My OCs for Fallout 4 and FNV

Wanted to create character sheets!! I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed creating them! Took me awhile too, kept getting sidetracked by schoolwork :C (Gotta keep those grades up!!) (So I can try to write consistently but not sure if that's even gonna happen-)

So MEET....

Courier OC: Enzo Atticus | 25yrs | Independent NV

Is a doctor, so he frowns upon people who fight risky.

For safety, he fights with a sniper so he can minimize damage on himself.

Will get his money's worth, so of course he passes all the speech checks (its at 100 and I haven't even made it to New Vegas)

He is the type of person who always nit-picks on things.

Every time he heals a companion he will grumble things like "why would you do that" and "can't believe I'm using my resources on you" (He doesn't mind at all and enjoys healing others but he will never tell you that)

I know I mentioned he uses the sniper rifle but he is SERIOUSLY good at using it, even Boone considers his sniper skills to be as good as his.

He is very healthy himself, because "If you get sick out here it's game over for you." Plus he thinks its a pretty dumb way to die because you couldn't out run a worker ant.

This man is the unluckiest person on earth. (I had to nerf him somehow.)

Will be traveling along bothering no one and suddenly step in some puddle. Day is ruined because he forgot to pack spare socks.

Will lean on a wall and it crumbles on him. Gets angry and kicks a bucket. Water splashes on him. Did I tell you water? It was actually piss.

Also gets massive headaches/migraines (due to being shot in the head- duh)

Sole Survivor OC: Oliver Cecil, 23yrs | Minuteman/BOS

a hot stoic guy that happens to be General of the Minutemen and Sentinel in the BOS

A straight to the point kinda guy. Hates it when strange people try to strike up idle conversation.

Could never make jokes but likes joking. (His jokes only pass because of the max charisma. His delivery of his shitty jokes is amazing.)

Grumpy most of the time. Keeps to himself.

REALLLY SMART! When he does speaks, he speaks in such refined words the raiders think he's a synth (he's not)

Also likes prewar technology, it reminds him of the old days.

Melee guy, it's much easier getting the job done with a couple slashes to the body than wasting so many bullets. It's a cheaper fighting style.

Very strong, with maxed out strength, he carries everything (like bulks of stimpacks, radaways, his tool kit, and scraps.)

He wears his power armor EVERYWHERE because he's a melee person, which is also why he carries his tool kit everywhere because his power armor is always in need of repair.

This man is like a box, on the outside, he's all quiet, but inside, he will start rambling stuff to you, talk to you more, and stay closer to you as well. (he's me fr)

Is always happy to share, since he's the minuteman general, he has settlements all over the map that constantly bring in supplies.

He also have some numbness around his body due to the cryosleep. It would've been fine if he was only unfrozen once but since he was unfrozen and refrozen, he has some nerve damage.

Unnaturally cold?? Like I know some people naturally have cold hands, so he is that person but unnaturally. (If that even make sense.)

his perception sucks

like most of the time he finds his enemies by running into them by accident. All his companions say he has a weird but efficient way of fighting.

perhaps his senses were dulled bc of the cryosleep?? I don't even know how that would work though. I'll make it cannon fr.

Headcanons!:

If there were one word he'd use to describe himself, it would be hardy. He's used to pushing himself to do whatever it takes to survive, even when doing things that others consider crazy. MacCready is sarcastic, stubborn, and guarded—he doesn't trust easily.

He affectionately refers to his rifle as 'Baby' (but only in private).

He is surprisingly insightful and observant, noticing details that others overlook.

MacCready's past has left scars on him emotionally and physically, and some days are worse than others.

When MacCready is ill, it the more clingy and needy he becomes.

Hates being cold, so bundling him in warm blankets helps make him feel better. Will accept hot soup (but NOT cave fungus)

Self-consciously hates how his knees knock together and his ribs poke under his shirt. (due to having rickets as a kid)

When genuinely happy, he's all toothy smiles until he thinks someone might notice, and then he reverts back to his usual stoic self. (doesn't like his teeth)

MacCready is always smoking, his cigarettes resting between his lips as he goes through one pack after another.

His guilty pleasures are Sugar Bombs and Nuka Cola. He loves sweet things but doesn't have time for much food.

His mind is full of cuss words.

He also has a habit of tapping his fingers against the side of his rifle whenever he's nervous.

MacCready and intimacy:

He misses physical intimacy and closeness and longs for that connection again but struggles to communicate it. Insecurity eats at MacCready; he feels guilty about moving on with his life and letting go of Lucy.

When MacCready does allow himself to get close to someone, the things that draw him to you aren't lost on him. How your presence brings him a sense of peace and makes him forget about all the problems in his life, if only for a while, how you make him smile when he wants nothing more than to cry, and how you somehow always manage to look at him with such kindness, even when he feels he doesn't deserve it.

MacCready finds sleep with a new partner extremely difficult. After losing Lucy the way he did, having trouble falling asleep is now a side effect of his traumatic experiences. He often wakes up in the middle of the night, unable to fall back asleep, and if his companion stirs, he's instantly wide awake, unable to keep his eyes off them.

He tells himself it's because he's trying to protect them, but he knows deep down that part of him can't stop wondering what it would be like to lose another loved one in a heartbeat. To find himself alone yet again... and being alone scares the heck out of him.

MacCready can be very vulnerable at night, especially after a nightmare. When he comes back to his senses, it takes a moment for the memories to fade away. Once they do, he gets flustered and tries to push his nightmares out of his head. He doesn't want his partner to see him as weak and break down.

As MacCready starts trusting you, he eventually reveals his troubles. He's more willing to seek support rather than deal with everything alone. He may still shy away from physical contact or withdraw after the initial breakdown. Once MacCready starts opening up, he slowly becomes more comfortable, allowing you to show affection and comfort him.

An ongoing conflict with himself is his attraction to men, which he has repressed for many years, believing that acknowledging it would question his marriage to Lucy. In MacCready's eyes, you either like women or men and not both. So, the fact that he harbors these feelings of attraction to men makes him feel guilty, ashamed, and, most of all, confused about his identity.
