Meet my latest senior, Madie!  This girl is spending her senior year cheer leading and burning some tires in her and her dad’s El Camino.  I mean... how cool is that?!!   We had so much fun on this session!  She had some really great ideas for locations and props and I did my best to take advantage of Everything they had to offer!  I am pretty proud of how they all turned out.  Thank you, Madie, for choosing me to be your photographer.  I hope your senior year is amazing!

I recently got to take one of my best friend, Kristin’s sweet family photo session!  We went out to Beaver Dam State Park and took advantage of the scenery there.  I had so much fun with these goofballs!!

I got to meet this sweet little pumpkin not long after her birthday.  We got to spend the afternoon snuggling and staying Really warm.  Her sweet little features are absolutely gorgeous and I could just EAT HER UP!

CHS 2019 Senior, Darby!
We really had a good time free-ranging the park and taking advantage of all it had to offer.  The lake, the trees, the roads, the bathroom... None of it was safe.
Congratulations, Darby!  Enjoy your last year of High School!

What a joy it has been preparing these photos for Mackenzee!  She is Such a lovely young lady and I am so happy she chose me to take her high school career finale session. It was Fun, it was pretty and most importantly, I was able to document a beautiful young adult nearing her launch into life.

Duncan Maternity Session - It’s so sad when loved ones move away, but its a sweet day when they come home!  It’s even sweeter when they ask you to take their maternity photos while they’re here!  I was so excited to see John, Claire, the boys and The Bump (more importantly, the baby behind the bump).  These two are well loved around these parts and getting to be lucky enough to spend precious time with them is an honor.  Their presence is in High demand when they come home.  We spent about an hour squeezing in a mini session by walking around the family’s farm and capitalizing on the beautiful scenery while documenting their love, spontaneity, fun personalities and most importantly, their growing family!

Dog: Man's Best Friend Indy: Randy's Best Friend
Sometimes, we just don't know what we need. Thankfully, The Lord does and goes out of His way to give us those needs when we aren't looking. In the midst of deep personal struggle, God gave Randy a dog. On 4th of July weekend (hence the name), Randy unknowingly arrived at his divine appointment by leaving his work truck door open at Just the right time on his route. When he came back, he found a dog in his seat. The best dog. Until the end of his days, Indy remained by Randy's side. Unfortunately, that end has come to pass. Before it did, we got a little session in on a good day.
Our dogs are a deep rooted part of our family. The pain we feel with their death is just as deep.

My Very First Tumblr Post on the books is a little session I did with Kasara and Aaron.  They are expecting their first baby together very soon and asked me to capture a maternity session for them.  We really had a great time!  I am telling ya.  They really made it easy to capture their love.  It practically oozed out of them.  I LOVED IT.  So many guys make my job really hard.  They never want to play along and show their ladies a little effection... Not This Guy!  It was Awesome.  I have really had a blast editing these and I thank this couple So Much for choosing me to be their photographer.  I hope you all enjoy them!
