All those recovery accs be like "you won't even enjoy your sick body because you'll be too weak to dress cute etc" while my confidence boosted and allowed me to finally dress nice + enjoying it 😭

Things to do instead of bingeing;
(some inspo)
Be creative:
Draw/ paint
Write (lyrics, a poem, ...)
Play an instrument/ sing
Be active:
Go on a walk
Do a lil workout (maybe try yoga)
Ride your bike
Distract:
Watch (TV, YouTube, ...)
Study (or learn a new skill)
Read
Clean, do laundry, dishes etc.
Motivation:
Think of what you want to wear/ once you have your goal body & compliments you may get
Think of what you will reward yourself with when you hit your gw
Think of how you will feel when you look and the mirror and finally like what you see
Reminder:
Don't be too hard on yourself, nobody's perfect
Remember to still get enough nutrients to prevent hair&teeth loss / protect your bones
Weight fluctuates, most of the time it's water weight or just the weight of food in your stomach
