seungkyum on a lovely date all day long, first seeing the sights in the market eating sweet potatoes, then having tea time, then to the calligrapher bickering ft. seungho flexing his calligraphy skills,then having dinner at the restaurant, and finally nakyum reuniting with his found family, introducing seungho to them, surrounded by the people he loves 🤧 ofc seungho has to be a psycho behind the scenes but still, I really appreciate seeing them so happy and comfortable in each other’s company, and creating fond memories together

^ IDK, man, but Seungho's "go away" reminds me of a child about to go on a tantrum in 0.2 seconds 😂

this post is from a year ago and oh how am I happy to have found a part of the POTN fandom into sakura gari. I’m surprised since it’s a pretty niche work. I just read it on the recommendation of black pearl and oh I am in shambles. I definitely agree, it shares so many similarities with POTN, plot and main couple dynamics-wise, I’m sure a lot of fans would enjoy it. It’s such a beautiful story

I don’t think the ending is tragic, it’s pretty open ended and on a positive note. 

I just realized, Yuu Watase-sensei (creator of Fushigi Yuugi & Ayashi No Ceres) had also published a BL/Yaoi. 😮

It is entitled 'Sakura Gari' and the main characters strongly reminds me of Seungho and Nakyum and also even the side characters even remind me of Min & Jihwa. It is set during Taishou era, I think it was after the first world war (please correct me here lol)

I'm seriously wishing Seungho and Nakyum gets a better ending than Souma & Masataka did.

Bruh, the storyline was traumatizing but I guess I've read and watched enough tragic genres and the whole 2020 being hell of a tragic story that I didn't even bat a teardrop while reading. Have I become numb? 😞

There is an exact moment when I knew Seungho was in deep, both in the moment and for the foreseeable future.

In Chapter 21, the first time they have sex, and Nakyum is drunk and delirious, and speaking honestly... but not to Seungho

This is when his feeling changed. After this, he is confused and acts with an unusual lack of indifference. It stops being about getting Nakyum to paint, and becomes about getting Nakyum to love him.

And it is the beginning of him really grappling with what he feels for Nakyum.

Beyond this point... he begins acting out of character, and as Nakyum’s emotional maturity begins from this moment, so does Seungho’s.

From here, everything between them deepens.
