not really a deep-dive into loona lore but some things i noticed in the oec teaser from today

okay i think we all noticed that the representative colors from the teaser are not their representative colors ?

choerry has blue which is jinsoul's representative color, lip has red but i feel like it's not quite like her representative color? i feel like it goes closer to like vivi's pink, and obviously jinsoul having slightly green-ish yellow

as i said before lippie's color is closer to vivi's than her (imo), and jinsoul has yellow which is hyunjin's representative color, two colors that are also shown on ctd's logo

choerry has a diamond that could explain the change of colors by refraction maybe?

also, the picture with inverted colors looks like this

in honor of oecs comeback, i decided to make this!

what is the " loonaverse " ?

the loonaverse is a fictional universe, where the members of loona live. it is estimated to date all the way back to april 26th, 2017.

heejin is generally known as the loonaverses creator. initially, the world was in black and white. when heejin sees this, she takes action, realizing she cant do this alone, she needs help filling the world with color. does this mean heejin is the "god" / "goddess" of the loonaverse? many orbits think so.

the loonaverse is believed to be highly biblical. blockberry creative confirmed that the story of yyxy (youth youth by young), is meant to explain the biblical story of adam and eve! including imagery of apples, and even going as far as to call this area of the loonaverse as "eden"

it is highly believed that the loonaverse is a universe that exists on a möbius strip, aka, an endless loop. a very popular reason to back up this theory is in the name of loona. LOOΠΔ is the official spelling of the group, and ΠΔ are greek letters. if you translate this, it would equate to LOOPD. coincidence? many orbits think not!

Hehe i have a secret notebook full of names for both pokemon and future children,,, ive been planning this for years.

In all honestly im only half joking HAHA I love naming things, and so all of their names kinda came naturally. Sometimes they can be symbolic, other times theyre just based off of vibes.

For Yves, her eyes are such a vibrant red and alongside her green fur reminded me a lot of roses within a garden. Maybe a mystical heavenly garden? Thats when Yves came to me!

The name Han has many different meanings based on which region, but in Hoenn Han means king or royalty or other basically high and mighty meanings you could come up with. Hes our little prince! Even if hes a bit messy.

For Isa, honestly I just think the name is really pretty! Shes so shy but sweet and sings so well, i named her after an idol i really admire! This little fuecoco has a pretty similar personality to that Idol, looking so pretty and shiny but also with a soft and quiet voice.

• I think the next best ship for you would be Alastor! I’m not super confident with this one, but I hope you do enjoy this match nonetheless.

I don't think people understand how insane the loona lore is. Like not the insane behind the scenes stuff but the storyline of their music videos. Every one of the twelve girls has a representative color, animal, and a country OR a superpower OR a fruit. Which is the most basic of the basic facts as far as lore goes. Then there's the music videos themselves and the storylines in them. One of the girls is a cyborg who sheds her robotic parts and becomes human again.
