First furlough project that is nearly finished (we have a couple going at once). ✅ paint (Madison picked the color) and patched walls. ✅closet clean out, purge and organize. ✅paint dresser (1st time I finished a refinishing project in a week within bringing it home). ✅pictures hung. Still needed: ✅new curtains (if you give a mouse a cookie). Various befores are at the end. The room is kind of long and narrow so the angles are hard to photograph. I have been doing little projects here and there through out the house and my daughter’s room is next.  She likes this and wants her room wall the color of the ocean.  I love the canopy too but with her ceiling fan I don’t think it will work (and we need a fan in northern VA).  I am going to try my best to post before/afters, in progress shots.  Image via pbteen
