welp. after a long time of finally being free of MaDD, im properly spiraling back again. i feel anxious when im not daydreaming, haven’t been studying for finals to indulge in daydreams and even when im ACTUALLY dreaming i dream abt my paracosms and feel horrible when i wake up bc im reminded that my paracosms aren’t real.

YESSSS this is often bc idk what to daydream so to counter that and get the daydream need to be gone is that i just have a Google doc filled w all my paracosms!! that way i have a good overview of them all, can pick one and get to daydreaming so that way i can do other stuff asap

when you need to daydream because there's that Urge but your brain won't let you daydream so now you're just. halfway between worlds and just. hnnnnnn

Does anyone else sometimes get lost in a daydream where you just rant for hours in a non-existant "video" or "stream" to your non-existant "fans" just talking about your problems and such because it's almost impossible to explain them irl or write it accuately in a diray?

It kind of makes me feel like i'm being understood and agreed with so it clears my conscience for a little while.

Has anyone else had a daydream plot that needs to end but you got so attached to the story that you need to keep adding stuff on but its becoming too much but you know if you end it you will be really sad?
