How does Sherlock and Watson act outside of work?

Outside work? Hmm I’d have to say Sherlock is still his usual deducing self. He’d probably say his mentality towards solving crime is the same as normal life and it doesn’t affect him… but you haven’t seen the little things like I tend to see like how his eyes soften when John speaks versus the determination and pure glee that radiates from him in an interesting case.

John on the other hand is every bit like a protective papa bear. Gentle but strong willed, sorta like a glass blower. (I’ve met one of those once!) Though honestly in and out of cases his empathy extends from just his friends and family but to victim’s families and friends. ☺️

I’ll try and answer but I suppose it depends on who it is that likes you really, so there might not be any true solid advice. I’m much better in figuring out if someone doesn’t like you, but! If I was in your shoes I’d probably express my feelings towards them and let them have the choice from there, and a little reassurance that I’ll be there no matter what happens is probably needed too.

That’s always been one of my biggest fears, Losing someone you care for because of your own feelings.

Anyway! I hope my view helps just make whatever choice feels right to you and follow your heart ☺️💖
