So after buying Bat Butt I’ve now ended up in the next issue! Very weird how these things turn out.

Bat Butt is a Lo-Fi zine with 29 other artists contributing to this issue (the real cool cats here, all listed in linky) and all the money from sales goes into making the next.

I realised I hadn’t posted in a while so I thought I’d just show a wip I’ve been working on on and off - again a lot bigger than I normally do so it’s taking me way longer than it should (also hoping this will look better once I get some colour on it.) Apologises for the inactivity! In the process of moving house and slightly side tracked with other guitar and neon sign related making projects.

Finished this piece a good month or so ago but sometimes it takes me a while to post stuff - it’s like I have to warm to it and let it sit for a bit.

“Dearg-Due” whiskey - meaning “red-blood sucker” in gaelic. This was just some typography practice, as it’s something I’ve always struggled with! I hope to do more typography in the future to keep improving. Any typography tips please do send them my way.
