Anon said: "Days of Girlhood" by Dylan Mulvaney is loved by some, while others are deeply offended by it. I wonder what Tumblr users think 🤔 The video: https://youtu.be/77rRP_Sk3JI?si=LIbPMWCSAHmH2xNt

dealing with the worst case scenario
your condom breaks
you feel a lump on your breast
your friends are ignoring you
you’re stranded on an island
you got rejected by a crush
you get into a car accident
you got stung by a bee/wasp
you got fired from your job
you’re in an earthquake
your tattoo gets infected
your house is on fire
you’re lost in the woods
you get arrested abroad
you get robbed
your partner cheated on you
you’re on a ship that’s sinking
you fall into ice
you’re stuck in an elevator
you hit a deer with your car
you have food poisoning
your pet passed away
you fall off of a horse
you or your friend has alcohol poisoning
you have toxic shock syndrome
your house has a gas leak

Donnie Darko never got the attention it deserved. For example:
Rose Darko - elegant, commanding, goddamn ICONIC example of a mother figure unbothered by the expectations of anyone around her. Notice when the FAA shows up, they don’t talk to her husband. It’s obvious that SHE wears the pants.
The entire movie revolves around teen angst so thick you could cut it with a rusty shoehorn. It’s beautifully existential even before the nihilistic time travel.
Horrifyingly accurate period-accurate self help videos (“I’m not afraid anymore!)
Donnie as our favorite awkward psychotic anti-hero. He’s the worst but we love him anyway.
English teacher Drew Barrymore. If you thought that point needed elaboration, please recheck your priorities.
