I know Aile is a responsible person but also, i like the idea that she can be very unhinged, other Megamen even get weirded out by her sometimes, Grey still think she is cool tho.

It's "easier" to write this part when i follow Vent's route with Aile co-existing with him

Vent: "You weren't there! You don't understand the feeling of having someone died in your arms!"

Aile: "Wha- don't act like i didn't endure the same pain as you! OUR boss died, Giro DIed! OUR mother died!"

Vent: "YOU DIDN'T EVEN SEE HER DIED IN FRONT OF YOU"

Aile: "?!..."

Vent: "you didn't see her got shot by those Mavericks, you didn't see her laying on the ground while i was hiding nearby like a coward! You didn't even know the feeling of holding onto her lifeless body while everything was burning..."

He then just broke down and cried. Aile barely said anything other than laying a hand on his shoulder to offer some comforts.

Make me wonder if Sonia ever think of Geo as a rival too? Like, him always protecting everyone make her wanted to be stronger, even wanted to surprass him because she wanted to make sure she can always protecting him too? (Well, Sonia did save Geo few times)

You know, there is one part in mmbn1 that always stand out to me is when "megaman.exe being sass to Mayl"

Maybe "sass" is not the right word

Idk, i couldn't remember other moments (due to me haven't played the game for a long time) that has Megaman.EXE jokes at Mayl like this

Most of the times, everyone is being respectful and freindly toward her. (Or mostly Lan or Yai get to tease Mayl)

one headcanon about Vent i have is that:

He actually really really like those plushies of the defeated bosses that Prairie made.

Prairie always happily knit some for him (even let him bring some to his rooms and he get to brag to Aile that he got lvl4 kills) and let him talks about the fights.
