Erron cleared his throat, looking forward once more when they passed the two Special Forces, “ahem…? Sonya Two is over there… Think she recognized me.”

“Ain’t our problem is it?” Kano spat, “long as she didn’t see me, we’re aces… Now, what’re we lookin’ for, Ruby?” There was an obviously irritated scoff behind the pair, “swear, if we’re riskin’ our hides for some old wives tale Tremor couldn’t find…” Skarlet’s words were quiet, kept short out of fear of them being recognized. A sentiment she wished the other two would follow. She could still feel eyes on their backs, though, trying to ignore it for the sake of finding the tea.

The Gunslinger was at his wits end, even knowing the Special Forces had eyes on them… “You’n Miss Skarlet go find the thing, we split up’n - “ a large hand gripped him by the scarf before he could even finish his thought. Erron stared back up at the Black Dragon leader, eyes locking, looking for something. Looking for any hint, any fleck of emerald in his irises. 

“Ya forget already, mate? That lil’ cover stunt… You ain’t goin’ anywhere…” Kano snarled, releasing him when the Blood Mage’s hand ran over his forearm, “you dug that hole for yourself, mate. Ain’t a good look if someone sees ya runnin’ away, is it? Now, Momma here needs something… And I’ll be damned if we ain’t gettin’ it.” Erron nearly stumbled back a bit when his hand left the fabric, leaving a patch of wrinkles, another scoff leaving his throat.
