The moment Oliver knows that he’s in love with her is when she’s laying out before him. She’s prone on the table that he’s been on so many times with her taking care of him, and all he can do is stroke back the hair from her blood-stained forehead. He wants to move, to take charge, to go after the people that did this to her - to them - but all he can do is stand there beside her, because the idea of being apart from her and her waking up without him is hurting the part of his heart that he reserves exclusively for her.

That’s when he knows.

Arrow Fanfic I Read and Liked, Week of 3/27/17

The New Ivy Town Chronicles by @machawicket - Future fluff that’s canon divergent from around 4x06; Felicity and Oliver celebrate their first wedding anniversary back in Ivy Town.

the most recent chapter of These Lovely Years by @sophie1973 - These are one-shots in the same ‘verse as This feels like falling in love, AU where Oliver becomes a chef and falls for his friend and her toddler daughter Millie.  In this particular chapter, teenaged Millie has just found out that her favorite band, Arrow, is coming to town.

For What We Can’t Remember by Crazyreader2468 - Guessing this is sometimes during season 2.5; Felicity is kidnapped because someone wants to know the Arrow’s identity.  Unfortunately, they hit her on the head while kidnapping her, giving her amnesia, so she’s not able to answer their questions no matter how much they torture her.  This guy dressed in green leather rescues her, and then this really hot guy who says he’s her friend sits with her in the hospital… 

Baseball prompt by @dettiot - High School AU where Felicity’s friends drag her to a baseball game where her crush just happens to be playing.

It Sings To Me - Post-reunion, Tommy asks Oliver to come to therapy with him, and the two of them tell Felicity about an incident from their past.

We’ve Got Tonight - Episode fic for 2x10, Felicity storms out of the basement after Oliver accuses her of being distracted by Barry; she talks to Tommy to calm down, and they share a sweet moment.

If You Like Pina Coladas and And You’re Saying To Hell With The Salt, Lemon And Lime by Naked Clown - Two hilarious one-shots set in late season 1.  In the first, a very drunk Oliver calls Felicity at 3 am to pick up him and Tommy.  In the second, Tommy is drinking tequila after hours at Verdant, and Oliver and Felicity join him. The first fic, in particular, has some pre-relationship Olicity moments, but I think you could also interpret the two fics as pre-relationship Smoaking Billionaires if you wanted.

New Orleans ficlet by @ash818 - Oliver drops out of his second school and heads to New Orleans for Mardi Gras with Tommy.  Angsty with some implied Toliver, maybe?  Or just Tommy & Oliver friendship.
