PSA / ABOUT MY HEADCANONS REGARDING ALLURA + ALTEA/N CULTURE AND THE USE OF IT IN THE FANDOM AND OTHER ROLEPLAY BLOGS :
i hate that i feel like it’s come to this but . i’ve worked extremely hard on my hc’s for altea and it’s background and history , and i’m still in the process of world building the absolute shit of this planet . i have said thousands of times that if dreamworks won’t give us the content we deserve , i’ll make my own . this content , however , is not free of use . i’ve recently seen another vld blog with eerily the same ideas as me , and i’ve immediately blocked them . unless i have given specific permission to you to use my content , do not under any circumstances assume you can . over the next few days i will be creating a page on my blog for my hc’s about altea , as they do affect my writing , and i’m sorry to say that there will be an approved list of people who have my consent to build off of it , or use my world building . i will also be putting a list of references that i have used for inspiration / any credit that needs to be given .
please respect me and the work i’ve put into this character . this version of allura is not up for sale , nor will be duplicated . i find it highly irresponsible and immature of some to do this . thank you for your time . xoxo , sam .

PSA / i will be taking an extended hiatus from this blog . i really love allura , but i feel entirely unwelcome right now and it’s honestly hurting my creative writing flow . my psa a few days ago about my headcanons for allura and altea/ns is still relevant , and i’d appreciate it if the fandom continued to respect me in my absence . i do have friends in the fandom , and they are keeping a close eye out for me in case any of my things are taken .
i do still fully intend on putting the extra page up on my blog for my headcanons and resources ; this will be done over the course of the next few weeks . i will most likely not answer ims unless i feel like it . if you truly need me , i am revamping my rapunzel blog over at @sunlived and you can reach me there or through d.cord .

what sociocultural factors of your own life do you think influenced your choice of character and how you play them?
what is more important to you, narrative or style? if so, why, and how do you think you portray that in your writing?
what iconography (symbols/images/motifs/etc.) do you associate with your character and why? how do you portray this in your writing?
without using your fc, describe your character physically - not just looks but also movement, posture, etc.
