You stared at her for as long as you could, without her noticing. Every time. During the classes, it was easier.

You played this simple game with yourself: you could watch her while she wrote, studied, walked on campus; and when she turned around to look back at you, stare at the depths of your soul, asking why were you staring at her for so long, you pretended, avoided the conversation, ignored.

It made her crazy.

But you found it cute.

You had found a little joy in the art of pretending you didn't care. You had to, or else the feeling would eat you from inside out.

Every day hiding the fact that you loved her, eventually made you tired. But the thought of her rejecting your feelings was too much to bear, so at the end of the day, you just ignored your aching heart.

Secretly, you hoped that she would realize, at some point, that you had feelings for her. But as the time passed, she became more and more oblivious, at least you believed so.

And it was painful because she was everywhere.

Everything reminded you of her.

You saw her glossy dark hair, hovering over her bright pink backpack, everytime the color pink popped into your vision. The roses at the flower shop remembered you of her smell, floral and sweet, and the cherries were her lips, cute and rosy, almost inviting you to a kiss.

Heejin sat beside you at the class, looking into your eyes, wondering what you were thinking, again. She brushed her hair out of her rosy cheeks and bit down on her cherry lips.

She smiled.

"What are you thinking of?"

I'm thinking of you. It's killing me.

"I know", she was probably assuming you wanted to make her mad.

Before you could think: "No you don't"

Silence.

She looked confused at first, then you could see the change in her eyes, the way she glanced at you made you realize that she could read everything you hadn't spoken.

Yet, she pretended. But you couldn't be mad, of course. It wouldn't be fair. She looked around before answering. The class was empty, just you two, everyone had left at least half an hour ago.

"What do you mean?"

Well, you don't know how I am afraid that you don't feel the same, how I torture myself, how you are inside my head, Heejin.

But the words never left your mouth.

She exhaled, and deep in her soul she felt the same, she thought the same.

Silence.

She reached for your hand, holding your backpack, and held it.

"I know how it is" she suddenly said, looking at you "I feel the same. It hurts the same".

Olivia had watched you over almost one year. Since your debut stage, exactly ten months ago, she had watched your performances. Not in a creepy way, but interest in your work and wanting to know more about you. However, she was too shy to even look you in the eyes.

The girls kept teasing her, Jinsoul offered three times to ask for your number so Olivia wouldn’t have to ask for it herself but Hyejoo said no, repeatedly. She knew too well she liked you a lot, and she wanted to win this herself.

So, after almost one year, she built her courage to ask for your number. The night before the awards, she practiced everything she should say. Her plan was to compliment your stage and start a casual conversation, ending with you giving her your number or even going out with her. She made sure you would perform after her, so the time wouldn’t be a problem.

Everything was prepared, she just didn’t have to literally walk on you in the middle of the backstage’s corridor, with everyone watching while she was looking down thinking of what she should say.

You hadn’t seen her while walking as well, so you ended up on the ground after Hyejoo’s leg hit yours.

”Oh my god! I am so sorry” she looked at you, her cheeks were red and her eyes widened.

”No, it’s okay” you smiled from the ground ”I am fine” you got back on your feet, awkwardly, and looked at Hyejoo.

”I am really sorry” she started ”I didn’t see you coming”

”No need to worry, I am perfectly fine. I didn’t see you either” you grinned and looked at your hands, aching a little bit because of the impact; they were slightly red and your knees were also hurting.

”Y-your hands...” Olivia looked at them, slightly worried ”let me see them, let’s just...” she looked around, a bit embarrassed with everyone watching you two, you could see she wasn’t comfortable, so you held her wrist and walked as fast as you could with your knee injury to a private room, where the staffs kept makeups and clothes.

Closing the door, you sighed and turned around smiling, Hyejoo grinned awkwardly and played with her hands.

”Don’t worry, why are you so shy?” you said ”I am not hurt, in two days I will be fine again”

”I-I know” she started. Olivia thanked the low lights of the room, so you couldn’t see her face turning red.

”Then what?” you watched her and held her hands.

”Ah... I just... I like you very much you know, I love your group” Olivia smiled and you chuckled.

”I really like your group too, I’ve been watching your performances”

”Really?” she looked really happy and you nodded. Her smile faded as she remembered why you were there in first place.

”But are your hands okay?” the girl seemed worried again.

”Yeah they're good, my knee is hurting a little bit but nothing serious”

”I think I should apologize properly,” Hyejoo said, now she was worried... or scared? You couldn’t say exactly, the lights were really bad.

”What do you mean?” you were nervous; since Loona's debut you supported them and Hyejoo was one of your favorite members of the group... being in front of her was exciting and scaring at the same time.

”I will buy you a milkshake tomorrow, milkshakes can cure everything, right? You will feel a lot better” she was smiling brightly, so was you.

”Of course, I see you tomorrow then” the air felt lighter as you two smiled, relieved. Before leaving, you wrote your number in a piece of paper you found on the room and gave Hyejoo. As you two left the room, Jinsoul was walking on the corridor, apparently looking for someone; Olivia.

”Here you are” she smiled ”oh, hi!” she waved at you ”I was looking for you, Hye”

Smiling, you looked at Hyejoo and winked ”I will leave you two, have to go back. See you tomorrow Olivia” you smiled to Jinsoul and greeted her as you left them.

”So... ’see you tomorrow’ huh” Jinsoul smirked.

”Yeah, I did it”

You usually like to talk to her when you have a break and before you go to sleep, when she isn’t home yet. When you have time to be together she is really happy and supportive, telling everything to you. You already were really close friends and sharing an apartment made you two even closer.

She always asks you before inviting her other friends to sleep over or meet at your apartment, she wants to know if it won’t bother you. She also helps you with your school subjects and basically with everything you need, Chuu is really affectionate and caring. You are really good friends, she tells you about everything and she trusts you a lot.

Park Chaewon (GoWon)

She is shy. Really shy at first. When she moved to your apartment she almost didn’t talk to you cause she just didn’t know what to say, even if you were good friends before being roommates. When she got used to living with you she started being cute and soft, Gowon asked you how was your day, made you breakfast and helped you with everything. Chaewon is a really soft and helpful roommate.
