Weird things to hyper-fixate on as things I’ll be able to do when I get to my goal weight but I want it. Cannot wait to be small enough

24hr fast is up and…the pounds stayed gone!! I’m very lucky, and I’m gonna try and make sure this doesn’t happen again. I was soo worried that the binge would seriously fuck my chances of keeping them off up I’m soo glad it didn’t.

Another tip, though this one might seem strange: journaling!
If you’ve got a notebook, or a cute journal, I recommend trying to write in it atleast once a day. I use mine to track my moods, my meals and cals, and to write one “I will not binge because,” sentence every day or when something happens in life that makes you want to look better.
Journaling this way can help with Self discipline , which is, and I can’t stress this enough, very important when it comes to this lifestyle! Everything can fall apart if you don’t have a good grasp on it- with my binge being a good example of that!

❀ Puking sucks but it has to happen sometimes. Just had a horrible binge but was lucky enough to b able 2 get it all up in time! Self discipline is important, I’ve still got a long way to go before I’m better at it I think.
Better news though! I dropped another few pounds!! :D gonna try and make it stick by fasting for maybe 24 hrs. I’m ecstatic rn. Just hoping the binge won’t fuck it up 💗💗

❀ Also, does anyone happen to know better ways to do it other than the toothbrush? My fingers don’t seem to reach far enough half the time and I hate getting them all gross.

Finished my first 42hr fast!! Thought I’d award myself with a pretzel but thought otherwise of it and just had a small salad for lunch.
Tip I wanted to give out: Switching to smaller plates and bowls really did help and I recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight like this!
Normally, you’d put some food onto a plate and think “well..it’s not that much, I could have a little bit more right..” and u do! And that’s an awful thing to do, not to mention the awful feeling afterwards. But with smaller plates u put some on, run out of room, and think “this is enough”!! It’s really useful for seeing how much u actually need <3

42hr fast almost over..!!! I’m having a mini pretzel as a reward and continuing the day as normal! Excited to go back to the gym, I only allow myself 50mins total of it while fasting where I’m usually there 2hours- 2 and a half hours.
Soo cold today too but I wore a fluffy hoodie so it was okay 🫶🏽
