caption: Nokia Arena was the first time I played piano at a Blind Channel show. Ngl, it was the part I was the most stressed out about. Singing, rapping, screaming and being Violent Bob is easy, when you’re hiding behind a tough-guy act. But I wasn’t sure how people would react to such raw and naked performance. It’s also been funny to read comments about me learning a new skill or stepping out of my comfort zone. The truth is, I’m nowhere as comfortable as I am behind a piano. Before I became a vocalist, I started my journey to music as a classical pianist (thanks mom for forcing me to the lessons ❤️) What you saw on stage is me most of the time. When I’m writing songs, when I’m recording, when I’m practising or just simply meditating. It’s always my and my best friend; the piano. That’s my safe space. Hope to do something like this again in the future.
