flavio likes having soft music playing when he sleeps.

(GW2) Alfred's charr is the second in command of Star warband. In the lore that Alfred definitely just wrote himself, he's the one who named the warband. His charr is answers to any pronouns, though he mostly uses feminine for them. Their name is Liberty Saberstar, they're his elementalist.

(GW2) Ludwig already has a warband name chosen, he just hasn't gotten around to making a charr yet. He's going to have the warband's ranger who's birds are all trained as messengers. Starling. You know, like the bird.

(Supernatural AU) I know I haven't actually posted it yet, but Matt is a werebear he and absolutely SLEEPS in winter. Do not wake him up, he will be grumpy.

Alfred and Kiku have watch parties for anime they're both into. If they don't watch the new episode together they will explode waiting for the other to watch it so they can DISCUSS.

as gw2 but it's their mains

America

Norn because their emotes make him laugh. Their cry is so dramatic. Also, he thinks it's so funny that the men are built like a brick shithouse. he tried to main Warrior but he tried Ranger and it was over from there. he's terrifying when he runs his soulbeast build. WVW king, commands once a week and knows what he's doing. Leads raids and strikes too. Has platinum rank in PVP, he's working on getting legendary. His main uses the "Demigod of the Arena" title

England

Arthur has at least one or two characters of each race but he's low-key obsessed with sylvari. He has like 30. His main is a mesmer, he swaps what elite he's running based on what he's doing. He's casual in wvw and raids, and sometimes does pvp but always turns off chat when he does. He is not good at fighting other players.

France

Francis has two mains based on what he's doing. His PvE main is a norn mesmer. He saw the light armor on norn women and he was weak. He had to. She's mostly virtuoso but he will switch to chrono if he needs to portal people around. His raid and strike main is a charr thief, he will switch elite based on what boss they're facing. But he mostly leaves it on the daredevil "all power all the time" build. Francis will help with fashion wars, he and Kiku are the kings. He never touches WvW or PvP, raids and strikes are as far as he'll go as far as that sort of content because of the skins. He'll pay Alfred to play on his account if he wants a WvW or PvP skin.

Canada

He made a sylvari based on a maple tree as like his third or fourth character. She's a revenant because he thought it was an interesting idea, he just wanted to try it out. he did not mean for her to become his main, but he loves her. He swaps around his elite and his channeled legends based on what he needs and who he's with. He'd be one of the top revenant players if he did competitive play. He knows how to do raids because he helps Alfred lead them.

Russia

Charr mechanist. No, he will not swap elites. He has tried the others as they came out, he didn't really like them as much. Plus he loves giving his mech silly names in Russian. Once its name literally translated to "squish squish". He is constantly playing with fashion, he really likes a lot of pieces of the charr tail clipping through coats drives him insane. He likes being lore accurate to colors, so all his characters' dyes are very natural except for one pop of color. You'll know if he plays a character a lot if they wear one of the scarf skins dyed like his. He doesn't really do raids but he's in a server against Alfred in WvW. When they're both commanding their respective servers, it's all-out war.

China

Yao exclusively plays Asura. No, not even for achievements. Not even for story. He plays Asura. His main is a Soulbeast spec ranger. He has a few legendaries that Kiku helped him make. Never touches PvP or WvW but will do raids if there's a cosmetic he wants. Only does raids with Alfred's raid team.

Germany

Ludwig went basic for his main, it's a human revenant. He's tried to learn to swap legends as well as Matthew does, but he just can't pick up on it, so he mostly runs a condi build using Mallyx and Shiro. He learned to play using a basic build from Matthew, he got kind of babysat at the start of his play since he started after everyone else. It was pretty funny, you'd see Ludwig standing there reading what he's supposed to do with like five rank 300 players standing around him messing around. He's learning to do raids with Alfred and fractals, he hasn't gotten to WvW yet but he'll love it once he does. He's taking it slow.

N. Italy

Bless Feli's heart, he's so casual. Only plays in PvE, kinda has a terrible build, but he has fun so that's what matters. He's tried playing everything but he has the most fun with his sylvari elementalist. He loosely based him on a white lily, it's not exact and he realized it later, so he's not to fussed if people don't see it. He loves doing fashion wars and all his characters are brightly colored. He knows the best places for pictures though, if you need fancy shots of your characters, Feliciano will show you the best.

S. Italy

On the other hand, Lovi will do everything even if he's not good at it. He has a really annoying hit-and-run build for WvW. He mains a sylvari thief. Loosely based on tomato, and he begrudgingly agreed with Feli to make their mains twins in their own story. He is really good at his builds after a bit of practice, but getting him to pay attention during raids is like pulling teeth. Unless its a boss he really wants something from.

Japan

He considers his cherry blossom sylvari necro his main. But only because she's got the most ascended and legendary armor so she's the one he can do the most content on. He helps others make legendaries and knows what achievements give ascendeds. He is one of the regulars in Alfred's raid team. His fashion wars is on point, he has a different outfit for every build so you can tell what he's running by looking at him. Mans even has the permanent hairstyle kit so he changes her hair pretty often too.

Prussia

Gilbert tries everything. Every combo. His favorite that he kinda defaults to at this point is his fem norn warrior. He loves the heavy armor on her. He loves bladesworn. It's not even a thing of wanting to look at boobs or butt, he just straight up loves how the armor looks. He's always fiddling with it whenever a new skin comes out, Francis usually helps him a bit. He's a casual PvPer but a very serious raider and WvWer. He's always joining Alfred for raids if he has nothing else going on. He's been babysitting Ludwig through level 80 content.

Austria

Roderich doesn't play often so he doesn't have many skins unlocked. He hasn't even hit level 80. He kept deleting and remaking his character until he found a combo he liked, which ended up being Asura Mesmer. He's mad that mesmers don't have warhorn as an elite weapon option. The only skins he has a complete collection of are the orchestral weapons. He randomly appears online, does a little bit of content, then disappears. If someone whispers him, he won't even talk to them. He's been mistaken for a bot because of this.

⋆⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⋆ Hi guys! It's Ruebi, the sort of co-owner of the blog!! I haven't touched this blog in a while :"( It's mostly!! Mostly bcuz stuff happened. Me and Oasis are cool rn, we homies! We sort of talked about me coming back to the blog bcuz I've fully accepted that I keep coming back to Hetalia at least once a year-- (the brainrot is just stronger rn tho LOL, which is why I wanna come back)

TBH with you I've just been in the sidelines watching n lurking in the blog so I've never really left !! I also haven't really been motivated to like write imagines bcuz I get so scared that the interps are wrong LOL- BUT NOW- I will do my best at handling imagines n scenarios (although I think my strengths are more at writing novels n stuff)

If by popular demand, I can post my America x Reader novel in tumblr, just feel free to tell me or something. If you don't want to read it on tumblr, it is posted in Wattpad, AO3, and Quotev under the title "Love Letters: From me, to you || A.Jones". After this point, I will post my Hetalia reader insert novels here too, probably under a separate tag.

I also wanna introduce a new concept! Where it's almost like a drawing ask blog (I'll be handling this part mostly.) Asks can now be formatted as a question or as a confession to comfort characters and I will be able to sketch images on how I think they would react and stuff

I will put the rules for this new thing soon!

Have a teaser of the first build, Allen’s house.

 It’s supposed to look like a renovated house in the Boston area, I imagine in the past 250-ish years he’s removed the brick for a nicer outdoor area. His yard absolutely sticks out but he doesn’t give a damn.

So far I only have the exterior done, so that’s really why it’s just this teaser. I’m still working on the layouts and floorplans of other houses, some of them I’m severely limited by what I want to do by what sims will allow- even with move objects.

Headcanon: What are 2Ps (+ A few bonus 2P headcanons)

This headcanon dump has been a very long time coming, but I’m going to cover what exactly 2ps are in my mind. I’ve mentioned before that they are basically a version of the personification that comes out in certain situations, such as high stress, but they could also exist solely on their own as completely different entities.

I like to handle them in the latter, as a completely separate thing. It’s much more interesting, in my opinion, to have them exist alongside the 1Ps. 1Ps are considered the face of the country, while the 2Ps are, for the most part, the “dark underbelly”. While many of them have violent nature, they do not act on these impulses (most of the time). Very few of them actually get along with their counterpart, Francis and Francois hating each other for example.

Now with the former, them being another part of the 1P. When that country is in deep personal stress or something going on within their personal life, when they want to hide away to deal with that, the 2P will come out. For many of them, Feliciano, for example, it’s a defense: Luciano takes over to be strong and keep everything in line while he sorts out his own emotions. For others, it’s a response that they hate. Arthur and Oliver are an example of that one, Arthur hates that it happens. For others, they know their counterpart is self destructive or generally negative, but can’t do much to fix it.

The magic trio have all been studying ways to force the situation into the former, with the 2Ps no longer being a part of their bodies. None of them have come close to perfecting separation spells like that, but they theorize that they’ll need homunculi for the bodies, and need to use binding spells on the “spirits” of the 2Ps until they attach to and lock into the bodies... And getting those created will be far easier said than done.

And, as a bonus for me being radio silent for so long, a few extra headcanons about 2Ps:

Viktor and Ivan get along the best of all counterparts because of how often they end up swapping. They tend to leave each other notes and gifts when they know a swap is coming.

Oliver despises magic. Arthur has to magically seal the room with his spellbooks to keep it safe. He has failed to seal it a small handful of times before and almost lost everything when Oliver “discovered” the room.

Allen and Matt get along really well and enjoy making fun of people together. They sometimes get together to watch shows like Alone or Alaskan Bush People to mock the people.

The dynamic between the Italy brothers is swapped in their 2P states. Luciano is the one looking out for and protecting Flavio.

Zao is that friend that you’re not sure why or how you became friends with him, but you are and you wouldn’t trade that bond for anything.

Lutz is very disorganized, but still knows exactly where everything he needs is.

Kuro is nocturnal. After regaining control, Kiku is very lethargic as he tries to get back into his sleep schedule.

Completely random headcanons about random countries (1p and 2p) because I need to get back in the swing of things

Alfred cannot sleep if his body is not covered by either a blanket or a sheet. No matter how tired he is, that boy just cannot fall asleep without it.

Allen cannot sleep on his back. He has no idea why.

Many countries speak multiple languages, but Yao can at least read every language. Or at least parse what he's looking at if you give him enough time.

Arthur is highly critical of magic in all media.

Francis is the most likely to work the hardest to make a long distant relationship work, with Feliciano and Antonio as second and third. Mattias is a very close fourth.

Francois exists on a diet of things that can be made on a paper plate or five star restaurants. He has no in between.

I'll make another headcanon post going into it, but 2P's are basically the version of the country that comes out in extreme emotional stress. If the 1p just cannot handle what is going on, the 2p comes out.

Oliver likes naps

Of all the 1ps and 2ps, Viktor and Ivan get along best. On the opposite end, Francis hates Francois and Feliciano is afraid of Luciano.

Alfred doesn't mind subs or dubs, it just depends on what he's doing for what he chooses. Sometimes he just wants to listen in the background, so he'll watch the dub.

Kiku likes seeing what voices characters were given in other languages. Sometimes he thinks the voices fit the characters better.
