Ever since I got diagnosed with ADHD i feel like…

Like so much of my life makes sense. Yesterday, I was in a huge executive fog. I was like a little lamb just not sure what to do, and like I… I acknowledged it!!!! And like. That HELPED!

It helped that I was like “hey you’re ill and today is not your day!!”

I’ve been suffering from ADHD my whole life. I’m 26 now. For the first time, I haven’t punished myself for not being able to do something.
