This little symbol on the steam page of the shadow of erdree announcement is driving me mad, I cannot find it anywhere else on official sources but also that's the darkwraith/lorian belt detail which is the most random possible origin of it. Not a 1:1 match but it goes without saying ds3 had the two serpents thing going on

#also dont let me get started how the two armor sets share entirely the model EXCEPT that darkwraiths have the belt on the top part and #lorian's is actually on the pants #mmm like why not reuse completely the model and dont cut it so oddly #children yearn for dlc leaks

You've probably noticed I seldom post big stuff nowadays and the truth is I'm quite close to graduating my uni. To be exact -- less that three months. I dont recall sharing here what's my grad project or what is even my major. So maybe it's high time I announce it:

Currently I'm working on a series of illustrations in linocut for "Erec and Enide" by de Troyes. It does not look as the usual stuff I post here at all but blame my still-stuck-in-soviet-times uni. Eventually, it all will be turned into a hardcover book

#also im freelancing currently thus commissions are closed due to big burnout #“how do you have time to play computer games” please i dont go outside #lothrics bros and elden ring are the only thing holding me together

Hello! I have a question, what is your view on people heavily referencing your art (w/o credit)? There is someone on twt who has a very similar art style as yours, along w artworks that look almost identical to ones you have made in the past. They also weirdly like the same exact characters you used to draw often back in the day, drawing/colouring super similar to your techniques at the time. I’m not trying to cause any drama but I wanted to know if you were aware. I also have examples of the artworks that look suspiciously similar (in character, composition, art style) as well, if you’re interested. Have a good day!!!

I’ve used to go talk to people who do it a little too blatantly but nowadays I try to avoid any confrontation in hopes they’ll soon find it counterproductive to try to imitate something they don’t understand the process of or the thoughts behind it. Cannot deny it’s hilarious when it’s the same character depicted in a similar situation and a little flattering that someone chose to believe they can’t think of something better than what you’ve done aha.

In short, I do not approve of such behavior, it’s harmful to one’s own art growth. Whether someone else wants to address the issue to the person in question is up to them, however, I will not get involved in that neither I do approve of an aggressive approach to it.
