✨Happy New Year✨ There’s no denying that the past two years have been extremely tough. I personally capped off 2021 with a nice case of you-know-what, forcing @atl.realtor and me to spend Christmas alone–a reminder that things don’t always go as planned! Which is why I’ve shifted this year from resolutions and goals to *habits*. One of the biggest struggles I have yet to overcome is achieving a healthy work/life balance. For 2022, I’m aiming to adopt a few new wellness habits like: 💧*Staying hydrated with the help of @healthish water bottle. The stylish design and cheeky commentary on the bottle itself brings some fun to it! 🧴*Sticking to a skincare routine that works for my sensitive skin! My favorite right now is @replenix, but I just got introduced to @sircuitskin “OMG serum” and I’m obsessed! 🚴🏻‍♀️*Riding the @onepeloton at least 3 times per week, even if it’s as short as a 10-minute ride (hey, it’s better than nothing!) 🧖🏻‍♀️*Taking a daily vitamin for all the added benefits like healthy aging, reducing stress + anxiety and helping with my tough periods (@flovitamins) 🥬*Eating more foods that fuel me.
