This blog has temporarily been set to private.
There has been a lot happening recently, but most relevantly, I’m in the midst of a technological/software/online-presence shift. New computer parts are inbound, new art software has been purchased, a proper store is being set up, and I’m looking into working with some premade cover shops that are looking for new artists. Until the tech and software stuff is done, though, everything is on hold.

The logo for my quarantine project has arrived.
Is it finished, yet? Possibly.
I am perpetually indecisive.

Bienvenue!
When quarantine began earlier this year, I decided to use my recently freed-up time to learn new things. One of which was, as you may have already surmised, book cover design.
I’ve been writing for well over a decade, now, and it occurred to me quite some time ago that I could benefit from knowing how to design my own book covers. However, I never set aside the appropriate amount of time to actually study; my former professors would, no doubt, be ashamed at my utter lack of effort, but what’s a government-mandated lockdown for, if not playing catch up?
Anyway, this blog is set to host the products of my efforts. It didn’t take me long to complete covers for all of the books I was working on, so you will, inevitably, see other covers, as well. There will be a number of unclaimed pre-made covers appearing here and a few that I made as gifts for members of the Wattpad community. Beyond that, only time will tell.
I hope you enjoy these.
Good health to you and yours, as well.
Regards,
Kara
