Option 1: Zelda is an average teenager in a modern AU Hyrule. One day she accidentally awakens Link, a knight from medieval Hyrule who was magically sealed away a thousand years ago and thinks Zelda is the same Zelda he swore an oath to protect a millennia ago. Zelda has to help him adjust to modern life, and also evil has returned and they probably have to take care of that.

Option 2: Same as option 1 but flipped. Link is the average modern teenager who accidentally awakens a medieval Zelda who thinks Link is the same Link who was made her champion a millennia ago. Also evil has returned and they probably have to take care of that.

It's my belief that Jose was meant to be Akechi's attendant and Hereward was supposed to be his original Persona. But old Yaldy split Hereward into Robin Hood and Loki, just like he split Lavenza into Caroline and Justine, and erased Jose's memories of being part of the Velvet Room. Just something I wanted to mention
