Man, you'd think Dariax and Cyrus would just cancel each other out or something. Don't two himbos repel each other, like magnets?
Congratulations, you guys have made Pate look like Percy.
To be honest, I really didn't think he'd make it through the harrowing return journey that apparently took FOUR DAYS? I suppose there's still a chance he'll succumb to his injuries seeing as how they haven't seen any medical professional yet.
It's poignantly funny that out of all of them, Leo was the one convinced he wouldn't make it back, yet he was the first one to get his shit together and help the others. I kind of wanted both him and Edgar to be reunited with their lost sisters. I guess now that he's saved Grimoria, he feels like he is.
Also: "Grr...I'm gonna get you under this table!" had me laughing way more than it should, and the image of Caleb rubbing honey on his lips is going to stay with me for a while...
C3 E92 spoiler (I also posted just the image, no text/sound in a separate post) - This is my first time playing with adding sound and text. I considered animating it but I didn't have time (and I have other images I want to work on).
Critical Message
Image by LYuenger (me) - voice of Liam O'Brien on Critical Role
Orym after battle, sitting knees to his chest with his arms wrapped around them. In one hand is a glowing sending stone, in the left he's holding the right shoulder (with the double moon tattoo). He's looking up to the sky with a tear running down his cheek. Shield laying on the ground behind him, and both his swords strapped to his back..
I think a lot of the meta about Orym forgets that Orym isn't just an adventurer, he is a former bodyguard. His self worth is tied up in how well he can protect people and especially his loved ones. Thats why he sold his future to a hag, because its all he had left to give in order to be able to help.
Thats also why he seems so angry after FCG's death.
Otohan has killed his husband and father. Then him. Then he is brought back and told she also killed Fearne and Laudna. She killed Eshteross. She almost kills Keyleth. Now FCG has to sacrifice himself to save them all and kill Otohan and Orym was knocked out for it.
His job is to protect people and even with the added power from Nana Morri, it's still not enough. 6 years later and his loved ones are still dying and he can do nothing but watch.
TLDR: Bell's Hells may have killed a few dozen people, but Predathos is going to kill every single named and unnamed character in the entirety of Critical Role's three campaigns, mini-series, and one-shots. This is not called "hypocrisy". Please gain some fucking perspective. He is going to take more victims than seven (now six) people could do in their collective lifetimes. Even if the gods are bad, it's not one man's responsibility OR right to unseat them all and reign in their stead, not Ludinus, Chetney, Imogen, Orym, or anyone.
I don't understand how anyone would back the Imperium despite knowing all that!
