TartaliDrabbleWeek Day2: Picnic, Family
Ajax hated the picnics his mother always arranged. Of course, he understood that they could only do this kinds of outdoor activities during the summer, as it was too cold to go out for too long in any other season. The only thing he liked about it was being able to ride his horse.
His older brothers loved teasing him too much and although he adored his younger siblings, they were still too little to play with. And Zhongli… Ajax glanced at their maid, was always with his older brothers. Maybe because he was the same age as them? Ajax scowls when he sees his brother place an arm on Zhongli’s shoulder.
He was always happy being with Zhongli. When the older boy wasn’t busy with his tasks and duties, he was always willing to spend his free time with Ajax. And never had called him bothersome.
Ajax sighs. He should be training to be a knight instead of doing stupid like having tea time. Unfortunately, the head of the knights told him he was still too small and too young to handle a weapon… well, at least they let him watch the others train.
He was bored, and his brothers were still hogging all of Zhongli’s attention! Ajax looked around the place they picked for a picnic. There seems to be a forest near them… maybe he could go exploring just a little. With no one paying much attention to him, he easily sneaked out and went to the entrance of the forest.
He shouldn’t have done it.
His mother was going to kill him for sure, Ajax thought. He was lost and was pretty sure he was going around in circles. He saw the same tree twice or thrice now and he couldn’t find the way out. He wanted to cry… but no. No, he wouldn’t. He doesn’t know how long he had been walking around the dark forest. The trees were so thick, the sunlight could barely go through. Ajax hopes his family had noticed him missing.
Ajax stopped dead on his tracks when he noticed a large lone wolf just a few feet in front of him. He was too busy looking for a way out that he didn’t even notice the animal! It was looking at him, sharp eyes focused on him, teeth bared, and growling.
He should run. He was going to be eaten. His heart was beating fast and his feet refused to move, too afraid. Then without any warning, the wolf lunged at him. He could only close his eyes and scream.
“AJAX!” That voice…
Ajax felt a body collide into him, pushing him on the side. They fall on the ground with the person on top of him. He
He hears a loud snap then a pained cry and feels something wet and warm drop on his face. Ajax slowly opens his eyes. Zhongli was on top of him holding a bloody dagger… but his other arm was bent strangely and was bleeding. The animal was gone.
“Ajax, are you alright?”
“Zhongli your arm!”
“I’m… alright.”
“No, you’re not!”
And Ajax starts to cry.
What happens next was a blur but Ajax stayed by Zhongli’s side throughout until his mother and the doctor forces him to leave. This was all his fault.
He promises never to do something that would endanger Zhongli ever again.

TartaliDrabbleWeek Day 1: War, Maid
Zhongli is a young prince, next in line to be the king in their kingdom but had to be given to their neighboring empire because of the power struggle and civil war currently happening. Many of his relatives wanted him dead and his parents, the king and queen talked with their ally empire to hide him since many are trying to kill him.
So, with heavy hearts, they sent Zhongli to the empire. The empress, to help him hide his identity, told the castle staff that he was given to her and was to become her children’s “maid”. Only a very few people knew who he was like her closest advisers and the head of the knight of the empire.
Still, the palace staff noted that even if the empress called him a maid, they were ordered to treat the boy well. In fact, he had his own room, unlike the other servants. Although he was taught how to clean, mop, dust, cook, and other job for the maids, the empress made him study with her own children’s tutors!
When asked about this, the empress just shrugged and told them that she wanted a well educated person to look out for her children that was all. If they notice that she was as affectionate to him like how she was with her own children, they were too scared to ask the empress.
It wasn’t really a bad life, Zhongli thought. At first he was so bad at doing chores and cooking, he was being reprimanded by the head of household. He was sure he was being called useless behind his back. Still, Zhongli thought it was a better option than being dead. The empress also made him attend classes and regularly inquire about how he was doing. And he was truly grateful for it.
The downside was that, he felt homesick when he was left alone. The empire was beautiful, but was dreadfully cold. He also missed his parents and friend so much. Still, his mother told him that he must be as enduring as the bedrock of their kingdom. So he did and learn the tasks and lessons, house chores, cooking, his studies with all his best.
The first time Ajax sees the person his mother brought in to be their new personal maid, he thought he was a girl (his eyes were like gold and pretty and his soft looking long hair was styled in a bun like how his sisters sometimes do it). His older brother laughed at him and called him an idiot. So he kicked the back of his brother’s knee in front of their new maid and started a fight. It may have made their mother mad, but at least it made the sad look the new maid had disappear for a while. In fact, it made him laugh!
“My name is Zhongli.” He said, “I’m glad to be here… I’ll do my best.”
Ajax grinned. Zhongli was definitely different from their other maids.
Little did he know, it was the start of a new chapter of their lives.

The Knight and The Dragon
Prompt: "That's how the story goes."
When Childe's daughter arrived home after playing outside with her friends the whole afternoon looking forlorn, he knew trouble was at hand.
If someone made his daughter cry, oh, he’ll make them regret it.
“And what if it was other children?” Zhongli asked.
Well, Childe was definitely going to have some WORDS with their parents, he answered his husband.
Childe scooped his daughter up, “What’s the matter princess?”
“Well, Lulu’s baba got her a storybook from Fontaine…”
If Childe’s daughter wanted a storybook from Fontaine, or from any other nation, he’d buy and give her one in a heartbeat.
“We read the book it a while ago…” she continued, “And… and…”
“And…?”
Tears started to form at the corner of her eyes, as she let some of her adepti features appear. Two small amber colored horns materialized at the side of her head at the same time, a long brown scaly tail with a soft puff at the tips similar to Zhongli’s very own, wrapped around Childe’s arm like a snake.
Childe wanted nothing more than to ease whatever problem his daughter was having.
“I don’t want to be a bad dragon and I don’t want to eat other people!” She shouted then tucked her head on the side of her father’s neck.
“…Huh?”
Meiling then told him about what they had read about on the storybook. How the dragon kidnapped the princess, ate the people and reigned terror on the town until a brave prince slayed the dragon, saved the princess and the town.
“But my Baba said dragons are friends and they protect the people!” She told her friends.
“Not in Fontaine, they’re not. They have evil dragons that eat people!”
Then her friends started to role play the story and that had made her a lot more upset so she ran back home.
Childe was scratching his head after his daughter recalled the events that afternoon. But at least, she looked calmer now.
“Is me and Dimi gonna eat people someday?” She asked in a small voice, looking at her father, worry evident on her eyes.
Now, Childe knew he wasn’t a bad father at all, but THIS was Zhongli’s forte. He would know how to explain to their daughter about her own adepti heritage, how different and similar she (and her baby brother) was with other children her age in a way a child could easily understand.
But Zhongli was currently asleep in their room after nursing their infant son. Dimitri had been fussy all night. He told Zhongli he’d take care of it, but his husband insisted that Childe just go back to sleep as the baby was probably just hungry again. Although, he was pretty sure Zhongli would definitely not mind to be awakened for this scenario.
No. He doesn’t want to bother his tired husband. Childe can do this. He had listened to Zhongli’s lessons about the nature of Liyue’s dragons to at least soothe his daughter’s concerns.
“Baba is a dragon too… just like you and Dimi, isn’t he?”
She nodded.
“Liyue’s dragons are different from Fontaine’s. They’re… special!” Child said, “They’re very kind, very gentle and they protect the people they love.” He tapped Mei-Mei’s nose with his index finger, “Just like Baba, you and Dimi.”
Mei-Mei sighed, “I wish I have a storybook about dragons being friends with people.”
“A storybook, huh…” The Traveler once mentioned making a story for the Yuheng so she’d pause being a raging workaholic for the Lantern Rite. Maybe…
One day, a handsome knight came across a large castle. He said, “Oh! This is the place the townsfolk where talking about! Now’s my chance to save the Princess and finally fight a worthy opponent!” So he bravely marched inside, sword on hand.
The castle was gorgeous and was decorated in gold and red, but was totally empty! With no other people on site to talk to, the knight continued his search inside and around the castle. When he finally reached the big courtyard, there it was… the dragon! It was finally the knight’s chance to fight it! But sadly, the large dragon was sleeping soundly and the knight thought it wasn’t very knightly of him if he attacked it while sleeping.
The knight walked towards the sleeping dragon, “Hey! Mister Dragon! Wake up and let’s fight so I could save the princess!”
The dragon woke up with a big yawn and stretched its long body, “Oh, but Mister Knight, there are no princesses here, but…” The dragon glowed gold and when the bright light disappeared, there was a very beautiful prince on its place instead! The knight fell in love at first sight and decided to stay so that the dragon won’t be alone anymore.
One night, the knight and the dragon noticed that the town was glowing orange… it was on fire and was being attacked! They quickly went to the town and defeated the bandits trying to burn the whole town down.
And that was when the townsfolk realized that the dragon was actually really kind! They thanked the dragon and the knight for saving them all and haled them as heroes.
“And that’s how the story goes!” Mei-Mei finished her story with a large grin on her face, blue eyes shining brightly.
Zhongli chuckled and kissed his daughter on the forehead before tucking her in bed, “Its a beautiful tale, my dear. I’m sure your friend would love it.”
The girl beamed, “I hope so! Papa said its from Snezhnaya! I’m so excited to tell it to them tomorrow…. Do you think Dimi would love it too?”
“I’m sure he’ll love it as well.”
“Goodnight Baba, I love you.”
“Sweet dreams, I love you too, dear.”
“The Knight and The Dragon, hmm?” Zhongli sat beside Childe on their bed.
Childe rubbed the back of his neck feeling a little bit shy now that he heard his made up story from his daughter, “Ahahaha, I swear, I could’ve done better if there was more time.” His daughter did put him on quite a spot after all.
Zhongli shook his head, “No need to be embarrassed, Ajax. It was very creative, in fact, I enjoyed it. You have a talent for storytelling.”
“Eh,” He shrugged, “I did something similar for my younger siblings when they were still little.”
The two silently relaxed on their bed cuddling, enjoying their alone time and basking on each other’s presence.
Hmmm…
“So… for the story continuation… what if the knight and the dragon decided to make little princesses and princes, what do you say?”
Zhongli raised a brow.
“I’m just kidding!”
Or was he?

I Need Some Sleep (And Love)
Prompt: “I literally can’t sleep alone anymore so I’ve shown up at your door in my pajamas, can we have one more nap together, please?”
Childe and Zhongli had recently decided to cool off with regard to their relationship. But Childe was so used to having someone warm beside him on bed that he can’t sleep peacefully at night anymore. When he told this problem to a friend (or maybe frenemy was the right term, Ajax thought), said friend told him to just grovel back to Zhongli and ask him to take Childe back again, but at that time, the argument was still fresh so groveling was out of the question.
“So go look for someone to sleep with.” He answered.
Childe couldn’t make himself do it.
Said friend scoffed at him, “Then don’t bother me with your problems.”
And that was the end of that.
On the fifth day, Childe couldn’t take it anymore.
He drove to Zhongli’s apartment on his pajamas, swallowed his pride and knocked.
When Zhongli opened the door, Ajax immediately blurted, “Can I sleep with you?”
“Ajax, what…?”
“I can’t sleep. I need some sleep. Please, I just want to sleep.”
Zhongli too stunned and shocked, opened the door and let the other man enter his apartment. Childe went directly to Zhongli’s bedroom, the brunet silently following behind, still too bewildered at what was happening. Childe plopped down to his usual side of the bed and was looking at him pleadingly. In a normal circumstance, Zhongli would’ve laughed and would’ve told Ajax he looked like a sad puppy, but the whole scenario was like those weird dreams he always had when he was too stressed out.
Still, the brunet followed Ajax and laid on the bed beside him. Immediately, Zhongli found himself being pulled and engulfed in a warm embrace, with Childe pressing his body to Zhongli’s back, spooning him. He tucked his face on Zhongli’s neck, inhaled deeply. And just like that, he was out like light — a few more minutes later, was lightly snoring.
Zhongli stayed there, trap in Childe’s tight embrace, silently basking. If Childe had not been in his sleep deprived mind, he would’ve noticed how pale and tired he was, and how he too, had dark circles around his eyes.
Zhongli sighed and pushed himself closer to the warmth behind him. He and Ajax had a lot to talk about in the morning… but right now, he too slept.
Childe blinked slowly against the morning light and stretched. This was the best rest he’s had after days of sleeplessness. He looked around the room and his mind short circuits. This was not his room.
This was Zhongli’s room.
Oh yeah, he couldn’t stand another cold, sleepless night and under his exhausted state of mind, came to Zhongli’s apartment. And that was when he finally noticed the body curled underneath the blanket. Childe slowly lifted the blanket and there was Zhongli, curled up like a cat, as beautiful as ever. He slowly reached out and gently ran a hand on the soft, long hair.
Ajax traced his sleeping form with his eyes, committing everything to his memory. He had almost forgotten that they had an argument almost a week ago and Childe wished for nothing else but to fix this.
Zhongli finally stirred. His expression was relaxed and full lips parted slightly.
“I can feel you staring.” Zhongli said, eyes still shut.
“I’m sorry for being a bother,” Ajax answered, “I couldn’t sleep. I miss you so much.”
Zhongli finally opened his eyes to meet Childe’s gaze, amber eyes shining bright with affection. And that was when Childe noticed the dark circles under the brunet’s eyes, a stark contrast against his bright eyes.
“I miss you too. I wasn’t able to sleep as well.” Zhongli admitted.
This was his fault, Childe thought, “I’m sorry I was too stubborn. I—“
But then Zhongli reached out, cupped Ajax’s face and gave him a kiss, “Let’s eat breakfast, then let’s talk?”
Ajax leaned in to the touch, “Yes. Yes please.”

Okay, maybe I’m just reaching too much a bit here. But I feel like, although Nai has the Plant power, not needing to eat or drink etc, Vash learns and picks up skills more easily!
Like example, they’re both in highschool, top marks and all that, but its Vash who becomes valedictorian and Nai is the salutatorian. Its explains Nai’s expression during the piano scene when Vash came to join him for a duet.
Vash is also able to learn technology faster (able to guess [Tesla’s] password and program access codes). Both Nai and Vash feels inferiority to each other. Vash because he doesn’t have the Plant like ability and Nai because Vash picks’s up human skills faster.
That piano duet scene still lives rent free on my mind.

I wonder if Nai had felt there was a certain competition between him and Vash? Its just, the piano scene at the start of ep 9 is beautiful, but at the same time, gives us what could possibly be in Nai’s mind pre-fall. He looked annoyed when Vash joined him playing the piano.
I doubt any kind of feelings of competition was on Vash’s mind, with how he was grinning at his brother. But at the same time, they both made beautiful melody together. It completed whatever Nai was playing at that time.
And then the scene changed to older Nai being able to play both his and Vash’s parts in the melody by himself. Its just one of the best scene in Trigun Stampede. Tbh

Tartali (Fem!Zhongli) Modern!AU
Childe sees a female student being harassed by a group of boys while in the rain. She’s doing a good job of ignoring them, but Childe could tell she was getting annoyed, but they still kept harassing her, and when asshole 1 actually touched her, Childe snapped and was about to intervene when suddenly, the girl moved unexpectedly, was able to twist asshole 1′s arm and slam him on the ground.
It was as if time stopped and everyone had gone quiet. All eyes of the passengers around paid attention to what was happening. Childe stood there as well, mouth hanging, transfixed. ‘She’s beautiful.’ Childe though. Delicate face framed by long, thick brown hair. Golden eyes glaring at the asshole on the ground, mouth set on a grim line.  The way she moved was so smooth, graceful even and was so quick. He was sure the other guy and his friends didn’t know what had hit them (or well, their leader).
“You want more?” She asked. Then made a move to kick the asshole on the crotch, the guy screamed, but then she stopped at the last second, a few inches before she hit him.
The commuters around them cheered and the assholes who were harassing her before looked terrified.
The female student then looked around, as if she just remembered and noticed that there were also other people around. She gave a quick nod, and without a word, hastily got off the train once the door opened.
Childe didn’t even realized that the train had reached the next station (and he was pretty sure it was the same for the others), too entranced at what they watched.
But one thing was for sure, he thinks he’s in love.

The humans Nai had unfortunately interacted with used the Plants until they died in agony. While Vash’s did everything they could to heal or ease the burden of their Plants.
Just imagine if Vash lived with the people Nai had been interacting with after the fall and vice versa.

Tartali Month: Cyberpunk/Crossover
Nier:Automata inspired! AU
Wherein Childe is a new generation android tasked to become Zhongli’s partner, a special android part of the Archon Unit, whose body houses a powerful relic, Gnosis and uses it as a core as well.
They travel around Teyvat, a post-apocalyptic world where humans no longer exist and Celeste’s androids and Abyss’ machines are at war. Together, they do missions for Celestia. And eventually, became close to each other.
Knowing each other’s likes and dislikes.
“Childe, we are androids, our preferences are programmed to us.”
“Yeah? Delete your aversion to sea creatures right this instant.”
Zhongli scowled.
“Heh, I thought so.”
Knowing each other’s favorite food.
“Childe, we are androids. We do not require food or water to survive.”
Childe simply hummed as he scanned the menu. Zhongli ordered the most expensive dishes available and ate it all.
Knowing each other’s hopes and wishes.
“Childe, we are not human. Hopes and wishes do not hold any meaning—“
“I wish we could stay together forever, Xiansheng.”
“Childe—“
“Remember that field of glaze lilies I told you about before? I’d hope I could take you there one of these days.”
During one particular mission, the two of them got caught in a trap set up by the Abyss and become separated. Zhongli had no choice but sacrifice himself so they could complete the mission and save Childe.
Childe’s internal communicator was jammed and damaged when he was temporarily hacked and finding an external communicator was complete luck on his part. He gripped it tightly as talked to Zhongli.
“There has to be another way! Please… please…”
“Childe, I— I wish we could stay together forever as well and I — I would’ve loved to visit that field of flowers you always talked about. But —“ Childe heard Zhongli’s voice hitch despite the static, “I’m glad to have met you. I—”
Childe limped to where Zhongli annihilated their enemies and himself. And in the middle of all the destruction’s Zhongli’s core, the Gnosis… unscathed, undamaged and shining brightly. With shaking hands, he retrieved it and brought it back to Celestia. Childe had once again completed his mission of safely retrieving the Gnosis every time Zhongli destroys or damages himself beyond repair during missions against the Abyss.
Then he once again wait for his next mission. Wait for Zhongli to be recreated. Same personality. Same likes, dislikes, preferences. Same personality. Same… everything. Except… he doesn’t have his previous memories., doesn’t know who Childe is. Doesn’t remember what they had done… no memories of the experiences they shared.
Childe had always wondered why they bothered adding emotions in their programs and designs. Imitate the humans that had lived before? He doesn’t know.
“You must be Childe. I hope we could work well together.” Will always be the hardest part of his missions, because it meant another cycle will happen once again.

Tartali Month: Smoke
Modern!AU
“I didn’t take you for a smoker.”
“It’s a terrible habit, which unfortunately, is one I’m stuck with.”
Childe finding out that Zhongli chain-smokes (especially when he’s stressed out), honestly surprised him. He never would’ve thought that Zhongli of all people would have a bad habit like smoking.
“I did try to quit.” Zhongli confessed one night when Childe had once again caught his boyfriend smoking in the balcony, “But the side effects were a little… unpleasant.”
So Childe researched everything about how to gradually quit smoking without doing the cold turkey method. As much as he find Zhongli smoking hot, he knew the risks involved with said habit of his and he wanted to grow old with him, thank you very much.
Childe bought Zhongli patches and those gums and made him promise to go to that smokers anonymous help groups if they fail the self-help. And under Childe’s wrath, Zhongli gradually got better, but stress seems to always make them go back to square one… so Childe did what he was always good at: distractions.
AKA, sexy times.

Witcher!AU (NSFW)
Blue lightning zipped past only inches away from Kagami’s face. He could still feel the sting of heat on his cheek, ears still ringing from the sound. He would’ve been mad at the mage for throwing the spell too close to his being, but the lightning spell hit the monster straight at the center of its ugly head, immediately dying and evaporating on site and by extension, immediately saving him from possibly a nasty injury (or maybe death).
“Thanks,” Kagami said to the quiet, blue haired sorcerer behind him. He might be loud and brash for a Witcher, but he wasn’t an ungrateful bastard. Still... “You just have to throw it close to my face, huh?”
“It didn’t hit you and killed the monster. I don’t see what the problem is.” Kuroko tilted his head to the side, “Besides, Kagami-kun's face is already frightening. A new scar would not be an issue.”
Kagami felt his eye twitch in irritation and suppressed the rising urge to grab the asshole and throw him on the mirky water. “You’re a little shit.” Is what he said instead. The red haired Witcher flicked the blood off from his silver sword before returning it back to its sheath.
Kuroko stepped close to Kagami, invading all his personal space and lightly stroked his nape and played with his hair, “Yes. But, I am Kagami-kun’s little shit.” He murmured, “And he is my only Witcher.”
Whoever started the rumor that Witchers don’t have feelings was a fucking liar who needed to be killed in the most horrible, horrible way. Because the way Taiga felt his face burn and the way his heart suddenly beat faster from the words that the mage uttered were not something Witchers should feel if they really were emotionless monsters.
Then Kuroko laughed immediately ruining the mood (or whatever mood they could get in the middle of a drowner infested swamp) , “Kagami-kun’s scary face is as red as his hair.”
“Its because you say the most embarrassing things!” Kagami yelled. “Gods, I’m stuck with the most shameless sorcerer!”
“There’s a sorcerer that started living on the abandoned estate next town.”
“Well, they say he owns it. Got papers and all that shit. Signed by the King himself!”
“They say he’s on the run. But, you wouldn’t stay in one place if you’re being hunted, right?”
“Mayor can’t do anything about the damn sorcerer. He’s an ill omen I’m tellin’ ye!”
“He pops out from out of nowhere and scared poor ol’ Mayor. But he’s a nice, polite young man.”
“There’s parties on the estate on weekends! Special invite only though!” Wait, what?
“He saved the blacksmith’s daughter from an illness.”
Kagami stood outside the estate where the rumored sorcerer dwelled. As much as he didn’t want any kind of help, more so from a damned mage, most likely a member (or former, from what he heard from the rumors) of the Brotherhood, Taiga needed their expertise for his next hunt.
Mages were hard to deal with and he was sure many of the Witcher populace would agree with him. Majority of the mages Kagami heard were arrogant, ambitious and power hungry so he tried to stay away as much as possible from any of them.
And yet here he was.
No one answered the door when he knocked several times, but the door was open so he entered anyway. The estate looked... abandoned. Cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling, furnitures covered with dirty white cloth, old paintings askew, windows cracked, some broken, Kagami’s sensitive nose had started to get itchy because of the thick dust on the air. The estate didn’t even looked like it was lived in for a long, long time. Damn. He didn’t want to ask anymore townsfolk and did not have time to investigate.
But then he heard something. And when he focused his senses on that, he was pretty sure those sounds where voices of multiple people.
Basement, then?
Kagami’s jaw drop.
What the actual fuck? Of all the things he was NOT expecting to see (or meet) was a fucking orgy happening inside a room fit for a king (expensive drapes and carpet, elegantly carved chairs and tables so very different from what it looked like upstairs... but that wasn’t fucking important right now!)
Naked men and women (beautiful and handsome young adults, it seemed) getting it on without care that they suddenly have an uninvited guest, a Witcher none the less. Kagami looked around the basement, to look at anything besides the naked, sweaty bodies having sex around him. He wasn’t prude nor was he a virgin, but this was... a little bit too excessive, perhaps?
Alright, alright. Kagami breathed in and out. He intended leave, (perhaps he could just come back later when… erm, all of the activities were done) when he felt a chill down his spine. He slowly turned around.
It was him.
Kagami was sure of it. The chaos that was surrounding the man was faint but it was there none the less.
The sorcerer was as naked and as flushed as the people around him except for a black choker with a silver pendant on his delicate looking neck. Blue hair a beacon amongst the crowd of yellows, browns and blacks. Kagami wondered briefly how he missed him.
Blue eyes were looking straight right at Kagami. He sat on the edge of what looked like a throne, one leg hitched over the shoulder of a young, black haired, naked man kneeling infront of him.
Kagami doesn’t need to put two and two together to know what the man was giving to the sorcerer. Everything was right in front of him after all.
The sorcerer was still staring at him. And Kagami can’t seem to look away. It was as if he was put into a spell, a trance. He could disregard whatever the others were doing, but this... him... he just couldn’t not watch.
The sorcerer, as if sensing his thoughts, gave him a sly smirk, eyes twinkling in amusement. Kagami shivered in anticipation. The sorcerer gripped the kneeling man by the base of his skull and started to rock into his mouth.
This is for you, as if the sorcerer was telling Kagami, don't take your eyes away from me. And tried to make it seem obscene as possible.
Kagami watched as sweat trickle down the sorcerer’s lithe body, watched as he bit into his lip as he jerks faster. Taiga doesn’t know how long it lasted, (it felt like an eternity for Kagami) but he knew when the mage finally came... the slight jerk of the sorcerer’s body, the way his red lips opened slightly to let out a shaky sigh, body suddenly going rigid then lax in one moment. He could go on and on.
But...
Never had the blue haired sorcerer broken eye contact. He continued to stare at Kagami even as he gently pulled himself out from the man’s mouth and then push said man away as gently as well.
Kagami swallowed thickly, face burning. He was both glad and annoyed that he was wearing his armor. Glad that the armor effectively hid his unsurprising sudden hardness, annoyed with how restrictive it was at the moment.
The sorcerer gave himself a moment to catch his breath before standing up on shaky legs. He slowly walked towards Kagami, one moment he was as naked and sweaty as the rest of the people around the room, then in a blink of an eye, clean and fully clothed. He stopped in front of Taiga.
“I wasn’t expecting an audience, Witcher.” The sorcerer smiled, “Did you enjoy it?”
Yes.
“Uhhh...” Kagami answered stupidly. Get a grip, idiot! You’re a fucking Witcher!
The sorcerer chuckled, “My name’s Kuroko Tetsuya. You were seeking out for me, so obviously you want something.” He walked past Kagami, “Follow me Witcher, let’s not ruin the mood for everyone else here.”
But then Kuroko stopped and then turned and faced him again, “I could also help you with that if you want.” He looked down at Kagami’s crotch and licked his lips.
Kagami spluttered, and fought the urge to cover himself even if he was fully clothed, armor and all that, “You’re actually a shameless little pervert aren’t you!?”
“Would you like to be stuck with any other sorcerer?”
Hell no.
If he was offered a bard to sing about his deeds, he’d choose the sly sorcerer. Even if the said sorcerer sometimes makes him want to tear his own hair (or make him want to wring Kuroko’s neck).
The mage smirked at him, clear sign that whatever Kuroko wanted to achieve had been achieved. Whatever. Once they get out of this godforsaken swampland, (get his money, and rent a room) he’ll make sure to wipe that stupid smirk off his face and make him moan and beg all night long.

If Zhongli and Tartaglia fight it out (or Zhongli finally says yes to the spar Tartaglia always wanted), I’m pretty sure Zhongli would always win and I would honestly find it odd if he’d lose. He’s got 6000 (or more) years of experience under his belt and had fought gods and monsters.
BUT!! Childe won’t even feel bad about losing the match with Zhongli. He’d even feel ecstatic. To lose or to win won’t matter... because the battle itself would be the point. Tartaglia would want to be stronger so that he could make Zhongli release his own restraints on his abilities (pretty sure Zhongli won’t throw a giant stone spear that killed/sealed Gods on Childe).
Maybe Tartaglia would eventually win after many spars and battles with the Adeptus. But on first try? Nope.
