a/n: this is short but I'll try to write more about this pretty boy :)

The first time you and Adam met it wasn't a very warm meeting, in fact, it was quite the opposite; he appeared out of nowhere and tried to kill you along with the rest of your family, the guardians.

Now things had changed, too much to be honest, Peter and Mantis had gone their own ways while the rest had stayed in nowhere.

You turned your head to look at him and as always, Adam smiled at you, you didn't even know why he seemed more interested in being around you when he wasn't training, but you were grateful because his company made you feel less homesick.

To be honest, his company gave you butterflies.

"did you have a good day y/n?" You smiled at his question, despite the first impression he turned out to be a sweet man, he cared for others, so he wasn't a dickhead like you thought.

"I have, it was a good day Adam" you answered noticing how he listened attentively " what about you?

Adam smiled as he nodded "I had a good day, but now it's better because I'm here .. with you" he explained shyly making you feel a familiar feeling in your stomach.

You laughed nervously "you're too sweet, Adam" you mumbled looking into his eyes, you hadn't noticed that you two were too close to each other but it felt right.

"You have that effect in me y/n " he confessed, before joining his lips against yours, it was an innocent kiss like his words; it only lasted a few seconds before he pulled away to see your reaction; his concern faded when he looked you and you were smiling at him, that was all he saw before it was your turn to kiss him.
