Just chillin in the cactus greenhouse! Finally got it set up, and some of the cactuses are already blooming!

Delicious salad for tonight! The kids loved it! I received such lovely compliments as "father I think this is a sin" and "are you seriously feeding us dandelions? They're too ripe to eat. What's wrong with you?" So I think it was a big hit!

Recipe:

One (1) bag sugar cauliflower or vegetable of your choice. I used a bag of frozen peas ☺️

One pound (1 lb) dandelion

Add salt to taste and a sprinkle of coral spores and serve chilled 😁 [enjoy food!]
