Doubling as a funky homeware shop as well as a café, Industry & Co. are top notch when it comes to coffee. With delicious treats on offer such as  Sea Salt Brownies and the traditional Belgian Liege Waffles (all baked in house) and with single origin Boa Vista Valley coffee, it is clear to see attention to detail is paid in this shop. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED GO THERE NOW. Seriously though, the place is class guys, do yourselves a favour.

If you haven’t heard of them already you are clearly blind (or just haven’t visited Dublin which is fair enough). 3FE is one of the most prominent roasters in the country, stemming from multiple self branded shops of their own, as well as supplying many of the top shops in town such as Kaph, and One Kinda Folk. Started in 2008 by Colin Harmon as a passion project and has exploded ever since. Their website is worth a visit for anyone interested in coffee, where there is an interesting blog as well as an online shop for all your coffee needs.

Kaph. Drury Street. Need I say more? If you want class coffee then look no further. Kaph’s baristas are masters of the craft. and will knock out savage drinks time and time again, offering a matcha latte if you’re that way inclined. This place is an absolute must for anyone in town, but do beware more often than not the place is packed so get in early.

You may have seen this one in my Twitter and Instagram account but if not, meet Frame! Frame is a cosy little nook located on Montague Street in Dublin City Centre. What makes it unique you may ask? It is a bespoke picture framer as well as somewhere that offers delicious specialty coffee! Next time you’re in town for a coffee why not pick up a funky print while you’re at it!!

Happy Sunday all! It’s been a drizzly, dreary day out there, perfect weather for another homebrew. Here’s my favourite tried and tested aeropress technique from the coffee god himself, James Hoffman. Try this one out and let me know how you all get on!

Currently under house arrest thanks to COVID :(, so it’s homebrews for the moment. Any excuse to whip out my aeropress is worth it though, I used this delicious Peruvian blend from Bear MRKT, only down the road from me on Georges Street. Its chocolate, toffee, and lemon notes shine through clear as day with this one.
