to put it simply, the right people will get you. you will not have to fight for breadcrumbs of love. you will not have to beg for attention. the right people will love you freely and easily, and will carve out space in their life for you. the right people will check up on you on your bad days & laugh with you on your good. you will find friends who embrace every part of you, and who will push you to grow. someday, any trace of those who hurt you will be filled with warmth from those who never will.

people ALWAYS seem to forget there are two (heck even multiple) sides to a story… and it shows their character when they choose to rush and believe whoever speaks first.

this whole situation was fucked & I am not condoning the actions of everyone involved (minus the innocent victims)… Cal knows where I stand and as her friend I would be doing her a disservice if I wasn’t honest and open about her wrongdoings. the same goes if the tables were turned.

this was no easy thing to tackle and I am so beyond proud of you for saying your peace in such a thought out way, logical way. no one was dragged under a bus, you simply spoke your truth.

the need to slide the blame over is pathetic & accountability needs to be priority.

such a courageous woman you are, truly ❤️ and I know you will learn from this.
