Y/N walked into the boarding house and heard music blasting throughout the house, she furrowed her eyebrows and followed the path to find where the music was playing. when she entered the kitchen, she understand what actually was going on and just shook her head. with a smile on her face she asked "what are doing Damon?".

Damon looked up hearing her voice and smirked at her and said "what do you think I'm doing. I'm making breakfast so that I would not starved to death". Y/N smiled and sat down in front of him and said "and since when did you started eating real food to survive Mr. Vampire?". "Since you have been coming to have breakfast that is made by me Ms. Chuckles" said Damon looking at her. Hearing his nickname for her she let out a small chuckle and Damon smiled hearing her. It has became a routine for her to have breakfast with him.

Y/N lives in Mystic falls with her grandparents, both of her parents are at Edinburgh, Scotland, her real hometown. she wanted a different environment so her parents let her live with her grandparents and complete her schooling in Mystic fall. she came just a year after Stefan and Damon came into the town. Y/N knows what Damon and Stefan really are. since childhood she had been told that there's a different world and that is the Supernatural world. she has been told by her parents and family about Vampires, Werewolfs, Witches, Hybrids, Heretics and many more. she herself was a witch, a Rosewood witch. Living in a Supernatural world is dangerous but she was not worried about herself that much as firstly the Rosewood witches are very powerful even more than the Bennetts and they are treated as Royalty in the Supernatural world and secondly her and her family are very friendly, kind and sweet in nature, and that is known among every supernatural community. Her parents has always told her that to never judge someone before knowing them herself as she doesn't know what they have been through so she never made a conclusion or judged someone based on other thoughts and opinion, and maybe that was the reason she and Damon gets along so well, can be said as best friends.

When Damon came into the town, he had made himself a reputation that he was the bad guy, gives bad vibes and is a very evil and selfish person and everyone believed it. Y/N was the only one who didn't believed it, she always thought that he tries to portray to be the bad guy but the real him is nothing like that and as for selfish, isn't everyone selfish to a certain range. It was very frustrating for Damon at first, he wanted every single one to think that he's the bad guy, the evil one and everyone did believed him even his own brother did but not Y/N. He was not happy about it but as time goes on and as he started to get to know her he realized that it was her nature to treat everyone kindly and she's a good person with a beautiful heart. she was the first person who had looked at him warmly and treated him kindly without feeling any disgust towards him and he is forever grateful to her for that and as their friendship grew he become very close to her and protective over her.

Damon put the food in front of Y/N and arrange some for himself and sat beside her. Y/N took a bite of her food and said "Mmmm.... see that's why I always came here to have my breakfast, you makes the best pancakes Damon". He smiled at her and took a bite himself and asked "so what is today's agenda?". Y/N turned towards him and said "Bonnie called this morning and said that she still can't find out why Jeremy still seeing Conner so I'm going to her house to help her with that and Caroline said she and Stefan are gonna help practice Jeremy and Matt to defend themselves better. we don't want what happened yesterday to happen again. It is already hard to help everyone when they are in danger so it's better if they learn to defend themselves". Damon nodded his head and took their plates to the sink. Y/N turned to looked at him, and feeling eyes at him, he looked over his shoulder and at her. she continued to looked at him and asked "Are you alright...? Everything's okay with you?". Damon dries his hands and turned to face her with a questioning look . Y/N shook her head a little and said "Its just.....you didn't ask me about Elena, your first question would always been about her and her whereabouts but I have been seeing that you have stopped asking it for sometime now so.....".

Damon looked at her for a minute and pushed himself from the counter and walked towards her. He came to stand in front of her and tugged some hair behind her ear and said "Everything's okay and No I don't always ask about Elena so don't worry your little head about it" Y/N just nodded her head but didn't believe him, maybe they had a fight or something she thought. Damon would always question her about Elena this and Elena that and everyone was aware of his feelings for her. Thinking about this Y/N felt a little sting in her heart. Damon loves Elena and everyone knows that but what nobody know was that Y/N also love Damon not just as friends but more than that. she knew having feelings for him is wrong and so she never wanted to accepts those feelings and always denied them to herself but as she spends more time with him she realized she can't stop those feelings anymore so she never told anyone, keeping it one sided, even if it hurts her.

Y/N walked to the front door with Damon behind her and opened the door but turned towards him and said "I'll be at Bonnie so if you need something or even if wants to spends some time together come find me there and....umm... Elena she.... she's at her home that's what Bonnie told me so if you want you can go see her too" and without waiting for any reply from him she left the house. while driving towards Bonnie's house she thought about her feelings, she can't go on like this anymore, not only it was hurting her but it might become a problem later, she need to do something about it. A while later she reached her destination and parked her car, walked up and knocked on the door. The door opened and she looked at Sheila Bennett and gave her a small smile. Sheila Bennett did died a while ago using all her magic power to open the tomb and Bonnie was so miserable from that and Y/N felt very bad for so she requested her mom to do something. It was the first time Y/N has ever requested something like that so her mom agreed to her and pulled some strings on the other side so Sheila Bennett can come back and it worked. when Sheila came back, she thanked both Y/N and her mother for their efforts and for doing that for Bonnie.

Sheila gave a big smile to Y/N and hugged her and said "Hello my dear, Bonnie is upstairs waiting for you". Y/N nodded her head and walked upstairs, upon reaching Bonnie's room she knocked once and walked inside and looked at the grimoires and books all over the room and said "Goodness, What have you done to your room Bonnie". Bonnie looked up at her and let out a tired sigh and said "as you can see I was looking for the information we needed and I didn't realized I was making a mess, and when I did realized it, it was too late and now I'm not being able to clean it" and gave a sad pout.

Y/N laughed at her and said "that's why I told you to not to start on your own and if you do, ask Sheila for help because I know how messy you can be" and set some books aside. Bonnie looked around her bedroom and nodded knowing Y/N was telling the truth, she can be very messy if she want, then she looked towards Y/N and a smile formed at her lips, how everything has changed, before she always had to help everyone and had so much pressure on her and all her friends expected her to have every solution for their problems but after Y/N came nothing's the same, she would always help Bonnie with everything and that lessen so much pressure from her shoulder and she was thankful to her for that but that was not the moment they got closer, the day Y/N came to her house with her grams alive was the day Bonnie realized how much someone's heart and soul can be so pure and that was the day she started to think of Y/N as her sister.

Y/N looked up from the work and noticed Bonnie was lost on her thoughts and slowly she walked up to her and gently puts her hands on her shoulder and said "Hey you okay? you look a little lost there". Bonnie shook her head a little and said "Yeah its just... I was just thinking how everything's has changed, 2 years ago I can't imagine myself having a best friend other than Elena, or how I would have someone to depend on other than my grams". Y/N smiled at her and said "well my mom says whatever happens, it happens for a reason, so let's just hope good things continues to happen even in the future". Bonnie returned her smile and they both started to clean the room. After a while they both laid at the bed when Bonnie turned towards Y/N and said "so how was your morning?". Y/N looked at her and said "just like any other day, why?", "Ooh I just thought there might have something happened between you guys as you know, your breakfast date with Damon".

Bonnie was the only person who knew about Y/N feelings for Damon and its not like she wanted to tell her but it just happened, one day they were just talking when she had a slip up and at the end she had to tell Bonnie everything. Y/N rolled her eyes at her and said "It was not a date and..... its not like anything will happen between us, you know Bonnie that he still loves Elena and maybe he will always be in love with her", she let out a sigh and sat up.

Bonnie also sat up, turned her body towards her and said "sometimes I really think that your brain is full of nothing but trash" and rolled her eyes when Y/N let out a offended 'Hey' and said "What, its true, are you really that blind Y/N, don't you see the way he looks at you, when you walked into a room his eyes lit up like literally, and whenever he talks about you there's a sparkle in his eyes and gosh his voice, he always has a fond and a soft voice talking with you or about you that he never uses with anyone not even with Elena, not anymore". Y/N understand what Bonnie trying to say, hell even she hopes that's the case but she's afraid, she doesn't want to get her hopes up and later get it broken and feel the pain, that's something she doesn't want to experience at all.

Y/N turned to look at Bonnie and said "I know what you are trying to say Bonnie but I just...don't want to get my hopes up, if he has any sort of feelings for me, I want him tell me himself, I just don't want to get my heart broken". Bonnie nodded her head and took Y/N's hands and said "okay let's just not talked bout love life and find the things we need....hmm". Y/N knows Bonnie trying to distract her so she just nodded her head and they both get back work.

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

Summary: Y/N has been working in the BAU for a year now, she is satisfied where she is along with her crush on her Boss Aaron Hotchner, but the entry of a new person would broke her or will she be able to be with man she love.

The next morning Jack woke up to feeling something on his face, he scrunched his nose a little and flatter his eyes open, he blinked a little and saw his dad who was gently stroking his cheek and with a warm smile, he looked around and realized they are still at the mansion.

"Are we going to our home now daddy?" questioned Jack while rubbing his sleepy eyes. Hotch smiled at him and said "We will buddy but first let's have breakfast". Jack looked up to his dad and said "Is Y/N still here?", "Yeah she's in the kitchen with everyone, why? do you need to see her?" asked Hotch. Jack shook his head and sadly said "No, It's just she must be angry at me, I-I don't think she will ever talk with me anymore".

Hotch crouched down and gently took Jack's hands in his and said "Nothing like that will ever happen bud, I can assure you Y/N can never be angry with you and even if she was you know she can't stay mad at you for a long time, she's making breakfast for everyone and had even made your favorite too".

Hotch picked up Jack from the bed and worked out of the room to the kitchen area where chattering could be heard. When they entered, everyone turned towards them, Jack looked at everyone and then lastly his gaze fall upon on Y/N who was looking at him with a loving smile just as she always does. Hotch puts Jack down and smiled at Y/N. Jack was confused by everyone reaction, why no was angry at him he caused so much trouble yesterday so why no was scolding him?.

Y/N looked at his confused face and let out a affectionate chuckle and said "C'mon sweetheart are you gonna just stand there or wanna come here and eat your favorite pancakes, I specially made them for you". Jack felt tears pecks on his eyes and he dashed forwards and leaped onto her, she kneeled down just in time to hold him, he hugged her so tightly, afraid if she would disappear, she also holds him tightly and gently stroked his hair and then jack let's his tears fall out "I-I thought you would be angry at me an-and would never talk with m-me, I was s-so scared that you would leave me and never come back" said Jack cryingly.

Y/N pulls back a little to look at his face but still hugging him and said "I could never be mad at you darling, why would I be angry at you when you had done nothing wrong, nothing you did was wrong at all, and as I have told you before I can never leave you behind, I love you so much...., how will I be able to go forward leaving behind such a beautiful soul". Jack hugged her again and just cried letting all his fears wash away.

Hotch looked at them with a fond smile and teary eyes, he then walked up to them and puts his hand on Jack's head and said "We also have something to tell you Jack". Jack pulled out of the hug and turned towards his dad with a frown.

Hotch smiled a little and said "It's nothing bad so don't frown buddy". Jack pouted confusedly at him and motioned for him to continued. Hotch looked at Y/N and she nodded at him with a small smile, he then turned back to Jack and said "I-me-Y/N-we....um-......Y/N and I are officially dating". At first there was no reaction from Jack so everyone felt a little nervous until they heard his loud laugh. Jack launched himself at his dad and hugged him just as tightly as he hugged Y/N and said "Really, you guys are really dating daddy, you are not lying to me right, I'm totally gonna believe you now, you can't take back what you said". Hotch just smiled at him and said "No bud we are not lying to you at all, you can believe us".

Jack gave him a broad smile and asked "So now I can call her mom right", Y/N's smile flattered a little hearing his question and looked at Hotch nervously but Hotch looked back at her with a assuring look and turned back to Jack and said "Well I don't have any problem with you calling her mom but that's something I can't answer, you gonna have to ask her that question".

Jack then turned back towards Y/N and when he came near her she kneeled down to his level, "can I- can I call you mom now, I really wanna call you my mom and show you off just like my friends do with their moms, I want you to drop me at school and when you come to pick me up I will run to you calling you mommy, please". Y/N felt her tears running down from her cheeks and was about to answer when Jack interrupted her and spoke with panic "d-don't cry I'm sorry you don't have to give me permission at all I will not call you mom if you don't me to don't cry please, I'm sorry I'm really sorry, sorr-", "Honey listen to me, It would be an honor for me if you call me mom, you can call me whatever you want okay, don't worry everything's okay" said Y/N interrupting his panic ramble.

Hearing her a big broad smile formed on Jack's face and he let out a joyous laugh and turned back to his dad and said "Y/N said yes daddy she said yes, now I can call her mom in front of everyone, I can call her mom daddy". Hotch just smiled at him and looked back at Y/N who was already looking at him with a big smile on her face and even though tears were falling from her eyes, everyone knew that they are happy tears.

Jack ran back to Y/N and she picked him and started to fed him his pancakes, everyone also turned back to their breakfast and once again the place gets filled with chatters and Laughters. Hotch was just looking at the scene in front of him, feeling content and happy. After such a long time he was feeling what happiness feels like, now he can fulfill his promise that he made with Haley, Jack will know what love really is, how much he loves him and how much everyone else love him too, he was just thinking about all those things when he felt someone at his side, he turned to look and saw Y/N with a small smile.

He smiled back at her and said "see I told you this morning gonna bring us so much happiness and a happy chapter of our life will start". Y/N just nodded her head and looked back at their friends. She has come a long way, from being co-workers to friends and to family. It was really a long journey for her and now finally she had her own family, a beautiful family.

"What are you thinking?" asked Hotch when he saw her look, she turned towards him and said "Nothing, just thinking how lucky I am". Hotch smiled at her and holds his hand out, she moves forward and hugged him feeling content. Hotch folds his hands around her and pecks her forehead and said "I love you", while looking down at her with so much love, Y/N looked up at him and said "I love you more"...............

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

After Jack was properly tugged to sleep Y/N came out of the room and saw Spencer waiting for her. Hearing sound of door opening Spencer looked up at Y/N and gave her sad smile, seeing him Y/N finally broke down, Spencer goes towards her and hugged her tightly, cooing her to stop crying.

"What do I do Spence, I never thought that Jack thought of me that way, how did he even thought of something like that I can't even understand" and cried more clinging to Spencer, he rubbed her back gently and said "Everything's going to be fine". Y/N broke the hug and looked at him and said "No Spence, nothing is going to be fine, what will I say to Hotch now, how do I even face him".

Spencer puts his hands on her shoulder and said "Hey stop thinking like it's your fault, it is not, no one is blamed for this and I don't even blame Jack, I mean obviously he will think of you like his new mom", Y/N looked at him confusedly and said "What do you mean he will obviously think of me like that??", Spencer let out a sigh and said "You always take care of him, always ensure that he has eaten, have done his homework, even if you are on a case and away from him you call him to make sure his safe and all".

Y/N shook her head and said "So it doesn't make much difference, I just do that because I just wanted to make sure he's okay and all", Spencer nodded his head at her and said "Yeah that's true but it makes a big difference Y/N, tell me do you take care of Henry like you do for Jack". "I know I don't do the same for Henry but he has his dad with him when JJ goes on a case or something", "Yeah but so does Jack, he might not have his dad with him but he has his aunt to take care of him but you still make time to call him".

Y/N stopped talking and thought about what Spencer said and now it does make sense, she do all those things all the time, Spencer saw how much of a dilemma is she in and said in a soft voice "You are overthinking everything and it will not do any good to you, just stop thinking and go talk with Hotch, you both need to have a real talk Y/N, to clarify everything".

Y/N nodded and they both goes to the living room area where everyone was still gathered. When they entered, the room become totally silent, Y/N looked at Spencer and he nodded his head in encouragement, she looked down at her hands and when she looked up, she locked eyes with Hotch, she cleared her throat and asked in a small voice "can we talk". Hotch nodded his head and they both goes to the garden.

Upon reaching there Hotch sat down on the bench and motioned for Y/N to sit as well. She sat down with a little distance and for some minutes they both stay silent. Hotch was first to break the silence "I never knew Jack had those thoughts, he never indicated anything like that before so I never had any idea at all" said Hotch while looking forward, Y/N also didn't looked towards him and said "I also thought the same but after I talked with Spencer I realized that due to my own actions he might have thought something like that".

Hotch let out a sigh and turned towards her, while she was looking at the sky and said "It's not wrong of him to think of you like that, it's true you go out of your ways to take care of him and gave him the motherly love he was craving".

"I might have done all those things but I assure you Hotch I never wanted anything out of it, I never wanted to replace Haley, I never meant for anything to happen at all" said Y/N with a sad voice while still looking at the sky. Hotch moves a little closer to her and said "Well I don't blame him for thinking of you like that when I also wanted you be like a mom to my son", hearing him Y/N turned towards him when she realized he was already looking at her, with a emotion she has never seen on his face, not for her "what, what are you talking about Hotch??" asked Y/N.

"After Haley died I thought I will never move on from her, like everything has ended for me, we may have been divorced but I still loved her so it was very hard for me to move forward in life without her. Rossi would try to make me go for dates, would tell me to make loose myself a little but it was hard, and I always thought of that like that, until......until you came into my life" said Hotch looking directly into Y/N eyes, she gulped a little feeling nervous and broke the eye contact not knowing what to say anymore.

He gently touch her chin and turned her face towards him and said "After you came, you changed everything for me, all the walls that I builded around myself, just so no one could broke those walls but you.....you broked those walls without even knowing what you were doing, I was also a fool not realizing what I had been feeling for you, denying all those feelings but who was I fooling, even a stranger could tell what I was feeling for you", Y/N looked at his eyes and hesitantly asked "wh-what are you trying to say Hotch?", Hotch smiled at her and cupped her face, while softly stroking her cheeks, he said "What I mean to say that I fall for you even before I knew, I didn't realized the feelings that I was feeling for you was not gratitude or something but it was love, I loved you even before knowing myself, what I really wanna is......I love you, I love you so much that I can't even described it in words, I can't pretend anymore and act like I don't feel anything towards you when it is totally the opposite".

Now Y/N was full on crying mode, she was crying so much that even when she opened her mouth to say something all that comes out are sobs, she can't believe what she's hearing, Hotch loves her just like she does, she never expected her feelings to be returned and now that it does she can't bring herself to grasp the reality.

Hotch gently wiped the tears from her face and said "Whenever you smile in my direction my heart skips a beat, I feel so much happiness, I always thought that I was broken, my love was broken, my heart was broken but now I realized that my love is perfect and my heart is perfect too because....you are inside my heart so how can that be broken. I love you not because you are perfect, but because you are perfect for me, I really do love you.....so mu-" he was cut off by Y/N lips on his, Hotch for a second froze but when he realized what was happening he dived in, one of his hand goes to her waist and pulled her closer while his other hand cupped the back of her neck to deepen the kiss, it was magical, it was like the sensation of a warm blanket on a chilly winter's day, her lips felt like the velvet petals of the most beautiful rose, their lips were telling a story without words, it was like the world disappears and only those two were the only one present.

Y/N was the one who broke the kiss, Hotch joins his forehead with her, eyes still close, still feeling her lips on him. Y/N opened her eyes and smiled at him lovingly and said "I love you too, I love you too Aaron", hearing her he opened his eyes and now a broad smile took over his face. They continued to look at each other and then they both broke into a laugh, finally feeling content with each other.

Hotch gently pulled Y/N towards him and wraps his arms around her, resting her head on his chest and let out a content sigh, they both were gazing at the stars when Y/N broke the silence and said "what will happen now??", Hotch pulled back a little so he can look at her and said "what do you want to happen", He wants to go with her flow, if she wants to take time then he will wait for her, he's not in a hurry to put a label on their relationship if she not ready for it.

Y/N looked at him and said "I-I want to be with you, I don't want hide my relation with you", he gently pulled down her head and kissed her forehead and said "okay then we will not hide our relation in front of anyone", Y/N smiled hearing him but then suddenly a frown took place on her face, "what else is bothering you?" questioned Hotch when he saw the frown, Y/N looked at him and said "will you not get in trouble if we go public with our relationship, the higher ups may make trouble for you too if you dated someone in your own team", Hotch just nodded his head knowing that she's right.

"What do we do now??" asked Y/N pouting, Hotch smiled when he saw the pout on her face and lightly pecked her lips and said "now we will have a long talking session with Strauss, it doesn't matter what trouble came toward me, I don't want hide my feelings anymore, so yeah I'm gonna confront them and at some point we have to tell them anyway so why not now, sooner than later right" and winked at Y/N.

Y/N smiled at him fondly and hugged him and said "so should we tell Jack bout this too??". Hotch immediately nodded his head and said "obviously now that I have you I want to show you to everyone, just think how happy Jack gonna be when he gets to know that we really are dating, I can't wait for the morning to come", They both laughed at his remark and just stayed there, enjoying their alone time.

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

As Spencer had said he picked up Y/N an hour later and a little while later they both reached Rossi's mansion. After parking the car they goes towards the door and knock on it. A second later the door opens and Rossi welcome them inside. Y/N then realized that everyone has already arrived and said "well hopes we are not the late ones" and everyone laughed hearing her. Rossi said "don't worry Y/N, Hotch also just arrived here". Y/N looked towards Hotch and they both shared a smile.

Hearing chatters and voices, the kids came inside and as soon as Jack saw Y/N he sprinted up to her and hugged her tightly. Y/N stumbled a little upon the impact but she crotched down and return the hug and said "wow, looks like someone missed me very much" and smiled at him. Jack looked at her and said "yeah I missed you so much Y/N" and hugged her again. Y/N had a smile on her face and said "I missed you too baby" and gave a kiss on his cheek. Hotch smiled seeing the scene in front of him, everyone also had smiles on their faces except Beth, she was observing Y/N's interaction with everyone especially with Hotch and Jack.

Soon food was ready and everyone started to take seats on the dinner table, Hotch sat Jack on the chair first then he sat down and waited for Y/N to sit beside Jack. Y/N was about sit next to Jack when Beth nudged her a little and took that sit and said "Y/N can you take that seat beside Derek, I just think the view of everyone from here is much better and I also liked it here" and smiled at her forcefully. It became a tense environment, Y/N didn't wanted to ruin the happy environment so she just sighed and was about to go near Derek when Jack voice rang out "No I don't want you to sit here, I just want Y/N to sit beside me. you can take that seat beside uncle Derek" and glared at Beth. Y/N looked at Beth and then Jack and said "Jack baby, its ok I will just sit right there ok" and tried to settle out the things but Jack was not budging and repeatedly shook his head as no, Hotch cleared his throat, looked towards Beth and said "Agent archer I hope you will not feel bad about my son behaviour, he's just very much attached to Y/N so can you please give that seat to Y/N so we all can just enjoy the evening without upsetting anyone", he very much bluntly told Beth that she's ruining the evening and being told by Hotch felt very embarrassing to her so Beth just get up and took the seat beside Derek. Y/N sat down beside Jack and then everyone turned to their foods and the environment again changed back to normal.

After the dinner was over everyone clatter around the house, Y/N goes towards the garden and sat at the couch looking at the sky. A little later the door opened and Y/N turned to look and saw Beth and sat up straight. Beth came forward and said "you are really clever Y/N, I mean I can say you are very smart, you know how to make a man fall for you but don't you think it's a little beneath you to use a child to get a man" and gave her a dirty look. Y/N looked baffled and said "what the hell are you talking about Beth, you don't know me at all so who do you think you are to judge me??". Beth glared at Y/N and said "what, am I saying anything wrong, you want to get Aaron so you are using his son to get him because you know he loves his son very much and if he's son loves you so there will be no problem for you to get him, what a plan Y/N really, you really are a shameless person". Y/N was so angry that she wanted to slap Beth but she calmed herself and said "look I don't really care what you think of me but you don't have any right to talk about me like that, I know you like Hotch but that doesn't give you any right to talk to others in that way". "I'm not saying anything wrong and you know it, just get out Y/N, leave from here, leave Aaron and Jack and mainly leave the BAU, resign because if you don't then I will make you, so get away from Aaron and leave here now".

"no" they both heard someone and turned towards the door, they saw Jack and realized he must have heard everything, Y/N was about to go to him but he ran inside calling for his dad. Y/N and Beth looked at each other and then chased after him, Y/N so she could talk to him and Beth so she could stop him from telling everyone but alas they were late, everyone was already gathered at the hall and Hotch was crouching on the ground, hugging and consoling a crying Jack. Hotch looked up at Y/N and then at Jack and asked "what happen bud, why are you crying, did something happen??". Jack looked at his dad and said cryingly "Y/N is going to leave us dad, she's going leave me, she's will resign" and cried more while hugging his father. Hotch looked up at Y/N shocked and said "you are going to resign, you never told me bout it, did something happen, why do you want to resign, everything was fine until now so why do you want to resign Y/N?". Hotch was shocked but was more heart broken, Y/N was leaving and he hadn't even talked with her about his feelings, he then turned towards Spencer and asked "did you knew about it Reid that she was resigning?". Spencer looked confused and shook his head as no and said "No Hotch, we never had any talk about resigning at all, I didn't even knew she wanted to do so" and looked towards Y/N with hurt. Everyone then started to bombarded her with questions.

"Will you all just let me talk" Y/N shout out and everyone fall silent. Y/N let out a sigh and looked towards Beth, and they both knew everyone was gonna know now so Beth tried to stop Y/N but she hold up a hand to Beth and looked towards the team again and said "First of all I'm not going to resign, there is no reason for me to leave okay and secondly...... Jack baby, can I talk to you". Everyone let out a sigh of relief but Hotch was still not convinced and asked "if you are not resigning then why Jack thought you are going do that, he must have heard or see something, he wouldn't talk about such things like this and mainly not about you". Y/N let out another sigh and said "I know, he heard wrong and assumed on his own, now can I talk to him please". Hotch nodded at her and she walked up to him and Jack and turned the child towards her and said "hey bud, I know you think what you heard is true but I assure you baby nothing like that is going to happen okay, I'm not leaving here, I can never leave you baby" and gently stroked his cheek.

Jack looked at her with puffy eyes and asked "so you are not going to resign and leave me". Y/N shook her head no and Jack launched himself at her, he really thought she was going to leave him all alone, he really doesn't want to lose her at all, Y/N picked him up and hugged him tightly assuring him that she's not going anywhere. Hotch smiled at them then something struck him "okay everything is alright but if that was not the case then why did Jack thought you were leaving?" he questioned Y/N. she was bout to answer him when Jack turned towards him "because that bad aunty was telling Y/N to leave and resign or she will make her go" said Jack with a tear stricken face and pointed at Beth. Now everyone was looking at Beth and Y/N, wanting to know the full story. Y/N looked at the team and said "its nothing really, let's just get back to normal, the misunderstanding has been cleared right", she tried to divert their attention but they were still not listening to her excuse. Beth looked around the room and said "I was just talking with Y/N when she suddenly said that I should leave the BAU because I'm not good enough and I should also stay away from Aaron because she doesn't like it when he and I spent time together so I also got angry at her and told her to leave and resign if she had any problem, that's all that happened.

Y/N was now full on furious, who wouldn't, first she tried to make her leave now she blames everything on her and was bout to confront her when Jack again beat her to it and said "don't lie I heard everything, you told Y/N to leave and stay away from daddy and me, you are the one who started the fight not Y/N so don't blame her" and glared at her with a little anger. Now everything was out of the pot, there was no point of lying so Beth turned towards Hotch and said "I just did that because I know her true nature, she's a very clever bitch and wants to get you Aaron, she just wants to break us but I know you feel something for me, but don't worry I will not let her come in between us okay" and smiled at him lovingly. Hotch was baffled and said "wait a minute......., who said I feel anything for you, I never made any sort of action towards you to get wrong signals but if I did then I'm sorry but I don't think of you like that, I have never thought of you like that and..... I think I made myself clear when I said you don't have any right to call me Aaron". "no Aar...Hotch you are just confused but I know what you really feels for me so don't deny it please" said Beth with tears rolling down her cheek.

Hotch was at loss of words, how can she be so delusion, he was speechless, when Rossi realized Hotch was not being able to say anything so he came forward and said "I think you should go home Beth, that will be better for you, everyone here needs time right now". Beth was bout to argue when he gave her a stern look and she just ran out of there. Everyone was now tense, not knowing what to say when Hotch turned towards Jack and said "bud I understand you were afraid that Y/N would leave but why were you crying so much buddy, I was so scared that you might have gotten hurt or something". It was true, he was really scared that Jack might have gotten hurt because he didn't paid much attention to him, Jack pulled his face from Y/N neck and said in a small voice "I was scared daddy", Y/N and Hotch both looked at him and urge him to continue "I was scared that I will lose my new mommy just like I lost mom, I don't want to lose Y/N daddy, I just can't......" and brought his face back to Y/N neck and hide his teary face.

Everyone was shocked hearing him especially Y/N and Hotch, they didn't expected this reason behind his cries, they both looked at each other but didn't said anything. Y/N gently stroked Jack's back and hummed lightly to make him feel sleepy and when he did fall asleep she took him to the room Rossi always had for him and laid him on the bed and fondly patted his hair, knowing now she and Hotch need to have a talk, a real talk.

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

The next morning Hotch woke up to little clattering sounds around the house, he sits up quickly, wide awake but relaxed when he heard the sound of laughter and realized there is no danger. After Haley's death he had become more aware and protective over Jack. He just shook his head and gets up to freshen up.

He goes down stairs and towards the kitchen and lean onto the kitchen doorframe and looked at Y/N and Jack who didn't noticed his presence and were in their own world. He had a smile on his face and after a little while Y/N looked up and saw him at the doorframe looking at them, she shyly smiled at him and said "Hey, good morning", hearing her Jack turned his head and gave a big smile to Hotch and cheerly said "Good morning daddy, we made breakfast". Hotch walked up to them and said "Good morning to you both too, I see you have done great buddy" and kissed Jack's forehead. Jack smiled and said "I just helped a little daddy, Y/N is the one who actually made the breakfast".

Hotch looked up at Y/N and said "well then I should thank her then" and walked up to her. Y/N still smiling shyly said "ooh there's no need to thank me, I was just up and had nothing to do so I made breakfast for all of us". Hotch looked at her adorably and took a sit at the stool and Y/N gave the food to both the father-son duo and they all ate breakfast together. After finishing Y/N took their plates to wash despite Hotch protest. Hotch looked at Jack and said "Jack go get ready for school, Jessica will be here soon to pick you up". Jack just nodded his head and ran upstairs. Hotch stands up and goes towards Y/N and stand beside her and said "Thank you Y/N, for everything", Y/N looked up at him and gave him a small smile and said "no need to thank me Hotch really, I didn't did much okay it was just a little breakfast" and let out a small laugh.

"I'm not just talking about the breakfast, I'm thank you for everything that you have done for this whole year, for Jack and me, it has been a blessing for us , so thank you , thank you for coming into our lives", Y/N and Hotch looked at each other and they were so lost in each other eyes they didn't realized that someone was knocking on the door not until Hotch phone ranged and they both broke the eye contact, Hotch picked up his phone to look at the contact and realized Jessica must be at the door and he goes to the door and opened it for her all while Y/N eyes were on him.

Jessica comes inside and greets them both when Jack comes downstairs, ready and all. At the door Jack was saying his bye to Hotch and looked up at Y/N and said "you will come next time right for a sleep over, I really want to have a sleep over with you again". Y/N beamed up at him and crotched down to his height and took his hands and said "I will baby, I will come again and we will have a sleepover again, I promise okay, now c'mon give me a big hug and have good day at school". They both hug each other and bid goodbyes and Jessica and Jack left.

Y/N turned to Hotch and said "I'm sorry I didn't asked you before agreeing to another sleepover, I just... I wasn't able to say no to him when he looked so cute and hopeful while asking". Hotch let out a laugh and said "I know how hard it is to say no when he does that, and he also know how to make someone say yes, so I knew you will not be able to say no to that and It's not like I have any problem with it, I have always said it before and I will say it again you are always welcome here anytime, now let's go we also need to get ready and go we don't have much time left" and walked back to his room and if he had looked back at Y/N he would have seen her reddened cheeks, blushing after hearing his words.

They both get ready and left for work, reaching there Hotch parked his car and they both goes inside the BAU. Upon reaching there, they part ways and when Y/N goes to sit on her chair someone took hold of her hand and take her to the break room, she turned to the person and realized it was Spencer and looking at his face she knew what he was going to ask and said "nothing happened Spence, everything was normal okay", Spencer gave out a pout and said "I didn't even asked yet, how do you know what I'm going to ask??". "you don't need to ask for me to know what you want to know, your facial expression is enough to know what you are up to" and rolled her eyes at him fondly, she knows no matter how much she tried acting annoyed at him she will never be really angry at him, it was a fact.

"tsk something should have happen, I didn't just let you both go to not do anything" and shook his disappointedly. Y/N let out a sigh and said "there's nothing for it to happen Spence, Hotch just think of me as a co-worker or even friend but nothing more than that, let's just....just let it go okay" and walked out of the break room leaving Spencer behind. Everybody got to work and start doing the paper works and soon it was time for them to go to Rossi's mansion for their little party. Y/N was about to go to the lift when Hotch walked up to her and said "do you want me to drop you at your house and pick you up for the party?". Y/N shook her head and said "no it's okay actually, Spencer gonna pick me up for the party so I'm gonna take the ride with him, you don't have to come all the way to my house Hotch". Hotch just nodded at her and they both took the lift.

Reaching the garage they both noticed Beth with Spencer, reaching near them Y/N asked "hey Beth, you waiting for someone?". Beth just gave a tight smile to Y/N and turned towards Hotch, basically ignoring everything Y/N asked which didn't go unnoticed by the two male. Beth looked at Hotch with a big smile and said "Aaro..I mean sir can you give me a lift to my house, I didn't came with my car today so can you please drop me off and pick me up for the party too, I might get exhausted and don't wanna drive there, please sir" and looked hopefully at him. Hotch knows what actually happening here, it's not like Beth even tried to hide her feelings at all, he didn't had problem before but now it was starting to become one. He just sighed and looked towards Y/N, noticing her eyes at him and let out another sigh and said "okay I...I will give you a lift but I can't pick you up, my son and I need to spent some quality time so it will be better if you book yourself a cab or something", he knows it's a lame excuse but he didn't had any other idea. Beth nodded her dejectedly and goes towards his car knowing her plan failed of spending some alone time with him.

Hotch turned towards Y/N and Spencer, looked at Y/N and said "see you at the party then" and turned to walk to his car when he suddenly stopped and turned back to them and said "and...um.... I need to tell you something, so let's have talk there too" and then walked up to his car and drove off. Y/N and Spencer looked at each other and gave a look to one another and gets inside the car and they too drive out of the garage. On the way Y/N can sense that Spencer wants to say something and turned towards him and said "okay out with it, whatever you want to say just say it". Spencer looked at her a little then turned back to the road and said "I just want to say that I have a good feeling about this party, like something good and big going to happen but that might involve you...."and paused, "and Hotch right" said Y/N. Spencer just sighed and nodded his head at her. Y/N let out a long sigh and said "Spence I know what you mean but I just can't make myself think that Hotch might be feeling something for me, there's might and what ifs and I don't want to think of those things at all and now there's Beth who has feelings for Hotch and he might like her back....I.....just don't know what to feel anymore Spence, its getting so much hard, why do I have to fall for him, why not someone else, why didn't I fall for you rather than him" and let a single tear roll down her cheek.

Spencer parked outside her apartment building and totally turned towards her and said "it is how love works maybe, I have read in a book that quoted that there is no love if there is no pain, I don't know much about love Y/N but let me tell you one thing for sure, maybe right now even Hotch hasn't realized what he feels for you but I know he feels something for you, I'm not giving you any hopes I'm just telling you what I have seen, something is bound to happen Y/N I can feel it, we can just hope that its something good" and gently wiped her tears and teasingly said "and hey its really not too late to fall for me, you can you know, I can be more charming for you to say that, tell me Y/N do you really love Hotch or its me, hmmm?". Y/N let out a small laugh and smacked his shoulder and said "shut up idiot, I do love you just not in that way". They both laugh a little and Spencer let her know that he will pick her up in an hour and they bid goodbyes to each other.

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

Hotch parked his car outside his apartment and looked at his passenger sit where Y/N was fast asleep, he smiled a little looking at her then slowly woke her. Her eyes faltered a little then she woke up and said "Ooh sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep". Hotch gave her a small smile and said "Its ok, we all are feeling tired anyway, now come on Jessica must be waiting for us", and they both made their way inside.

Hotch rang the doorbell when Y/N asked "waiting for us, did Jessica knew I was coming with you?". He looked towards her and said "yeah I told her I will bring you with me", "so you already knew I was gonna say yes and come with you, hmm" said Y/N in a teasing way. Hotch gave her a sly smile and said "well a guy can only hope" and both laughed when the front door opened and Jessica spoke out "well lovebirds if you guys are done flirting, our little Jack is waiting to meet you both, so please do the honors come inside" and teasingly raised her brows at them.

Y/N cheeks turned red hearing her and she shyly looked up at Hotch who have the same reaction as her. They both go inside and Y/N was about ask bout Jack when he came running down from upstairs and collied into her, swinging his arms around her waist, hugging her tightly.

Y/N looked down at him and gave him a broad smile and said "Hello my sweet boy, I missed you so much". Jack hugged her and said "I missed too Y/N, so so much". Hotch looked at the scene fondly and said "well its look like no one missed me?", hearing his voice Jack broke his hug from Y/N and ran to his dad. Hotch picked him up and hugged him tightly, closing his eyes, feeling relieved. He opened his eyes and looked at Y/N, seeing the expression she had on her face looking at them, he felt his heart racing.

He put jack down and Jack walked up to Y/N, she picked him up and sat down on the couch and said "so how have you been sweetheart, share everything with me, I'm excited to hear bout you" and gave him a sweet smile.

Smiling excitedly Jack started telling her bout his days when they were away and Y/N listened to him, looking at him with a very fond and motherly smile. Hotch has been looking at them with a small smile and his eyes has a little tears, he hadn't seen Jack that energetic since his wife death but maybe everything is changing, its maybe a good thing but he's still scared. Jessica turned her head to look at Hotch and having a sad smile on her face, she said "I know its hard for you to move on, it has been for everyone but for you it is much harder than us but Aaron, know that Haley would have wanted you to move on and have a happy life for yourself".

Hotch broke his eyes from Y/N and Jack and looked at Jessica and said "I know but its not easy Jess, It will never be, I never thought I have to live without Haley, we were supposed to spent our lives together but she's not here anymore and I'm scared that if I fall in love again, if I let anyone in they might also leave me and Jack and I don't think I can survive that second time" and gave her a sad look.

Jessica shook her head and said "I know Aaron, I know how hard it is to fall in love again but look at me I found love again right but I choose to give love a second chance but you are not doing that Aaron you are trying to run away from it and its not right. Look at them Aaron, do you think you will ever find someone like Haley who had given Jack so much love like Y/N do now, do you think you will find someone who will take care him like she do, never Aaron and do you know why, because not everyone can accept someone else child as their own but look at Y/N she's been with us for a year but she has changed everything and for better. Jack has been smiling more than before just how he was when Haley was alive, he's been so energetic and cheerful and most importantly happy, he's very happy right now".

She let out a sigh and said "Aaron I know it will be difficult for you to love someone again but letting her go will be a big mistake, a mistake that you will regret forever if you don't grab her tightly, give it a chance Aaron, believe in love again because I can guarantee you that the love Y/N has for you and Jack, no one will have that much love for you both".

Aaron didn't said anything and let Jessica words sink into him, he knows Y/N has became the greatest thing in their lives after Haley's death. she had given Jack so much love and care that he had almost forgotten bout his mother death, Jack doesn't seem sad anymore but can he let himself fall for Y/N, maybe he should let himself fall for her maybe that will bring more happiness than now, he just shook his head and turned towards Y/N and melted right way.

There sat Y/N with Jack on her arms, he was fast asleep on her lap with his head on her chest and she was humming some song for him. Y/N looked towards Hotch and Jessica and gave them both a small smile and whispered "we should bring him to bed so he can sleep better" and looked down at Jack making sure he was still asleep. Jessica smiled and said "see, she loves him just like Haley maybe even more than her". hearing Jessica, Hotch couldn't help but smiled at Y/N fondly and goes towards her, picked Jack up and goes upstairs to Jack's room.

He puts Jack onto the bed and tugged him in when Y/N worked inside the room and said "he look so cute and adorable when he's asleep, don't you think so" and looked at Hotch when she realized he was already looking at her. she felt her cheeks blush and looked away when Hotch came close to her and gently pulled her chin to face him and said "You are the greatest thing that happened to us Y/N and we can never lose you, Thank you for giving us so much love and care when we were so broken". Y/N folded their hands together and looked in his eyes gently and said "you were never broken Hotch neither was Jack, you guys were just hurt but you both had each other and nothing else matter. Never thing of yourself as broken Hotch, you were never broken" and kissed the back of his hand softly.

They both just gave each other a small smile and turned their attention to the little boy who was fast asleep, feeling saved and home.

It took the team exactly 48 hours to find the unsub, Mary Pitterson, mother of Dantae and Belly was the unsub. she was upset, angry and felt betrayed by her husband, Anthony Pitterson. He had loved Mrs. Mitchell even after their marriage and had named his daughter after her, like the name she had thought for her child. After knowing this Mary was livid and wanted to take revenge and make him feel the pain she had felt all this time. She also wanted to make Mr. Mitchell feel the pain of losing someone they love.

She manipulated her son into believing that he was an disappointment to his father and that his father doesn't love him as he love Belly and that's why he agreed to help her with the kidnapping. At the end everyone was save, Belly and Sarah were unharmed, they both forgive Dantae too and Mary was arrested and will be prosecuted for her crimes.

The team returned to the jet ready to head back home. Everyone had taken their sits, Y/N was about to sit beside Emily when she felt an arm grabbing her wrist, she turned and realized it was Hotch. He was looking at her questioningly, she looked up at him and asked "Do you need something Hotch??". "Why are you sitting here and not beside me" asked Hotch.

Y/N looked over his shoulder and motioned for him to look back, raising one of his brows he turned to looked and realized what she wanted to show him, there sat Beth, looking at something in her phone, he turned back to her and sighed and said "Just come with me, I will handle her", Y/N shook her head and said "Its ok Hotch, I doesn't have to sit beside you all the time, and she's already sitting there, just let it go, hmm?".

Hotch grabbed her hand and walked back to his sit, not listening to the protests of Y/N, reaching there he tapped on Beth shoulder and when she looked up, he said "Agent Archer, can you go and sit beside Emily?". She looked at their hands that is still locked with each other and said "why do I have to move Aaron, I mean I'm already sitting here and I promise I'm a good company and mainly I feel more comfortable around you, so can't I sit here with you?" and batted her eyes at him.

Hotch didn't reacted the way she wanted, and looked at her with an unreadable expression and said "First of all I'm not your friend Agent Archer, I'm your boss, so you don't have any right to call me Aaron, and secondly if you remember correctly I have told you before that you should get yourself comfortable around everyone because you will be working with all of them not just me but clearly you ignored my advise but there's still time, you can get to know them better now, and you may be an good company but I prefer someone else company than anyone here so can you go and sit beside Emily".

Beth, feeling embarrassed, stands up with a huff and goes toward Emily and sat beside her. Hotch pulled Y/N and sat her beside him, turned to look at her and said "see that was so easy, just had to tell her to move". "Very funny Hotch" said Y/N and gave him a sarcastic smile, rolling her eyes at him.

Feeling eyes on her, Y/N looked up and met with the glaring eyes of Beth, she sighed and turned towards Hotch and said "You know, you didn't had to be so harsh with her, I mean you would have just simply told her that she should sit beside Emily, in a kind way". Hotch looked up at her and said "and why should I be kind in anyway to her, she's been crossing every line of professionalism, and does she really understand anything that is said to her in a simple and kind way?" and raised his brows at her teasingly.

Y/N shook her head, a smile forming on her lips and looked out of the window. Hotch felt a warm feeling seeing her smile, he interlocked their fingers with each other and said "you can rest your head in my shoulder when you feel sleepy". Y/N turned her head towards him and teasingly said "really? and that seem like professional to you Hotch??" and raised her brows at him. He let out a small laugh and gets closed to her and whispered so only she can hear him and said "well, it seems like we have not been professional for a long time now and to be honest I don't want to be just your colleague you know, so I don't think it matters if we stay professional or not" and looked intensely at her.

Y/N felt flattering in her stomach and gulped feeling nervous and looked away, knowing if she continued looking into those eyes, she might say something she doesn't want to and turned his head a little towards the front and said "okay then, I will use your shoulder as my pillow, thank you for the offer, I appreciate it" and rest her head in his shoulder and closed her eyes and drifted off .

The jet landed sometime later, Hotch looked towards Y/N and gently brushed some hair that fell out of her bun, she stirs a little but didn't wake up, he didn't even wanted to wake her up, how can he when she looked so peaceful while sleeping, he sighed and gently shook her and whispered "Y/N, sweetheart wake up, we have landed". Y/N slowly woke up and sat up straight, rubbing her eyes she looked at him and said "we landed already, god I didn't even realized" and stands up to grab her go bag. Hotch also stands up and they both made their way out of the jet when He asked "so how did you sleep?". Y/N smiled at him and said "I slept so well, thank you for offering you shoulder though, and for your information you do make a good pillow" and let out a small chuckle, Hotch smiled and said "well I'm glad my shoulder was to your liking". They both laughed at that and walked up to the team as they were waiting for them.

When they reached near the team they saw them talking with each other in a circle, they both looked at each other questioningly. Y/N turned towards the team and said "what are you guys discussing without us?". they all looked towards Hotch and Y/N, JJ smiled at them and said "nothing, Rossi was saying that we should get together and have dinner at his house I mean mansion tomorrow" she corrected herself when Rossi looked at her with raised brows and everyone laughed around them. Hotch smiled and said "since we don't have anymore cases and tomorrow will be an paperwork day I don't see any problem". All agreed to the plan and headed to their cars to head home. Y/N was about to go with Spencer when Hotch said "I can drive you home if you want or you can stay the night at my, Jack is at home, I already messaged Jessica, you can met him too" and looked at her hopefully. Before Y/N could say anything, Spencer answered for her and said "that's a really good idea Hotch, you can also drive her to work tomorrow too, I have a little work that have to be done and I would have made us late to work, good for you Y/N, I will be going now, goodnight to you both" and turned around and left Y/N alone with Hotch, basically leaving no choice for her at all.

Y/N and Hotch looked at each other and they both let out a laugh seeing Spencer rambling and drove off. Y/N looked up at him and said "well if you don't mind then I would like to stay at yours today and I hope I will not be troubling you to drive me to work tomorrow" and shyly smiled at him. Hotch smiled broadly at her and said "It will be my pleasure to drive you to work tomorrow, and you can never be a trouble for me sweetheart so stop thinking otherwise". they both smiled at each other and made their way to his car and drove off not noticing Beth looking at them from her car with anger.

The team were discussing the information they had when Y/N entered the room, everyone looked up hearing the door opening and turned towards her, she looked at everyone then stopped at Hotch and said "I...uh...talked with Mr. Mitchell about Sarah, she is a very intelligent girl, always tops her class, smart enough to not go off with strangers, has a challenging nature and very friendly with friends and family like a sweetheart". Hotch nodded his head and asked "and anything about their house or family condition?". "Yeah, Mr. Mitchell does not have a great way of income, he works at a grocery store and a garage so the income was not much, and Sarah was also looking for some scholarships so that she could get into good universities" said Y/N and sat down.

Emily looked at the reports and said "Well it would make sense that the kidnapper would go after the Pitterson's since according to this report they have money even with financial problem". Y/N looked at Emily and said "yeah that's why it doesn't make sense why they kidnapped Sarah and asked for money?" and let out a sigh. Hotch looked up from the report too and said "well we should look into other information we have, JJ call Garcia and tell her to find everything about the Pitterson's and Mitchell's, their background story, anything". JJ nodded her head at him and left the room to make the call, Hotch turned towards Y/N and said "Y/N come with me for a second" and walked out of the room. Y/N looked at Spencer and raised her brows at him questioningly but he just gave a confused look in return, letting out a quiet sigh, she stood up and followed Hotch out of the room.

Y/N entered the room where Hotch was waiting for her, upon entering the room she looked up at Hotch and saw his back turned to the door and she was just about to question him when he said "something's going on with you Y/N, I can tell not only just this case but since we have boarded the plane...., you said you will tell me if something's bothering you but you are not and I'm feeling bad that I'm not being able to be there for you like how you do for me" and turned to face her completely and looked at her with so much emotions in his eyes. Y/N gulped seeing the look he was giving her and avoided looking into his eyes and said "nothing's going on Hotch, you are overthinking this, and I can assure you that you are always there for me whenever I needed you so don't go around blaming yourself and start feeling bad about anything".

Hotch came close to her and hold her hand and said "Y/N I don't know what's going on but are you forgetting I'm a profiler, I can tell just from looking at you that something is bothering you, so please tell me what's going on?". Y/N let out a sigh and looked down at their joined hands and said "I think Beth doesn't like me, I don't know what I did to make her feel like that, I just....don't know".

Hotch pulled her chin up and brushed some hair out of her face and said "Is that why you are sad, because she doesn't like you, Sweetheart it doesn't matter if she likes you or not, she's just interning for a while and why does it matter if she likes you or not, you know that I like you", hearing him saying that Y/N eyes widened as she looked at him, and hotch also realized what he said and started to blabber "I mean not only I but the whole team likes you even the whole FBI so I don't think you should worry yourself about her liking". Y/N slightly nodded her head, still trying to wrap her head around the situation when Hotch tugged her closer and hugged her, gently rubbing her hair, he said "Don't think about anything else just focus on yourself okay and if something bothers you please just come to me or anyone you feel comfortable with and share with them". Y/N closed her eyes and nodded her head, hugging him tighter, wanting to feel him close a little longer.

After a while they both returned and started working on the case. A little while later Spencer voice rung in the room drawing everyone's attention. "Maybe the kidnappers want to make him suffer?" said Spencer. Emily crooked her head and said "kidnappers?". Spencer nodded his head and grabbed the tab where he was seeing the recordings the kidnappers had send and said "yeah kidnappers, here look what Sarah is saying "If you don't follow his instructions, it will result in my death" but then it says right after "You have 48 hours after evening before we start sending body parts of your children to bury for you?" see, they switch from saying 'his' to 'we' which makes me think that there might be two or more kidnappers".

Hotch pulled his phone out and called Garcia "Garcia have you found anything on Pitterson's and Mitchells?'. "Nothing more than we already know but I did found that Anthony Pitterson had paid most of the funeral cost of Mrs. Mitchell. Apparently, he was very close to Laila Mitchell before they met their spouses". Y/N furrowed her brows and said "way too nice of him to pay for her funeral costs". "I don't think there's anything weird about it, I mean they have known each other for a very long time so as a friend he paid for her funeral, I don't think you should make him look like a suspect just because of this Y/N" said Beth looking at Y/N with a glare.

Y/N felt confused and was about to confront her about her attitude towards her too when Hotch stepped up and said "It is actually very weird and suspicious that he paid most of the funeral costs, she wasn't his wife or anything and even if they were friends I don't think any friends would give these large amount of money so yes it is vey weird" and looked at Beth with a glare and said "and next time don't talk to Y/N with that attitude, she's in a higher position than you, give her the respect she deserves and don't forget we all will give the details and your evolutions to the higher ups, so don't give anyone that attitude and get back to work Agent Archer". Beth looked taken aback by the way Hotch talked to her and nodded her head at him and gave a light glare towards Y/N and turned back to her work. Hotch let out a sigh and turned towards the team and said "look into anything you find suspicious, don't let anything slip out" and left the room to talked with the sheriff.

Y/N also got back to her work when she felt someone nudge her and looked up to find Spencer, looking at him questioningly she asked "do you need something Spencer, or did you found something again?", "well I'm not here for that, but did you see how Hotch stand up for you and confronted her" and wriggled his brows at her. Y/N shook her head at him and said "Don't even try to make me think that way Spencer, he didn't do that just for me but because she was causing a scene that shouldn't happen and she needs to handle her attitude in front of him so yeah that's the only reason". Spencer turned her to face him and said "Are you really that stupid Y/N or are you trying to pretend like one, I mean don't you see the way he reacts for you or towards you, see the way he looks at you, I just don't understand why you are trying so hard to think like Its not the way we think it is? why not tell him your feelings for him?". "Because I don't want to be heartbroken, its scary Spencer, I mean what if I did accept that Hotch feels the same way that I do and confessed to him but he rejects me, that will hurt way too much Spencer and I don't think I'm prepared for something that painful so no I will not get my hopes up and I will not confess my feeling for him".

Spencer let out a sigh and just hugged her, knowing that she was right and not dragging the matter longer they both get back to their work.

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

The jet landed in Ohio, the team grabbed their bags and headed to the car, they spilt up into three groups since there was only three cars. Y/N was going towards the car with Hotch and Rossi when they heard Beth calling for Hotch.

The trio turned towards Beth, she reached them and looked at Hotch and said "can I go with you guys in the car, I just...um hadn't been that much friends with others so......" she trailed off, Y/N looked towards Hotch and saw the look he had on his face, she knew he will not be able to say no to Beth and Y/N will not sit in the same car with her and see the flirting all the way to the police station and said "It's ok you can go with these two, I will go with Spencer since he will be going alone... bye" and walked towards that car.

Hotch looked at her and let out sigh, he doesn't know what's actually going on but it's still obvious that something is bothering her since this morning, she usually always has a smile on her face and especially for him so it was odd for him to not receive one today. He just shrugged and turn towards the car and they all hopped in.

Y/N reached the car and goes to sit in the passenger sit, Spencer turned towards her when he saw who he will be driving with and gave her a confused look. Y/N just let out a sigh and said "just start driving Spencer, I will tell you along the way". He just nodded his head and started to drove off. On the way he didn't asked what happened, he just kept quiet and waited for her to explain. Y/N turned to look outside and said "Beth came to us and told Hotch that she had not been that good with you all and wants to go with them and since I didn't wanted to sit with her all the way..., I decided to come with you".

Spencer stayed silent for a sec and said "Y/N I know what's going on, hell even the whole team might also know but you can't let it affect you, your love for Hotch is not that weak sweetheart, nothing will happen between them" Y/N just listened to him and didn't said a word throughout the drive. When they reached the station they both saw Hotch standing outside the station, like he's waiting for someone, and he was. Hotch looked ahead when he hears a car entering the parking area and when he saw it's Y/N and spencer he goes towards them. Upon reaching near the car he opened the door for Y/N to walked out. Y/N raised an eyebrow at his action and comes out of the car. She was about to go inside the station when a hand held her elbow and stopped her, she turned to look that Hotch has stopped her and she looked at him confusedly.

Hotch turned towards Spencer and said "go ahead, the team is already inside, we will be coming in a minute". Spencer nodded and head inside. After he was sure no one is around, hotch turned his attention towards Y/N who was still confusedly looking at him and said "is something wrong Hotch? is everything okay?". "You are behaving a little different today so I wanna ask if somethings the matter, if everything's alright, you looked a little bit tense and upset too so.....is everything okay with you" said Hotch while looking at her with a slight concern look. Y/N heart tugged a little, with the way he shows his concern for her, it made her think that maybe he might also feels the same for her but no, she can't think like that, no she shouldn't, so she shook herself from the haze and said "Everything is okay Hotch, everything's fine, and if not I will be sure to tell you, don't worry too much bout me" and give a small smile. Hotch just sighed and then he freed her hand that he was still holding onto and said "I will always worry about you Y/N, even if you asked me not to I will not be able to".

Y/N didn't wanted to get her hopes up by listening to him so she directed his attention from her and said "We should get inside Hotch, Mr. Mitchell is inside so I can interview him too", Hotch just sighed and nodded his head and they both get inside. Once they were all inside, the head detective on this case came and greeted them and said "Thanks for coming here, we're a bit short on time so I hope you guys can help us more into this", Hotch nodded his head at the detective and introduced all the members. Then the detective lead them to a room prepared for them when Y/N asked "If you don't mind, can you tell me where is Mr. Mitchell is, I would like to talk to him". The detective looked a bit hesitant to speak to her so Y/N asked again "is there any problem detective", "no...well.., its just Mr. Mitchell has..., had some issues with us, with cooperation right now. he's been going on bout how we are not even looking for his daughter or caring about her being gone".

Y/N continued to look at him and said "I can totally understand why he's being like that to you guys, our team has read the report and there is basically nothing about Sarah, why is that? All you have mentioned in that is Pitterson this and that but nothing about Sarah?". The detective looked confused hearing her and said "We didn't wrote much about her because there's nothing to really say about Sarah, just a normal teenager, I just thought you all be needing only important details so we didn't gave much bout her in there". Hotch shook his head and said "its not your or any of your department right to decide if Sarah is a normal teenager or not, so we want all the info on her and would you please show my agent where Mr. Mitchell is". Y/N just stuck at 'my agent' but quickly gets back to reality and starts to follow the detective when Beth voice stopped her. "I don't think she should interview Mr. Mitchell, I mean you guys just watched how she scolded the detective on such a little mistake, we don't know how she will handle Mr. Mitchell.... so why don't she just stay here and I can take the interview in her stead".

Y/N just didn't know what she should do, she was just confused what impression did she really left on Beth for her to think of her like that but before she could think more Hotch voice pulled her out of her head, "you don't need to interview Mr. Mitchell at all, Y/N is capable of what she had to do, you just need to do the work you are assigned for so agent Archer I hope next time you will think before making any comments about Y/N or any of the team members". Beth just nodded her head and left with Emily and JJ. Y/N stood there for a second looking at Hotch then, turned and left the room, she feels a flattering feeling inside her when Hotch defended her but that also worried her, because its making her feelings grow stronger and she doesn't know what she should do. After following the officer she got to a room with blinds closed, the detective left her there and then she knocked on the door, when it opened there was a man standing there with his light brown messy hair, eyes red and a bit puffy, "can I help you?" the man asked in quiet voice like if he spoke even a little bit louder he would break.

Y/N gave him a smile and said "Hello Mr. Mitchell, I'm Agent Y/N L/Y/N with the BAU, I'm here to help you find your daughter and bring her home safely, would it be okay with you if I came in and ask some few questions about Sarah?". Mr. Mitchell stared at her for a bit and asked "do you really cared or just want to get information about the Pitterson kids?". Y/N gave him a smile again and said "I can promise you that I am really here to question you for your daughter and for the best interest of finding your daughter Mr. Mitchell". He hesitated a bit but opened the door for her "Thank you Mr. Mitchell, this shouldn't take long" said Y/N. She went in and sat down on a chair as Mr. Mitchell took the other one, a sec later Mr. Mitchell asked "What type of question are you asking?", Y/N looked up at him and said "just about Sarah and when the last time you saw, what you talked about", just nodded his head and sighed.

"So Mr. Mitchell can you tell me if there was anything strange about that day or anything strange when you dropped Sarah at the party?". He smiled sadly at her and said "she really wanted to go to that party, she begged me for a week and I said no all those time but.... I love my daughter very much agent, she always has been my weakness, so after more convincing I decided to let her to go to the party since she will have good friends there that I trusted with her, so I let her go". Y/N listened and said "and by trusted friends, I'm assuming you mean the Pittersons?", he nodded his head at her. "Yes, they both are good kids, have been with Sarah since their birth so I trusted them and it was just a birthday party, so I felt less worried about her".

"What kind of girl was your daughter Mr. Mitchell?, I'm sure she's a sweetheart" asked Y/N. This made him smile at her "She sure is a sweetheart, she always tops her class, takes after her mom, Laila was the most beautiful and smartest girl I have ever met, she was the best thing that had ever happened to me and Sarah too", Y/N had small smile on her face hearing him talk about his daughter and wife. "She would never do anything she knew is not right and would never go off with strangers. Always has a challenging nature and very stubborn, just like me" said Mr. Mitchell and let out a fond laugh.

Y/N could tell he wanted say more but he stopped talking and put his head on his hand. "Mr. Mitchell the kidnappers have asked for $600,000 dollar, do you have that much amount of money" asked Y/N. "No I don't but I wish I had, I just work at a grocery store and a garage so I could earn a little more, but I didn't earned much that's why Sarah was also looking into scholarships so she could into a good college". said Mr. Mitchell. Y/N can see he was telling the truth, so if everyone in this small town knew their financial condition they wouldn't have asked for such a big amount from them. Y/N sat there and talked with him about Sarah more and at the end of their conversation Mr. Mitchell tells her "Please bring her back to me, she's all I have, please....". Y/N gave him a smile and said "We will do our best Mr. Mitchell, you have the best Agents here helping you. If you remember any information even a small one, please come find me". and left the room to go back to the team.

Aaron Hotchner x Y/N

The sound of knocking woke Y/N up from her sleep, rubbing her eyes Y/N got up and goes to open the door, she saw Spencer outside waiting for her with a go bag in his hand. She stepped aside to let him in and asked "Spencer what are you doing here at....uhh...3:20 am in the morning". Spencer puts his go bag on the floor and turned towards her and said "I knew you will not check your phone, we have a case, so get ready we will go together".

Y/N just nodded her head and goes to her room to get changed. Her and Spencer get along very well, working for a year in the BAU and she found herself her best friend, she and Spencer connected instantly, firstly they both were the youngest of the team, Y/N was just 21 and Spencer was 24 and just like Spencer she also has an IQ of 190, so knowledge was common factor that they connected first. she always told Spencer everything even her crush on her boss, he was the only one who knew about her feelings and kept her secret, she knew she can always go to him and he will always be there whenever she needed him.

After getting ready she goes to the living room and grabs her go bag and they both left to go to the jet directly. Upon reaching there they parked the car and go to the jet. Going inside they saw all the team members have already arrived but they both noticed a new person sitting beside Aaron hotchner, the seat that would always be occupied by Y/N was occupied by someone else, it was odd for not only Y/N but everyone else as they have all known that seat has been always occupied by Y/N so they all thought it was a little weird but didn't said anything.

Sensing eyes on himself Hotch looked up from the file and said "ah yes I forgot, this is Agent Beth Archer she is an intern, she will be working with us in this case". Everyone introduced themselves and when it was Y/N turn Beth ignored her. Y/N felt awkward and seat beside Spencer. After everyone gets comfortable Hotch turned on the tap and Garcia face appears on the screen "Hello my lovelies, how you all doing, hope good" said Garcia. Hotch looked at the tap and said "what do we have", "ohh....yeah so 3 teenagers were kidnapped yesterday afternoon in Ohio from a party they were attending. Parents didn't think too much about it since they assumed they were at the other's house spending the night, but called it in when all of their parents did not hear from them after they were dropped off. Missing is Sarah Mitchell age 15, Dantae Pitterson age 16 and Belly Pitterson age 16".

Y/N looked at the picture of the victims on her tap and said "twins I assume?", "yes and no one know where they went after the party was over". Emily tilted her head and said "okay but why are we being called in? I mean its a big deal that the teenagers are missing but maybe the kids just decided to go to somewhere or something".

"That would be a way to think about it, but this a kidnapping because the families have received tape recordings with messages from their kids and were send notes with their bloods saying they'll be returning the kids dead bodies if they didn't give $600,000 dollars to the given account number and that they only have 48 hours to get their children's back" said Garcia. "Do we know the relationship between these kids? friends? Dating? Relatives? classmates?" JJ asked. "friends since childhood, the messages to the Pitterson's are same as Sarah's. They are working on limited time that's why we are being called for this case and the Pitterson's are very high maintenance and a well respected family, Anthony Pitterson is the volleyball coach at the local high school and Mary Pitterson is the President of the Council of Community Scools".

Y/N frowned and said "what bout Sarah's parents?", "umm...she lives with her dad Samual Mitchell, her mom Laila Mitchell died 4 years ago due to a Road accident. The Pittersons and the Mitchells knew each other from high schools and stayed friends" said Gracia. Y/N nodded her head when Morgan asked her "why you wanted to know about the Mitchells?". Y/N looked at Morgan and said "its just....there's barely anything about the Mitchells in the file and its all about the Pitterson. I just hope they realize that Sarah is missing and she is just as important as the other kids even if her father is not a big shot". This mad Morgan cough to cover his laugh but nodded his head agreeing to her statement.

Hotch grabbed his others files and said " we can ask questions when we get there, get some rest, we all be needing it".

After a while later Hotch looked at the team and said " when we reach Ohio I want Rossi and Morgan to go and interview the Pittersons, JJ, Prentiss and Archer will go talk to the kids who attended the party, Reid I want you to look at the notes and the recordings with Garcia again, and Y/N I want you to interview Mr. Mitchell". Everyone Nodded but Beth looked up at Hotch and said "can't I go with you or stay close to you, I'm not that much comfortable with everyone as I am with you so...., please" and gave him a sad look. Everyone can see what she is trying to do, Y/N and Spencer locked eyes with each other and they both shared a look. Hotch looked at Beth and said "Agent Archer I know you are not used to the team yet and because of that I assigned you with my other Agents so that you can know them better, so take this chance to know them". and with that he turned back to his files.

Y/N knows what is going on, Beth also has a crush on Hotch but for the first time she felt like maybe.....maybe he might choose Beth over her and yeah that was not a good feeling.....at all. She shook her head and decided to focus on the case not noticing the way Hotch was looking at her, the soft look that he had only for her.

Epilogue

5 years later:

Waves crashed over rocks tall enough to pierce the sky, the crystal clear water and a plethora of seagulls around the rocky hills. Y/N stepped out of the car and looked towards the beach and took a deep breath, she feels so much better now that they are here.

She looked towards Nick, he was taking out the things they had brought with them, he came to stand with her and gave her a small smile and took hold of her hand and lead her towards the beach. As they neared the shore, they saw many couples, families and children having their day spent with beautiful smiles in their faces. Nick put down the stuff and pulled a soft towel and laid it on the sand for Y/N, for her to sit and get comfortable.

Y/N saw what Nick did for her and a smile formed in her face, he would always make sure she was comfortable whenever or wherever they go like its his first priority to do everything he can so she would be happy and comfortable. Y/N gave him a bright smile when he was done and turned towards her, he wriggled his brows at her questioningly, she just shook her head and gave him a light peck on his lips and open up her bag and took out the book she brought with her to read.

She was about to sit down when two small hands wrapped themselves around her hip, she looked down to see a small child with the most beautiful eyes she had always loved, gently caressing the hair she asked "what is it baby, do you need something, hmm?" the child nodded their head and asked "Mummy can I play in the water with other children, they seems like having so much fun, I wanna play in the water too" they whined, and gave the best puppy eyes they could muster.

Y/N looked at Nick, seeing an amused expression on his face and gave him a slight glare, he knows Y/N can't say to that expression at all, as it's the expression he always pulled on her whenever he wanted something or getting approval from her, it's always has been her weak point. She again looked down at the child and sighed and said "fine you can go with others but not for long and Daddy will go with you so that you don't get hurt okay darling" she told her 4 year old son.

It's been 5 years since they have been married and a year later they were blessed with their son, Benjamin Mathews Leister. They were elated when they got to know they were gonna be parents and Nick..., god he was a crying mess and showered her with so much love and affection even more than he already had for her. it has been a great 5 years of their life though, after clearing all the misunderstandings and having confessed their love for each other, it seems they didn't wanna wait for any longer, they soon told both of their families and friends and everyone was so happy for them. Since Noah was gonna be a constant person in their life they knew, they can't tell what really happened between the three of them so they decided to get married as soon as possible and after the wedding they moved to Paris, to start a new life together. They do go back to their parents during holidays and all but now it seems they have a beautiful world of their own here.

Benjamin nodded his head at his mom and goes towards his dad and tugged on his hands and asked "can we go in the water now daddy", Nick quickly nodded his head and said "Yes buddy of course we can and since your mamma has also given her permission we definitely should go and play in the water" and gives a big smile to Y/N and goes towards the water with his son. Y/N just rolled her eyes at him, still smiling and took a seat and open up the book to read. After sometime, she heard Nick and Ben laughs and looked up to them and her heart swelled up at the scene in front of her. Ben was running away from Nick and him chasing after their son and catching him, giving his tummy some tickles.

It was moments like this which makes Y/N realize how much beautiful their lives has become after Ben was born. she always knew when Nick will become a father, he would be the best father a child can have, it has also made her realize how much time has really gone by and how much they have come forward to after everything they had gone through.

A soft and gentle smile took over her face when she saw Nick and her son approaching her, she hold her hands out for son so she could hug him, as soon as they reached her, her son practically jumped into her embrace. No matter what anyone says, everyone can see he was mummy's boy, she gently caresses his head and asked "did you had fun Ben, playing with daddy in the water". Ben quickly nodded his head and give a sweet kiss to her cheek and says "yes mummy, I had so much fun, and I can't wait to have more fun with my little sister" and let out a cute giggle.

Y/N smiled at his giggles and looked at Nick. she was 5 months pregnant now, and recently they have gotten to know they were having a girl, Nick has been the most happiest one among everyone, and it was already clear to anyone that he's gonna be daddy's girl type of father.

Y/N nodded her head at her son and said "well I also can't wait to meet her too but we will wait patiently for her arrival, now c'mon we should build a house in sand", Ben stood up and started to play in the sand. After checking he's alright, Y/N turned towards Nick and move a little to get closer to him. Nick gently wrapped his hands around her from behind, putting his chin at her shoulder and pulled her back to his chest and said "I know I always say that you look beautiful but you look more beautiful today, so much bright and happy it's good to see you like this, and I love seeing you like this" and kissed her temple. Y/N let out a content sigh and said "c'mon Nick I'm 5 months pregnant, I'm anything but beautiful right now" and pouted at him. he gave a light kiss to her pouty lips and said "you are right you are anything but beautiful right now....., you are gorgeous, alluring, exquisite, radiant, fabulous, should I go on". Y/N fondly rolled her eyes at him but still had a smile on her face. After everything that had happened between them, Nick had always put forward his feeling and emotions for her, he had become more straightforward towards expressing his feelings for her.

Y/N looked at her son still playing in the sand and then looked towards the sea and close her eyes, feeling so content and peaceful. Nick looked down at her and softly nugged at her side to get her attention. Y/N cranked her head little and raised her brows to look at him. "what's going on in that head of yours sweetheart, is something bothering you, are you tired or feeling any sort of pain anywhere" Nick asked slightly worried for her. Y/N turned herself to face him fully and shook head at his questions and gently cupped his face and pulled him towards her and kiss him. it was a soft and loving kiss, a very delicate one. Nick pulled away slightly, still close to her lips and softly asked "what is it my love" and so lovingly looked into her eyes. Y/N immediately melts under his gaze and wrapped her hands around his neck to pull him into a hug and said "I feel so lucky and so so much happy that I can be with love of my life, it's still feels like a dream to me that you and me are together, not as a boyfriend-girlfriend but as husband & wife and we also have son, and another one on the way, it feels so peaceful and dreamy....., you have been the best part of my life Boo and you always will". Nick just smiled and listens to her and gave her a forehead kiss.

Y/N pulled away a little and looked at him with so much love and said " I love you Mr. Leister". Nick too looked into her eyes with so much love and affection and gently puts his forehead onto hers and said "and I love you too Mrs. Leister". Ben comes back to his parents and they also brought him too into their little hug. Y/N and Nick, both turned towards the sea and saw the sunset together with small and gentle smiles still attached to their faces, knowing that they have a long way to go but at the end they both had each other.

It was a rainy day, the clouds in the sky outcast the sun, the rain was pouring but not very heavily, Y/N sat at the window in the room she was staying at Italy. she was looking outside the window, listening to the pitter-patter of the rain deeply in thoughts, she sighed and looked down at her phone.

She had just ended a call with her parents, since day one she has come here, her parents had called her everyday to know about her days and herself and she really felt better talking with them but today it was a complicated feeling she's feeling right now. her parents has informed her that they are having a celebration party due to the success and profit of a project they had invested in so they wanted her to come back home to be there with them. she knows she should go back, its already been 5 months but.... she scared... scared to meet Nick again. she doesn't know how he is, or anything about him, she has asked her parents once or twice but they never really told her anything so she stopped asking them.

She was thinking about what she should do when Jenna came into her room, Y/N looked up at Jenna and then again looked down at her phone. Jenna took a sit in front of her and asked "why are you looking so gloomy Y/N, is something bothering you". Y/N looked up at her and said "I... just had a talk with my parents, they are celebrating for their success and because of that they want me to come back" Jenna nodded her already understanding what she's thinking and said "and you are debating if you should go or not since its a party your family is organizing and obviously Nick's family will also be invited, and you are not sure to see him again" Y/N nodded her head and looked out of the window, she doesn't want to admit it but she's missing Nick, more than anything, she thought she might forget him or atleast lose the feelings she had for him but it seems like being away from him has made those feeling to grow even more stronger than before.

Jenna sighed and said "Y/N I will be honest with you okay, you know when I heard about what had happened I was angry and that's why I thought maybe you going away from Nick will might help you but since you have come here it feels like you lost a part of youself, it seems to me like you have left a piece of you behind. You are miserable without him Y/N and.... you didn't even heard about his feeling at all, we all have just assumed that Nick doesn't loves you but do we really know if its true or not" Y/N turned her head and looked at Jenna, Yeah what she's saying was true but Y/N was scared of his response, what if its a rejection, she doesn't wanted to know about that. Jenna looked at Y/N and said "I think you should go, we should go back, you need an answer Y/N, even a little closure but I will not force you, whatever your decision is I will always support you okay" she put her hand above Y/N's and gave her a gentle squeeze and left.

Y/N thought about all the things Jenna said and decided that she is right, she can't hide from Nick forever, and she needs closure and then decided they will go back. she told Jenna and later informed her parents that they are coming back tomorrow. Y/N's parents were delighted when they got to know that she's coming back, and they knows its also time for her and Nick to meet.

Y/N and Jenna reached their hometown airport around 8 in the morning, both were jet lag and Jenna directly took a cab and promised Y/N that she will come to the party later tonight.

When Y/N reached her home she saw all the decorating and smiled to herself, finally.... she's home. she goes inside and instantly brought into a hug by her parents as soon as they saw her and, then they talked about everything she did in Italy, after talking for an hour or so Y/N took her leave to get some rest. she lay at her bed and thinks how everything will go and then fall asleep. Y/N woke up later in the evening and started to get ready for the party, while getting ready she was feeling excited as well as nervous, excited for meeting her friends and nervous for meeting Nick after such a long time. A little knock at her door brought her back to reality and she goes to open her door and saw her mom, she let her inside and her mom said "oh my, you look so beautiful darling". Y/N smiled at her mom and thanked her. Her mom tells her "sweetie after the party ends or when you will want to end the night and rest, go to our other house through our backyard, since it will a long night you will not be able to rest here properly okay, now c'mom let's go down stairs everyone's here already". Y/N nodded her head and they left her room.

Downstairs people were mingling with each other, Nick has also arrived with his family and looked around to see if Y/N is here or not but gets disappointed when he doesn't see her and lefts his family to go near his friends, just when he reached his friends the whole hall become silent, he was confused why everyone was quiet and looked at one of his friends and looked at the direction they were looking and his breath got hitched when he looked up the stairs, Y/N with her mom were descending down the stairs, she was wearing a red dress that was showing her figure perfectly with a sweetheart neck, she was looking heavenly beautiful, and Y/N's breath too got hitched when she looked directly at Nick, making eye contact with each other, its like they were in their own world. Y/N was the one who broke their intense eye contact and greeted all the other guests who came up to congratulate them with her parents and a little later goes in the direction her friends were.

Nick's back was turned to her but he felt her even before she reached them and turned to face her. when she reached her friends, she hugged and kissed their cheeks and gave them a big smile, yes she did had fun in Italy but still she missed her friends very much. she was intentionally avoiding Nick's eyes and when Jenna saw what she's doing, she looked at Y/N and gave her a smriks and said "C'mom guys let's go to the bar" and take their friends away, leaving Nick and Y/N alone. Y/N wanted to leave too but knew that will make things awkward so she turned towards him and gave him a small smile and said "Hey Nick, have you been well". Nick felt his heart beat a little faster seeing her smile at him and gave her a big smile in return and nodded his head. A tense moment began to appear and Y/N sense it so she gave him a nod and said "well enjoy yourself then, I should go to my mom" and turned and left him there.

The party was going very well and it was already around 11 at night, Y/N was still tired from the jet lag and told her mom she's going to her room and calling it a night, she then bid her friends her goodbyes and left the party and goes to their other house and step out of her heels. when she reached her room, she took out her earrings and was about to reach for the dress zipper when a knock came at her door. she furrowed her brows and turned, when she saw Nick standing at the door, he took a step inside and locked the door behind him. Y/N looked at him and the door and said "Nick what are you doing here, did you need something". Nick just quietly stared at her and she gulped at her nerves, she knows what Nick's doing here and now she's scared, she looked down at her feet avoiding his eyes.

Nick sighed and said "you left Bee, you actually left, why..... why did you do that" she just continued to look down, tears started to form in her eyes, Nick came closer to her and lift up her chin and said "how can you do that Y/N, do you even know how much it was hurting me, to be here without you, it was hell Y/N hell, everyday I wanted to give up but the little hope I had that you will come back wouldn't let me" and let out a soft sob. Y/N gently wiped his tears and puts her hands on his face and said " I had no choice left Nick, everything was hurting too much and after confessing to you I didn't knew what to do, I didn't wanted to hear your rejection and knowing that I ruined our friendship too was way too much for me to handle all at once. I had to leave Boo".

"Who said you ruined our friendship or that I was going to reject your confession" at that Y/N looked up at him confused and said "were you not in love with Noah I have seen you guys, how you both interacted with each other and, and...." Nick softly touched her cheeks and said "I want to confess something" Y/N nodded her head. Y/N was an emotional mess now, she can't believe what she's hearing, Nick, her Nick loves her back, he had loved her too. she wrapped her arms around him and rests her head in his chest listening to his heartbeat and calmed herself. A few mins later they both have stopped crying but they stayed in each other embrace with small smiles in their faces. Nick lowered his face near her ear and asked "Bee.... can I kiss you", Y/N took a step back and looked at his face, the loving and adoration look he had and slowly nodded her head.

Part 8

Next morning came, Nick's eyes fluttered to open up, the little sun rays shining through his balcony, he sat up with a groaned and ruffled his hair. He didn't wanted to wake up to be honest, after the exhausting day he had yesterday he just wanted to lay in his bed and just sleep but he knows he had to go to Y/N, they need to talk and clear all the misunderstanding.

He looked up at the clock in the wall and see its already 10 in the morning, he got up and get freshen up and goes downstairs to have some breakfast despite not having any appetite. He let out a long sigh at the sight of Noah, he just want to go to Y/N's as soon as possible and was slightly hoping to not see Noah at all if possible but guess that will not happen.

He just dragged himself to the table and greeted everyone except Noah, he didn't even acknowledge her and arranged his breakfast. He can sense Noah intense eyes on him but refuse to acknowledge her and hurriedly finished his food and gets up to leave. He was just about to open his car's door when a hand stopped him. he turned around to face Noah who was pouting at him trying to look as innocent as possible.

Y/N's mom sighed and looked him in the eyes and said "no dear she's not here...., what I really meant to say is she left, she's not in the country at the moment".

"she needed to go away for sometime, just to clear her mind and a change of scenery, she will come back at some point Nickolas" Y/N's father said, wanting to lessen his pain. Nick looked at her dad and asked "where have she has gone, I will go there, I need to go where she is please...., please just tell me", at that point he was a crying mess. "I can't tell you where she is Nickolas, she wants time for herself, she needs time to heal the wounds and the pain she's feeling right now, I'm sorry son I can't help you". Nick knows he can't get anything out of them anymore and sadly nodded his head while trying to wipe his tears.

Y/N's mom gently brushes his hair aside and asked him "You love her, don't you" Nick just simply nodded his head, Y/N's parents looked at each other with small smiles and her mom softly hugged him and said "it's okay darling, everything's gonna be alright, I assure you Y/N will come back, to us, to you, but right now you both need time, and when she comes back tell her your feelings, everything clearly, I actually don't wanna admit it but she's a little dumb to understand something regarding love, she's very slow there, something she has gotten from her father" and winked at Nick. They both had a small laugh when Y/N's father let out a offended 'hey' and rolled his eyes at them.

Nick gave them a small smile and said "I will wait for her no matter how long I will have to wait and.....when she comes back I will not let her go, never". they just nodded their heads at him, happy that their daughter's love is not unrequired but they will not tell her now, she needs to heal right now. Nick gave them a little nod and left their house still with a heavy heart. he knows Y/N will come back but still it hurts him that he had gave her so much pain that she had to leave him..... but no it doesn't matter anymore, he will wait for her even if he had to wait for a millennium.

Part 7

Y/N woke up later in the evening hours, her eyes were hurting with all the crying she had done and was also having a bad headache. she brought one of her hands to her head and rubbed there to make the headache better when a knock was hear at the door, Y/N looked up at her mom seeing the worried look on her face, she sighed and told her mom that she's going to get fresh and come downstairs, her mom nodded her head and left her room.

When Y/N came downstairs, she saw her parents and Jenna sitting in the living room talking, knowing they might have gotten worried for her and may have called Jenna to come, she walked down the stairs and when she reached near them her dad opened his arms for her and she immediately snuggled up to him. They waited for her to tell them what had happened, they didn't wanted to pressurized her.

A little while later her dad asked "what happened darling?? is something bothering you? you know that you can always tell us anything baby, don't keep it inside it will only hurt you more". Y/N looked up at her parents and nodded her head and sit up straight and started to tell them everything from the start.

After hearing everything, everyone present there felt anger towards Noah, like how can people do that to someone but more than anger her parents felt their daughter's pain, they know how much she loved Nick, and also know how much she's hurting inside but they can't do anything because it's how life is, it gives pain and happiness equally.

Jenna on the other hand was furious, how can Nick behave like that especially towards Y/N, she just can't understand it she just wanted to go up to Nick and give him a big slap but firstly she has to be there for her best friend, she needed her there.

All of them were silent not knowing what to do when Y/N said "I can't be here right now, the more I stay here the more I will think about it, I just want to forget about it even if it's for a small amount of time, I.... just.... don't want to feel this pain anymore it's hurting way too much" and sniffled. Her parents looked at her sadly nodding, knowing that will be good for her.

Jenna was looking like she was thinking about something and then she said "why don't we go to my grandparents house, in Italy, they have been bugging me to come visit them anyway, we can just go on a mini vacation there, just us girls like old times".

Y/N and her parents considered Jenna suggestion and nodded their heads in agreement and then.... it was decided they will go to Italy. Jenna called her parents and tell them she will be going on a mini vacation to Italy with Y/N to her grandparents home and let them arrange flight tickets for both of them, later she let Y/N parents know the details of the flight and left a little later after spending some time with Y/N. It was decided they will be going tomorrow morning and Y/N started packing for the flight.

Nick came back to his house late in night, he wanted to go straight to your house and talk with you but knowing he should give you some space and time for yourself he let it go. Coming inside his house, he goes straight to his room and locked his door not wanting Noah to come inside his room if she tried to and laid in his bed and closed his eyes, remembering all the moments he had spend with Y/N and just like that he fall asleep not knowing he's biggest fear was coming true, losing Y/N.

Part 6

Noah came down from the spot to look for Nick, when she saw Y/N running from there with Nick behind her she wanted to stop Nick but she didn't, not wanting him to suspect anything but after sometime she decided to go after them.

she knew if she left them alone longer Y/N might tell something to Nick and if that happened her plan will not work. she has seen Y/N and the way everyone treats her, she wanted everyone to give her the same attention and treatment, she was jealous of Y/N and so she made some plan to make Y/N look like a bad person and it was working till now but she can't risk it anymore so she started to look for them.

She found them near Y/N's car but didn't get close to them and listen to their conversation, she heard and saw everything and when Y/N left she got closer to Nick and puts her hand in his shoulder and said "Hey it will be fine, it doesn't matter if she left you or abandoned you okay, you have your family, friends and more importantly me, you will always have me by your side Nick, don't feel bad for whatever you said to her she deserved it anyway, she's an evil person Nick its better if she's not in your life anymore, now c'mon let's go we can spent some time together and change your mood" and gave him a smile.

Nick turned toward her and looked at her angrily and Noah realized her mistake she shouldn't had such thing and bit down on her lips, Nick tried to keep calm and said "I will ask you a very simple question Noah and I just want an honest answer nothing else...., is it true what Y/N said, I know you have heard everything we have said so tell me is it true that you have gone to Ronnie on your own, did you planned that?? tell me Noah is it true or not" at that point Nick was yelling he was not being able to control himself, seeing you cry and hurt making him feeling so much pain that he doesn't know what to do.

He looked at Noah awaiting for her answer, Noah stood still not knowing if she should tell him the truth or not but when she looked up at him and seeing his glare she sighed, knowing she will have to tell him the truth otherwise he will not let it go, she nodded her head while looking down and said "Yes, I did go to Ronnie on my own, I just.... wanted to make Y/N go away from you Nick, she's not a good person I just wanted to help you nothing else".

Nick can't believe what's he's hearing, he just glare at her and Noah continued while looking up at him and said "look what happened we can't change that right and what should have happen ages ago just happened now so let's not make a big deal, we can forget about her, we were going to spent some time together Nick, let's forget about her please, let's just focus on ourselves, on us okay" and wrapped her arm around him.

Nick harshly pulled her away from him and said "are you fucking kidding me, its not a big deal, I hurted her.... I hurted the girl who had done nothing but care for me, support me and... and love me.... oh god I hurted her so much, how can I do that to her" and pulled on his hair feeling heart broken.

He doesn't know what he should do now but he knows he had to gain your forgiveness, he just can't lose you, he can't let you go away from him not when he had realized now how much he loves you and there... he decided, he will do whatever he needs to do to get you back and looked up at Noah and roughly hold her hand and said "there is no us to focus on there never have been, you are being delusion thinking that we can have something between us, your mom had married my dad and in that regard you can only become my step sister nothing more you got it, now you will go back and never and I repeat never think of coming close to me or Y/N or I will let you know what Nicholas Leister can do to someone who hurted his people" and pulled out his wallet and gave her some money for cab and goes to his car and drove off.

Y/N on the other hand reached her home still crying, she wanted to stop crying but the tears just doesn't stop. she goes inside wanting to go to her room and just lay down in the bed and cry, her parents were sitted at the sofa seeing a movie when they looked up to Y/N and seeing her tear stained face they immediately got worried. they got up and walked up to her, her mom wrapped her arms around her and asked "oh sweetie what happened? why are you crying?? did something happened? are you hurt???"

Y/N didn't said anything and just hugged her mom tightly and cried, knowing she can't talk right now her parents took her upstairs, to her room and just stayed with her until she fall asleep. After making sure she was asleep they left her room, coming out of the room they both looked at each other and decided they will wait for Y/N to wake up, to know what really had happened to her that made her cry so much.

It was the first time Nick had behaved like that towards her so she doesn't know what to do, it's like they had a fight or something. It's been 2 weeks now, they haven't talked yet she wants to talk to him but the look he gave her while leaving, she's not being able to forget that.

Y/N just sighed and continued to lay on her bed when suddenly she remembered about their secret place. they would always go there to spend some time whenever they would feel sad or needed some space. she thought going there for some time will get her mind off from all the things and boy.... she was so wrong!!!

When she arrived at their place she comes out of the car and took a deep breath, just breathing the scent is already making her feel better. She walked ups to the road to go and sit where the scenery is perfect, where she and Nick would always enjoy each other company.

she reached near the spot when she saw two figures already sitted there, they have always thought maybe no one knows about this place, she just sighed and thought of going back when she heard it, she heard Nick's laugh and got confused. Is Nick's here? if he is, who is there with him? she wanted to confirm her guess and took some steps forward to get a clear view and then she saw, Nick and Noah together laughing at something. she felt hurt, why did Nick brought her here? it was there place only for both of them so why? not even their parents or friends knew about this place?? she was so deep in thoughts that she didn't realize Nick has already spotted her.

When Nick saw Y/N he felt a little pain in his heart, he hadn't seen her for 2 weeks, he missed her and he wanted to apologize to her how he behaved towards her, so he called her name to caught her attention and when he did, he felt a strong sense of pain, even if she is standing at a far distance he can see her hurt look. He stands up to go over to her when she turned and run away from there, he widened his eyes and ran after her. He soon caught up to her and took hold of her hand, made her turn around and said "why are you running Y/N? why are you running away from me??".

Y/N looked at him hurt and said "you brought her here, how can you do that Boo, it was our place, our safe place we have never told anyone about here and you just brought her without even thinking about my feelings, how dare you, how can you do this Boo" and tears started to fall from her eyes. "I know I know but I didn't think it was a big deal Bee, its not like its a secret place that no one will know about it" Nick said. Y/N just doesn't know what to say anymore, what had happened in this 2 weeks, he was never like that, how can he change so much in such a small amount of time.

she wiped the tears from her face and said "what had happened Nick, you were never like this, you would have never done something like this to hurt me ever, is her coming in our lives changed everything so much and if I remember correctly just some days ago you didn't wanted to get along with them and now you are letting her come and interfere in our lives". Nick looked at Y/N and said "C'mon Y/N don't be so dramatic, I know I was being like that but after getting to know her I don't think she's bad anymore and I think you are still forgetting what you have done to her, she was very upset Y/N, you should atleast apologize to her".

Y/N can't believe what she's hearing and said angrily "are you stupid Nick, how can you believe her when she said I told her to do that, you have known me for so long, we have been friends since diapers and you believed someone you have known for what, not even for a month, are you kidding me and yeah you said to apologize to her, never. Why should I apologize for a something I never did, she herself had gone to Ronnie, she planned that Nick. I don't know why she is doing this but believe me Nick it was all her please". Nick shook his head and said "how can you say that about someone Y/N, why will she let herself get harm, I mean she told me how rude you were being to her when I was not around but I didn't believed her but now its looks like she was right".

Y/N just continued to looked at him, feeling her heart getting broken and hurt with every words leaving his mouth, Nick looked at her in the eyes and said "were you always this rude and mean Y/N, was all this year were you faking everything, anything you ever did was it really from your heart or you just wanted to win people over". Y/N let out a bitter and painful laugh and said "you know my mom always told me loving someone feels amazing, its such an beautiful feeling that you cannot even describe it in words but she never told me that if the person you love hurts you, it will hurt this much". Nick started to realize he may have done something wrong or has assumed the situation wrong, he was not liking the way their talk was going and said "what are you talking about Bee, I can't understand".

"I love you...., I have loved you since our childhood, I never said anything to you about my feeling because I knew you never thought of me that way". Nick was shocked, he never thought she loved him in that way, yes he did felt a flattering feeling around her over the years but today listening to her stirs something inside his heart.

he just looked at her wide eyed and with a shocked look, Y/N looked at his face and felt nothing but hurt, she turned to leave but before that she wanted to tell him one last thing so she turned back to him and said "I have always supported you, cared for you and loved you but maybe.... maybe that was not enough. I am hurt Nick way too much, loving someone shouldn't hurt this much right, then why do I have to get hurt". she put her hand on his face and softly said "I can't let you hurt me anymore Nick, if I did I don't think I will survive, I will get shattered and that's why from today we will not see each other anymore, I will keep my distance.... Don't think that I'm abandoning you, I am not, I'm just trying to protect my heart, myself....".

she smiled sadly at him and said "it was good knowing you...., Goodbye Nickolas" and gently kissed his cheeks and got inside her car and left there with a broken heart.

Nick looked ahead at the disappearing car crying, realizing what he had done, not only he didn't realize your feelings for him but also how he had hurted you and now...., now he knows what those feeling he felt for you all these years, now he can name them, now he realized that he also loves you but its too late.... he had broked you.
