Transformation Tuesday as happen when you consistently show up day in day out whether you want to or not. I motivate me Monday In our virtual group online they were asking a question today what motivates you? how do you keep going every day? What motivates you to show up? In the beginning there’s the excitement of deciding committing and want to see the success and you have your virtual online group to help motivate you on the days that seem tough and then after a while of persisting and making it part of your lifestyle it then becomes a habit. A non negotiable that you just want a need to do. and after a while once you keep doing it it just becomes a habit so on those days that you don’t have the motivation you just do it anyways because you know that it is going to be what will make you feel better and it is good for you to get addicted to those endorphins released. All in one day! My son is posing and drawing his feelings out to show and share how much discomfort he is in as his tooth 🦷 was a dangling and by the time I picked him up it was out!
