i’m going to be working out every single day for the next month and eating a small amount of food.
right i’m bloated and heavy because i kept on binging on fast food so i weigh 68.4kg but i’m hoping i’ll be around 65kg or less by the end of the month (may 31)

ok ok i’m 66.3kg rn which i’m happy about
and i’m currently at the gym, i’ve already burned 180 calories and i’m still going on the bike machine (planning to go til i’ve burned like 400)
i’ve been watching The Idol and Jocelyn is such thinspo to me i wish i could look like her. her dance outfit in the first ep has me dying of envy.
my mum asked me if i’d eaten today when i saw her, she never asks me that but i think she’s noticed i’m getting smaller. (even if that’s not why i’m pretending it is because it makes me feel good)

i’m actually so upset holy shit. i weighed in at 68.7kg this morning.
genuinely so sad, but it’s all my fault. i’ve been not using any self control.
starting now i’m fasting for at least a few days and if i eat it’ll be the most bland calorie-less food possible.
this picture gives me so much inspiration, imagining the gross fat inside of me makes me nauseous.

I think the biggest issue I have with manifesting my dream body isn't just my choices (which is a huge factor in weight loss), but also my mindset.
For example, instead of thinking, "I'm so fat, I can't wait to be skinny", I tell myself to think, "I can't believe how skinny I've gotten! I have so much control over what I eat!"
Having the mindset that you already are what you want to be really helps a lot. Here's another example:
"I'm so hungry right now, so maybe I'll just eat something to tide myself over." Change that thinking to, "My stomach thinks that it's hungry because I've been working hard on my body lately."
Make yourself think that you already ate. Convince yourself that these things have already happened to you.
Be delusional, be skinny. <3
