I always love that scene when a wasted Eddie lost myself for a while and kissed Angie on that beach. I think it was a something like a farewell, a final goodbye in their in some way strange and also beautiful friendship that was always full of different feeling and meanings, but I think that always in some sense they love each other and always cared for each other. Sorry if it doesnˇt make sense, I´m not so good with words but I really want to thank for that amazing fic!

Since I finished the story, I have a question in my head: was Stone really drunk in the 'cab-and-sleepover' scene, or did he just pretend it in order to get Angie to stay with him? I guess from a few signs, that it was the latter, but only the author knows the truth! ;)

i mean we’ve all watched the story unfold from angie’s point of view, we can only assume things 👹

Love how you ended that story, it was perfect, amazing, beautiful and emotional. I really like how you described Eddie in your story. I always enjoyed his line with Angie. There was something between them that is hard to describe. Something very fragile and beautiful.

thank you so much! i started feeling bitter about there’s a light when people started constantly messaging me about it on my other fic’s page (bc like pls stop comparing the two and/or telling me that there’s a light will forever be the best; that’s really discouraging but anyway), plus i’ve grown a lot since i wrote this story, but it really truly means a lot to me what you just said. and angie/eddie relationship was always one of the things that i was most self conscious about, so thank you so much for saying that

As much as I like Stone/Angie thing, for me was always crucial part of the story Eddie and Angie´s friendship. There was something really beautiful how you described it. I really love it. I think they were real soulmates and I always enjoying the scenes with them.

thanks, i somewhat agree with you and i generally agree that platonic friendships are very important and they shouldn’t always be pushed back to the background behind romantic relationships by default.

I just want to thank you for your absolutely beautiful fanfiction. I had sometimes tears in my eyes how amazing it was. And that ending was heartbreakingly amazing! My favourite characters were Eddie and Cass and I would like to know more about their relationship. It would be beautiful fanfic about them! thank you!

The ending is great, I like the fact that it's realistic and not along the lines of "everybody got married with their love interest of 25 years ago and loved happily ever after" but I wasn't expecting anything different from you. Anyway, that bit about Stone's nightmare made me jump on my seat, HOW DARE YOU??? 💕
