Don’t think your one little click is unnecessary. It adds up fast—but only if you actually do it.

A lot of people asked how they can help if they don’t have funds to spare. This is the most passive way to raise donations towards Palestinian aid.

The Kat Von D eyes. Anastasia brows. The colour-pop paper-dry liquid to matte lipstick. She DIES in this face. 100 years passes. She RISES in this face. Girl it is oxidizing. Your pores are screaming for help. That era is over. I promise you can wear a bare face to the apocalypse in fact I encourage you to because when you are on screen I picture myself gently running a fingernail over your cheek and coming away with a scoop of crypt-cream frosting. I really like fictional couples that actually enjoy spending time with each other. It seems like such a simple, mundane thing. But, often, I see fictional couples who are completely enamored and dramatic and willing to die for each other, which is fine. But like… do they enjoy hanging out? Do they have private jokes and would they be friends even if they weren’t in love? It feels like such a basic thing, but it’s something that I actually don’t see that often. And it feels so refreshing and honest compared to these over-dramatic romeo and juliet-esque romances. Just two people who become good friends and because they enjoy each other’s presence so much it grows into a strong attraction. It feels more real and tangible than two attractive people meeting and “falling in love at first sight” - like, of course, you fell in love at first sight! You’re both supermodels! Sorry, can’t relate.

Thinking of plants that only bloom at night, flowers like the night-blooming Cereus that can only be enjoyed between dusk and dawn one night a year.

Of prayer plants coming to rest after a long day of sun.

Of grateful herbs feeling nourished by water and pesticides like neem oil that are best given long after the sun sets.

i just noticed that astarion has potted plants next to his tent and now i can't stop thinking about post-game (not ascended) astarion with a greenhouse full of plants...he can't ever see them in the sun, but he tends to them at night and asks them how the sunshine felt that day, and sometimes when he visits them just after sunset, he can still feel the warmth on their leaves, and in the ceramic of their pots.

he thinks it's incredibly silly and he would never tell anyone any of this, except maybe Tav, and even then he would downplay how much he loves those stupid plants and their stupid photosynthesis, but gods, he does love them.

it feels good to make other beings grow and thrive instead of wither and die, for once.

This is how Palestinians are describing today (October 23) in Gaza

The death toll had passed 5000 including 2000 children

Five thousand murdered in two weeks

1200 of which are unaccounted for under the entire residential buildings that have been flattened

This is not normal

We cannot get used to these numbers

This is horrific and we need to keep advocating and holding israel accountable for this and call it what it is: genocide.

Read, share, boycott, amplify Gazan voices - do whatever you can but don't ignore this now that you know.

this massacre could’ve been avoided. the so called leaders of democracy & the free world had plenty opportunities over the last 10 days to denounce countless crimes against humanity & demand israel stop their endless assault on gaza. instead they supported it, defended it, funded it, ignored it, emboldened them, danced around it all, then began to use the weakest language to condemn. now in a single attack 1000+ palestinians were senselessly murdered in a hospital. all of this could’ve been avoided but it wasn’t. every single state, politician, journalist & average citizen who defended, remained neutral to or ignored israel’s crimes are complicit. the blood of these innocent people will never be washed from their hands
