The DMC Boys Coming Back To Their S/O In Their Clothes: 

Dante:

It goes without saying that nothing puts a smile on this massive dork’s face more after coming home late and tired than seeing his s/o fast asleep in one of his shirts. Usually they’re a bit large on them, serving more so as a borderline short-nightgown if you’re much smaller and shorter than he is. Still, he hardly complains purely because of how cute you look in his shirt. Expect this man to be extremely smug the next morning when you wake up in  bed together and spooning you with a vice grip. 

Actually makes an effort to not just get more shirts but also mostly wash them to make sure he doesn’t leave you with shirts with not just his scent but also reeking of demon blood. Instead to add his scent he’ll usually just lace his shirts with the faint scent of his cologne so that it always smells like him for you. 

Will actually tease you about whether or not he’s going to be getting his shirt back (or any of the ones you wear for that matter). Spoiler alert, he gets maybe half of them back at best, but Dante’s okay with it. If anything it just gives him even more of an excuse to go about the office and your shared space while shirtless on laundry day. You insist you can give one of the shirts back for the day, but your lover knows you well enough to know you don’t exactly mind him losing the shirt for more than a few hours. 

Dante of course loves to tease you about it, loving to tease you about how you always look so much cuter in one of his shirts, though of course being Dante, there’s nothing stopping him from suggesting his shirt on you would look even better on the floor. There’s a good chance he’s going to get smacked, but Dante hardly minds if it means he gets to see your flustered expression in exchange. 

May or may not take a snapshot of you sleeping on the couch with his jacket at some point to slip into his wallet and stare at whenever he’s missing you. He likes to look it, smiling to himself as he looks at your soundly sleeping form with one of his various coats wrapped around your smaller form. He even makes a mental note to always where that coat every now and again so that when he leaves it for you, it’ll still smell of him. 

Bonus: Not to say he’d try to bring back his man-bra from his earlier years, but the moment he finds it again, don’t be surprised if he thinks he can make that his new laundry day alternative. But it’s okay, because it’s not too long before you’ve added that shirt to your collection as well.
