am i the only one that thinks the killing of the sentimonsters wasn’t shown in a heroic light? félix looks bothered, almost disturbed, by the sight. those beings are technically just like him. melancholy instrumental is heard over it, then félix drops the ladybug charm and it shatters. “i’m sorry,” he says. i don’t know. seems like félix “betrayed” ladybug because why would she or anyone see a sentimonster as anything but disposable? that’s probably how he sees it. so if that’s the case, he’s prioritizing himself. he’s putting paris at risk because they wouldn’t care about him anyway.
